QT is always my favorite gas station in Phoenix. Thats because 90% of the time they are clean and there are never lines because theyll work two or three registers at at once to get through the line. So when I came to this QT that had six employees wondering around and only one running a register with 11 customers in line I kind of thought maybe I was at Circle K for a minute. Thankfully 90% of the time everything operates really well here.

Quick and easy, friendly staff.

Going to this QT reminds me of having sex. Im in.... Im out.... Im done.... Super fast service.. They also carry the regular Bud Select (black cans) that most grocery stores dont even carry.

I like this location. For a busy store in the mornings, they keep it clean and get the customers checked out quickly.

Signs outside the QT states that face masks are required, yet when I walked in there I saw at least 3 customers clearly not wearing masks or any sort of covering. The employees didnt care to care to enforce the rule or ask politely if they had a mask/face covering.

In and out very quickly. Staff was friendly and store was not super busy.

Its a QT, mostly like other QTs. The location itself is usually pretty clean and they offer anything any other QT would, but the customer service here is below average. Sometimes nobody is at the register, sometimes the line is 8 customers long while the only person at the register is trying to get somebody cigarettes. (While other employees are not doing something) The attitude from some of the cashiers is also below average, not very friendly or efficient. Not to say that you wont run into the 1 or 2 great employees there. Isaiah is pretty friendly.

The little ogre that works the night shift is horrible. If she doesnt like making minimum wage on the third shift maybe she should get an education. Dont take your hatred of you hob out on the customers. She needs more customer service training. Ill be going across the street to circle k from now on.

Quick service. In and out, unless you want to order a whole pizza, but that only takes a few. Very friendly and professional staff.

So a few weeks ago one of the guys messed up my breakfast burrito, and gave me two coupons for free drinks for the hassle. One of the coupons was already used, and the other was expired. On top of the fact that the burrito seem to keep changing in size, first few times I got them they were filling. Now every time I get one, they are majorly disappointed. Yall need to come up with some consistency, and also stop handing out expired and use coupons.

Great gas station. You could stop here at 2 in the morning and feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff is awesome, prices and especially the atmosphere!

I love all of these QuikTrip stores - clean, bright and ALWAYS well-stocked. And genuinely happy employees, which makes all the difference.

Like virtually every qt ive been to this place is exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and well-run. the staff is great and service is very fast.

Staff is good but their tea is always sour or tastes like cleaner or bleach in it. After multiple complaints the problem has not been fixed.

Convenient, prices are good.

This place stole 10 dollars from me. I went Saturday morning 9/1/2018 around 9 am paid 45 cash 3 tens 1 five and 10 ones the new guy counted 45 in front of me to pump on 4. Went to pump and only got 35, went back inside and he said there was only two tens. Which is weird because he counted 45 when I handed over the money he said comeback in two days to watch the video. I dont have time for that. the solution is going to be circle k across the street. Iam sure that was hes lunch money.

6am got some coffee looked fresh tasted disgusting with grounds in it i mean who doesnt make fresh coffee before the morning rush

It was Fri. April 24 abt 11:30 AM-this QT is our usual stop between Sun City and Sun City West estate sales - bathroom&drink break. Anyway this day the smiling guy behind the counter was Jamal. Some ass who was NOT behind the counter but was either another customer or a vendor or even a mgr of some kind was saying Dont ask me how Im doing - just go back to the kitchen and cook your food.I mean if he WAS a mgr that was tactless as he said it PLENTY loud enought for me and others to hear. I really do not have all the details. I do know Jamal just kept smiling after I said, Nice guy I really was only half paying attention thinking it was some kind of joke. At any rate, usually everyone in this store is polite, efficient, and FAST. This one bad apple wont keep us from coming in.We couldve stopped at the McDonalds down the street but idk this is just what we usually do. :)
