Wow! Ive come to this Firestone multiple times. They are always courteous. I have normally been able to get my vehicle into the shop without an appointment. If I have to make an appointment it is usually within the next day or so. They have exceptional customer serviceI recently brought my vehicle in because of a bearing going out on the alternator. They were quick to get it into a diagnose it and to turn it around within a couple hours. Thats extremely well considering the parts had to be ordered and installed. They quoted me a price when they told me what was wrong. Yet when I went to settle up after everything was done it was $150 less. Definitely recommend the shop because they do what they are called to do and its to serve a customer and to help put people back on the road.

We installed a leveling kit on our 2013 Nissan Xterra, along with new lower ball joints and lower control arms. On a Sunday we made an appointment to have the alignment corrected and the guys at the Firestone had us bring the truck right on down, not more than an hour later we were called to pick the truck up, all work had been expertly completed and the truck drives great. I can’t say enough about the courteous and professional manner that we were treated with. It is sure good to know that there are service providers out there that still put quality and customer service at the top of the list. I will definitely be doing business with the Surprise Firestone on Cotton Lane. Thanks Guys for the Great Service.

My wife went there the morning of October 7th 2021 because of a low tire worry. She has spent thousands of dollars on tires at this location. The opening employee said he wouldnt turn on the air compressor just for that. We both own our own businesses but oh well 🤷Bye bye Firestone!

This place gets one star for lack of communication and time management. My husband made an appointment for 1 oclock, several days ago.. and they were running behind so they didnt get to his car for a while. They then suggested a fix to a tire and an air filter, great.. but instead of doing it all at once, they finished his oil change, and it his car back in the parking lot.. but failed to mention that to my husband while he sits there and waits. He was sitting there until 4:30 oclock, and not once did they tell him how long it would take. An entire afternoon of family time wasted.

Came in early on 7/25/21 with an actively leaking flat tire and was told to wait until the exact time they open to even speak with me even though there were 2 mechanics in the garage sitting down. Waited until opening and the. Told they couldn’t and wouldn’t address my flat until probably the end of the day because they had active appointments (not one customer in the place but now 3 mechanics sitting in the garage). But can’t get me in until the end of the day. The female manager had a terrible customer service attitude and reiterated that the mechanics had appointments that started at 8:00 (it’s 8:10 by now) and couldn’t get to a simple flat tire. This woman should never be allowed back into a customer service job let alone a management role. I will never go back to a Firestone again. I went to a nearby tire shop and they got me in within 15 minutes. Thank you very much Firestone Surprise, for nothing! Good luck with building your business with terrible service.

Very bad service! I had a appointment for tire rotation, balance, alignment and a nail in my tire. Waited for a hour just to find out they could not do any of it because I have a Dodge Ram 2500?😟 Ask them if they can at least fix my flat tire? They did I just had to wait a other hour and a half! Didnt know it that long to fix a flat. One other car in there 8 ben shop. Its not like there were busy. I will never go back for tire service or any kind of service again. I have a appointment in a different location for next Monday. I hope it will be a better experience if not I will have to find a other company to take care of my fleet of vehicles.

If I could give it a zero I would. My husband was travel from California to Texas and had issues with his tires. I had called and spoke to someone who made an appointment for the following day at 8:30am. My husband spent the night in Surprise and went to the scheduled appointment first thing in the morning. When he got there he was told he couldnt be helped because they were short staffed even though we had an appointment! This left us scrambling trying to find another place that could accommodate us in such short notice. The gentleman told my husband he had meant to call him in the morning but didnt have a chance. Ridiculous!

People were great and trustworthy got my car fixed and what they told me was the issue was in fact correct and my car is running great thought I needed to replace my bent rim after hitting a curb really hard come to find out i messed up my alignment and my tires were bad which was causing the shaking. Prices were fair and convenient appointment times. Will definitely go back if I need any additional work that I cannot fix myself. Wish I remembered the guys name who helped me but he was great!

My car wouldnt start; called AAA who sent their guy. Turned out to be the battery. The guy wanted nearly twice as much for the same battery that I paid for at this Firestone instead. Plus, they were covid careful and pleasant. Highly recommend.

