Denise or more like DeNICE helped us achieve our goals of getting a mattress for a good price without filling like we had to settle. She was very logical in helping us understand what kind of mattress would be best for both me and my wife without trying to just simply sell us the priciest bed. And the conversation was very authentic and down to earth. Definitely sets the example of what any representative of a business should be.

We had a wonderful experience mattress-shopping at this location, with Denise and Ryan! They make a great team. They are knowledgeable about mattresses, frames and adjustable bases, and they do a questionnaire with you to create a mattress profile unique to you. They spent quite a bit of time with us, even though it quickly got to be closing time. We tried out several mattresses and played with adjustable bases. The Zero Gravity feature is pretty cool. They helped us make a decision and place an order. The sheets we ordered are pretty nice, as are the mattress protectors, and even arrived before the bed did, via Fed Ex. Mattress delivery went as planned and was exactly on schedule. Delivery people were very helpful. We are excited to be trying out our new beds now! I would recommend this business. Denise was absolutely amazing!!! She broke everything down of what we needed and made us feel very comfortable. Additional allegations state the merchandise sold is of poor quality and requires multiple repairs and replacements, also used items are often sold as new. When contacted regarding these concerns, consumers allege the company attempts to charge an additional fee to deliver the correct items. Complainants also report that the company has failed to honor their 120-day guarantee, preventing exchanges or refunds within the allotted time frame. To date, Mattress Firm has responded to all complaints forwarded by our office.

I called the store and I was pleased to hear Denise on the other end of phone, she was very happy to assist me on the phone and extended a very welcoming visit to the store. After I got off work that afternoon, I went to the store and she assisted me right away. Helped me find the perfect mattress that catered to, both, my husband and I. She took care of me in less than 20 minutes. When I went to the warehouse to pick up my mattress, the gentleman were very nice as well. I love how they did their due diligence in making sure that the merchandise was released to the correct person. They all practiced social distancing and made sure they all wore masks and sanitized. When she made a few choices, then she got me involved in the process. Aaron and Shanika passed my grilling with flying colors. They had no idea of my extensive background in big box furniture retailers. Before I retired, I was District Manager for Arizona and Nevada. These two sales persons are extremely knowledgeable of their products and others. They treated us as if we were the customer they would have. To say the least, we are very happy we found them. I visited 4 different Mattress Firms before finding & getting to try out the Purple 2 mattress tried many of the others mattress available but don’t care for my back to sink in pushing up my shoulders causing issues with sleep the employees were very helpful telling me about each I learn foam not for me from trying them and most the spring ones were out of my budget then the Purple mattress gave that support I was seeking but the purple 3& 4 was to soft the Purple 2 feels like laying on a marshmallow firm like Jell-O and that’s what I got so far sleep has been better the last several nights. Only issue I’m currently dealing with is I received a mattress with a puncture and cut in it only guess it happened during shipping and awaiting new mattress exchange. So far customer Service has been wonderful. I had an educational mattress experience at Mattress Firm I look forward to my next purchase in a decade to see what’s next for my sleeping experience.

I didn’t feel pressured into buying & Aaron really took the time to listen to my preferences as well as what I needed. After being a victim of 4 separate car accidents this year, buying a mattress was a serious investment for me that I needed to make sure was catered towards helping with my pain. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson in all departments! This location is very clean & the other staff members were friendly as well. By far the best location out of the 4 in the immediate vicinity. 10 out of 10 would recommend :)
