Rugged Ridge has never failed me. I been ordering Jeep parts from RR for years. They have always expedited shipping orders and even returns. Upgraded antenna on my 2020 JT with Rugged Ridge Elite Antenna Base with 6-Inch Reflex Antenna. It’s works perfect, even in rural areas.

Ordered through Quadretec for a soft top frame hardware. I was told that it came from Omix. I spent over $500 on this frame and hardware. When I went to install 2 key component pieces they were no where to be found. Called Omix and they said I had to go through Quadretec. I called Quadretec and they told me that that I cant get these parts till mid March but yet I see online the full kit is available. I have requested a full refund from Quadretec and will try to find another vendor. Really sucks that all I have right now is my bikini top on and freezing because I cant get my soft top installed.

We own a local auto restoration company. Without a doubt, Omix-Ada is one of the worst supply companies that we have ever had to deal with. Our first order had parts that belonged to our applications, the cj5 jeep tub looked like it fell off their forklift, the receipt specified a fender for an 87 cj7, but was for a 57-67 cut, and oddly enough their part numbers were a digit between the correct fender and the incorrect fender. No consistant itemization. Their tubs & body panels are junk, which are outsourced from the Phillipines. They are a large corporation that unfortunately sells to everyone. Extremely poor quality, rather no quality at all! Normally we will buy a repop body panel in order to save our customers money. However, their product requires just as much time in correcting if not more than repairing the original. Furthermore, Zach E. is responsible for running the domestic sales, and when correction is brought to his attention, he does NOT return calls, nor does he listen to your concerns. Instead he reacts vindictively by emailing you a Notice of Account Suspension. He is immature and unprofessional, and the company cant seem to get their act together and/or provide real customer service. Trying to return or refunding an item is an ordeal with them, a complete disaster, but thats our fault I guess. Upon arguing with them over returning and exchanging the jeep tub, were eventually were advised to return the tub for an even exchange, but when we got there, one of their staff members had to get an approval. He then told us that they could not accept the tub. I showed him Zachs email confirming the return, and finally they did after an hour. Then our bank account was charged for over $3,700. This went on for over a week, including hundreds in bank fees. We rather do business with more responsible companies that actually care about your business, and companies that supply American made products! Your fired!