They get the job done right the first time!

I never take time to review, very poor work, lost a hub cap after tire change, paid for inspection and the said all good, but bad rattle, I believe it is a strut problem they re chechecked and said “we think it is a normal van noise” while i waited for my rig multiple other customers came and went and Manager was the worst bad mouthing stupidity of the customers in front of me to an employee that seemed uncomfortable with his boss. I will never use this establishment again!

Car was finally brought into the shop 45 minutes past my appointment time. Told me tire was unrepairable. Tried to sell me two new tires(tires have 11,000 miles on them). Took Car to another shop and had tire repaired on 10 minutes.

My sister was visiting from California and her skid plate came loose while driving. She was planning to return early in the morning and called this facility to see if she could get in. They told her to come right in and the manager sent a man out to the parking lot to check it out. He crawled under the car and got it in place so that she could drive without the noise. We were in and taken care of in 10 minutes....Great service!

$73 for an oil change that costs 30 elsewhere.. given they gave me a discount because itWas even moreThan that before the guy did that but still never again..that’s just ridiculous

Stopped by because the TPS lit up on my dash. All 4 of my tires were low, maybe due to the colder temps in the morning, but I didnt want to play around with driving on low tires. No appointment, just walked in and was directed to the 2nd bay. Brandon came out and filled my tires quickly and with a smile. He was down on his knees and mentioned that he had run that morning rehabbing from knee surgery 7 months prior. What a nice, upbeat technician. Thanks, rare to find service with a smile.

Took my car for an oil change at 9:30 and it’s still not done by 12. plus the management there has absolutely no idea what they are doing with their phone system. all they do is transfer u around and continue to ask what your name is. i would be embarrassed to work for them

Most accommodating. Thought I just needed a recharge to air but my compressor needed replacement. I had an appointment to wait because that’s our only car and had no ride. The assistant manger took me home and picked me up many hours later when work was completed. I thank you. As seniors we especially appreciate the thoughtfulness.

Good so far they have military discount also.

The guys here are always ready to help, even just putting air in tires from time to time. My go to place for vehicle service needs.

I left and my battery was dead, had to get jumped and drove straight to O’Reilly’s - they said they couldn’t install it and told me to go to Firestone! Got there 15 minutes after they closed but Michael the manager said they would take care of me!! That they did - they stayed an hour late and installed my new battery! I actually offered to leave my car and they could do it in the morning BUT he said - “no it’s okay we don’t want to leave you without a car”!!! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE - something we greatly lack today! Thank you Firestone you’ve earned my business for life!!

Excellent customer service and fast enough repair times. THE FREE WIFI IS WORTHLESS!!! Not even fast enough to pull a speed test. Cant stream anything. Sitting here for hours on my own data sucks. Changed to one start because the WiFi is still terrible after 4 years of coming here. SHAME!

Dont waste your time here... The manager is very unprofessional and has an attitude. One customer came in complaining they broke his tailight and the manager was quick to get upset and give him attitude. When we went to leave, there was a huge dent on the passenger side on the car. The tech claimed that dent was already there but didnt make a note of it... The dent was very noticeable. If it was already there, we wouldve noticed it...

Located on Bell road and Cotton lane area south of Ace Hardware on North side of Bell Road. Friendly people. Very knowledgeable when it comes to many things that need attention. Have a computerized state of the art alignment rack. I own an 06 Dodge Dakota, and tire work and alignments are done with both care and expertise. They also do brakes, front suspensions. and lots of other things. The waiting room is very accommodating. Lots of car magazines to read and good coffee and clean bathrooms.

The managers are good. Only get tires here.Their mechanic screwed up 3 times and caused a leak in my transmission. When it finally was fixed the mechanic did not refill the transmission with fluid. Didnt find out until the transmission slipped real bad. Took it to a transmission guy. $3500 to rebuild. Had to trade in my truck I loved.Thanks for the $1000 bill you charged me for destroying my truck. Also thanks for the new car payment Firestone.

