I was picking up my new Rx medication in Walmart Pharmacy at the Prasada location in Surprise. Edward the Pharmacist was the one who was „helping”me but he was so incompetent, not showing the necessary skills to explain to me what type of allergic reaction I could possibly have to an ingredient in my new medication he made me aware of (to which apropo I was not known to be allergic).He stated also that” someone put in my account that I’m allergic to that ingrediance but he does not know who that could be and also when I asked him if he could check then what kind of allergic reaction that particullar ingrediance would cause he was not knowledgeable enough, he did not know and also did not will to find out. The only thing he wanted to do was just to sell me that medication without asking questions, at least it looked like. I also wanted to update my insurrance informations as the price he offered me was higher then I checked with my insurrance before I went to that pharmacy. So scary to see that we have to deal those days with not only unknown circumstances and future like COVID19 but also that we are served in areas like Pharmacy by individuals like Mr. Edward. Shame on the system shame on those who pretend to be professionals those days.

Ive used this pharmacy since they day they opened. It used to be great, the pharmacist was Marco and he was amazing all the staff was a team. Every year that passes this pharmacy has become more and more inept with not team effort. It is every person for itself. No communication its awful. If I wasnt so annoying to transfer all prescriptions I would have done it already.

Great pharmacy, I went here to get some antibiotics and it was incredibly busy..But that didnt matter to the pharmacy tech or the pharmacist. They were both very calm, helpful, and pleasant as they dealt with the rush of customers. In my opinion most pharmacies are somewhat cold and short with their customers. But thats not the case at this Walmart pharmacy. They made my customer experience a positive one, and I would absolutely recommend going if need be.

If I could give this place a zero I wouldMost incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Moved here out of state with full and complete prescriptions from our doctors. Said they would not fill them until we saw a doctor here. So my doctor called to see what the problem was, they told him no problem. So went back to fill them . Was told the exact same thing again. BS. NEVER AGAIN.

FAST! Almost all prescriptions are ready in 20 minutes! Everyone is friendly, and the pharmacists are the best.

Wish there was a no star. Its amazing how acceptable slow and incompetent is here.