My 22 year old vehicle needed servicing. I left it at 9:30 after learning what they would do to check it. By 10:00, I received a phone call to let me know what it needed. All the work was done by noon! Very nice technicians. They explained everything to my satisfaction. Thank you!

I always rely on this Firestone to take care of my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. The Lifetime Wheel Alignment is a must for anyone that owns a Jeep! I would recommend this particular Firestone to anyone...though I havent been to any others.

The manager was so pleasant and helpful which really helped put me at ease since the starter was being replace again by a bad rebuilt starter. My daughter got an oil change from these crooks today. They charged her $60 for an oil change. She said she had a coupon for the $25 oil change but they told her that her Honda required the expensive oil. Not knowing better she paid them for the expensive oil. Typical...see a female walk in and totally screw them over. So much for honesty Firestone.

Very disappointed. after 18 years of being a customer I will never go back to this garage. They did work on my car that it did not need. Charged me $327. I took the car back 3 times and they simply said they could not fix it. Then they charged the wrong Firestone card and now my wifes card is showing delinquency and mine has a credit of 327 dollars. Called corporate office and you are on hold for 45 minutes. Sent an email to the regional/district manager and have asked him to fix.

They do good work on previous visits. Seemed to want to go home on my last visit . Yes I left with questions about my vehicles safety, it was about 2-3 hours of listed close,they seemed to want to reschedule vice address my concerns.

Myself and a family member have been using this location for years. We can tell that there has been a change in management, and its not for the positive. Waited over two hours for a call that a car was done, only to call them to tell us that they meant to call, and that the car had been done for a while. Installed a new front head light incorrectly. It points in a completely different direction than the other side. Borderline rude or careless behaviour towards customers and work being sub par... my family and I will be going to another location next time, if not a completely different company.

Went in to replace 3 tires. 1 had been replaced 2 months prior. Got tires ordered and car was put on rack. After a few minutes Salesman calls me up to counter and tells me my battery is bad. Asks if its under warranty. Since I got it 6 months ago yeah it is. Salesman calls me up to counter again this time to sell me I need an alignment. Oh thats not good my alignment is bad and I am putting on new tires. I ask can you do it now? Mind you this is a Friday night around 7pm now. Salesman says why yes. Next he starts to tell me the cost. I tell him its okay I have the Firestone Lifetime Alignment on the car. Tire change and alignment have been completed. I drive to store and when I come out my car doesnt respond to brake and push of start button. Try it again it starts. Go to another store same thing this time it takes three tries. S week goes by and issue keeps occurring but getting worse. Ok maybe my battery was going bad. Tested battery and its good. Then one day on my way to work I happen to notice my brake lights are not lighting up all the time. Ah my brake light switch went bad again. Go to change it in a nearby parking lot and notice its twisted a little. I twisted it back into place and my brake light and starting issue went away. Its been a little over 3 months since my visit and fixing the brake switch and have not had a brake light, starting, or battery issue. So did Firestone make my car unsafe by messing with my brake switch to make me think I needed a battery. Which I had no issues with prior to going in for a tire change.

Several attempts I made at getting ahold of someone over the phone. Each time they answer and say please hold. Then at least ten minutes go by and no one checks in with me or attempts to help me. Very poor phone service and all I have is two simple questions that will take 30 second to a minute to answer....

Prices were not bad for the low grade tires I was looking for. Unfortunately I was told 2 hours and had to wait a little over 5 and a half. Service on the car was fine just irritating. I was almost late to work.

Poor or virtually non existent communication with customers. Took no responsibility for a 2 hour wheel alignment on one vehicle because it was so far out of spec. Appointment at 9am. it’s 10:40 and my vehicle finally on the rack. But nothing from the counter personnel about the delay. But when pressed they only could say it was not within their control. I will never buy anything from this location again.

It wouldnt let me give 0 stars, but I would if I could.I made an appointment to get one tire replaced due to a bubble on the sidewall. I was told it would be forty-five minutes to an hour, which was important since I have 3 little kids with me and no way to get home. I told them I would take the kids on a walk to kill some time. After 50 minutes we came back because it started getting cold. When we got back, the car was outside. Maybe it was already done. THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED. When I asked, they took the car back without giving me the option to leave. Im standing in the store an hour and a half in, still no car, kids going nuts. You couldnt pay me to get tires at this store again.

This place is a joke. I called and set up an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. We set the appointment for 3pm. I show up at 3pm only to be told that there were 3 customers ahead of me and my car will not even be looked at for a couple hours. What???? What was the point of making am appointment 2 days out if your not gonna honor my time slot? Extremely unprofessional. I will say this, the store is clean. Maybe because they dont have any customers to make it dirty due to the poor service.

This place is terrible, they check my car out because it was over heating, they claimed they did a collant system check, and concluded that I had some engine problems. After I left there, I went over to Allens auto repair to ha e them to look at my car. They not only found that my engine is still, but it was only a radiator.clogged. Firestone didnt see.that, and paid 85.00 for a misdiagnosis. I will never go back to that place...they dont know what they are talking about...

First off I never had a bad experience at a Firestone prior to this Ive used multiple. Due to relocation of my preferred shop I decided to try this one.Had an 8 am appointment for oil change dropped off at 730. No vehicles in the bay. Call at 1230 and was told they didnt touch it yet. After almost 5 hours my vehicle was in the same spot and all the other bays are filled with folks that came after me. When I was shocked at the time frame I was told well you didnt say you needed it back at a certain time. Like yeah wasnt trying to expect a nascar pit stop but 5 hours for an oil change!! I blame myself as I heard horror tales of this location before yet still went. I will willingly drive 4x the distance to avoid this shop.

Took in my Mercedes to have my tire repaired after running over a razor blade. They told me it was not repairable. The new tire would have cost 300.00 and had to be ordered. I decided to order my new tire from Discount Tire who had a much better pricing. When Discount started working on my vehicle they informed me that the tire could be repaired even though they had special ordered my tire and I had already paid. They refunded me my money which saved me $300 and a warrantied the tire. I will never go back to Firestone.

Do justice for yourself & go someplace else. Never had a problem until I took my CREAM PUFF to this place. Went down the toilet after Mr Lee was transferred out. BAD service. BAD games. I will NEVER go back. I learned my lesson very well.....

Let me start by saying the front counter staff was very friendly and accommodating as much as she could be. With that being said I Took my vehicle in today to get an alignment because the steering was off SLIGHTLY to the left and Im going on a road trip this weekend. Made an appointment here today and was told itd take 45-60 minutes. I was there for 3 HOURS only for them to tell me that they werent able to do the alignment because my truck is lifted and cant be adjusted properly. Then the mechanic had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted to purchase the year warranty on the alignment (that they couldnt do)! As if this wasnt frustrating enough I get into my car and drive away only to find the steering is EVEN WORSE and WAY more to the left than before. I mean WAY more, if I let my steering wheel go my truck will nearly do a full left turn on its own. I thought about contacting the manager there to see if this can be fixed, but at this point Im not confident they can fix their poor work and would rather not chance that they will mess it up even more.... or waste anymore of my time. DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT!

I have used this service center 3 times since purchasing my tires and alignment. On two of the occasion the wheel caps on my vehicle were broken when returned. One was lost while driving home on the first visit. The second visit I caught it in the parking lot and the Mgr replaced the broken part. Additionally, I noticed dirt on the fabric of the drivers door. Just a careless worker rubbing on exit of vehicle. I had it cleaned. Returned this past weekend and although the wheel cap survived, the door panel did not. Dirty again.Unless I start to see some 5 star reviews consistently from this shop, I will no longer use them.

Called early in the week to make sure they had the tires I wanted, didnt have them said they would have them delivered from a store across town. Made appointment for Saturday afternoon, got here at appointment time tried to sell me alignment without even looking at the truck or tires, told the guy I just had one a couple months ago, didnt need it. He proceeds to try and sell me one anyways. Tells me 2 hour wait on the tires, I say ok. An hour later they call and say the tires that were supposed to be delivered early in the week never came, tries to sell me other tire they have in stock, I say no I want the tires I asked for, he lets me know someone is going to get them. While Im sitting here waiting someone calls and tries to sell me a break job. These guys need to focus on the job at hand that they cannot even handle, quit trying to up sale a bunch of costly repairs to people

Fixed the flat a LOT faster than I expected

They made getting my truck fixed this past week very simple and fast.

Just needed to check the air in my tires. They were very nice and accommodating.

Well worth our stop! Cant say enough about their care and Concern for our needs!

First off I want to give them 0 stars. They have the vot they have the worst service Ive ever gotten at Firestone. Also I went to three different Firestones including this one two of them said the same problem the same prices in the same time to get it fixed and this one has no idea what theyre talking about didnt even mention what I need to help with recommended things that werent even wrong on the car . They started telling me different problems with my car when stuff that they recommend was already fixed by them and all I needed was a few things that I had to mention what I need done and their price was triple the price the other two firestorms told me. I highly recommend anybody to go there theyre the worst might as well drive a little farther find some other Firestone or a different place to get your car fixed because this place is such a rip off theyre just trying to make a lot of money off of you by doing things that are not needed on your vehicle.

I purchased.all brand new tires a few months ago ... they put the tires on in a reasonable amount of time which was ok...the problem began on our way home, all of the sudden the sensors on my car indicated that I have a flat tire ... which I obviously didnt . Since the location was closing up as we were leaving I decided to call the next day. My commute to work is over an hour and having your tire sensor light on he whole time can be pretty daunting .. anyways I had left work early so I could now bring my vehicle to the location again and let them know whats going on ...Whule on the phone they repeated to me that the light should go off on its own. Well 60 miles later it didnt so I brought my car in, the gentleman on site checked my pressures and they were all fine, but one of my sensors is now broken .... and that it would cost $79 to replace it ... well my sensors werent broken before? In fact they were the ones that indicated to me that I had a flat tire and hence I needed to buy all 4 tires. So coincidentally now my sensors were broken right after I had all my tires replaced ... aknowledgeing that this is really coincidence the mechanic stated that he will change out these sensors for me and to Schedule a day for that also that it shouldnt take too long. . I scheduled an appointment for my next day off.When I came in early for my appointment which was at 11 the mechanic at the front desk said it should be about an hour. I had to bring my 3 yr old daughter and unfortunately on that day she was sick. We went to a couple stores around the area ... sat in the bug infested waiting room ... after 2 hours I asked what the could be going on. Well they didnt have the matching sensors so they had to get them from different location .. information that could have been given to me an hour ago. 3 hours later after my appointment time my car was done, I get in the car and started driving the sensor goes off AGAIN . Thank you for breaking my sensors and probably having an incompetent mechanic put them on ... I will be shouting from rooftops at the horrible experience I had to anyone that listens.

They mounted 2 tires I bought somewhere else for $50, good price.

As my husband sits on the side of the road right this minute after his tie rod fell off the day after an alignment.....I cant believe there isnt an option for one star. This after they told him recently that they couldnt honor a life time alignment because they couldnt get the tie rod off? Now he sits waiting for a tow truck, a loose wheel because they couldnt get the lug nuts on tight and a tie rod hanging....but they didnt touch the tires? Seriously? Run from this place, the service has deteriorated 1000% over the last few years. They now have not only been inadequate at their job, they have placed my husband and daughter in danger. Unbelieveable.

Had 1:00 PM Appointment for road force balancing and i was waiting for vehicle 1 hr later they call me and said we took your vehicle in and started to do balancing but machine was bad and we could not finish, i was sitting waiting there and looked at my vehicle for a hour and they did not move it from parking lot this guys are just full of BS dont waste your time here.

Very disappointed with this location went in for an alignment before we went on vacation. The truck was returned to me worse than what it was. I didnt have time to return for them to fix it. While I was there they did inform me that left cv shaft boot was torn and was going to cost $540 just for part and another $160 in labor. When I called dealership the part was $247 full retail! A big chain like firestone gets these parts at a discounted price how can they more than double the price and call it good business! Make a long story short I will never take my vehicles to this location I have to buy a new tire thanks to them not doing alignment correctly.
