Great customer service and very friendly staff. Was able to not only figure out what proper batteries we needed for our boat, but made some suggestions that actually improved the battery performance. The staff goes way out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of and even loads the batteries in your car for you. Great job and excellent service. Highly recommend and well definitely be back.

If youre a trucker, BE CAREFUL! Steep incline you have to turn into to get to the dock and not alone of wiggle room for error. People were very nice though.

Make sure you are on your toes here. I had to correct the salesperson on the correct battery for my needs. I was very disappointed! You can get the same service in Walmart.

I loved the battery changing experience. You may think what is the big deal in a battery store and changing it. I have a Chevy spark and I was searching for battery replacement. None of the stores (Walmart, Batteries Plus or even the Chevy Dealership) had it in stock. I called interstate batteries and they had it.When I went to the store, I pleasantly surprised by their funny and friendly way of selling me the battery. The guy that replaced it was done in 2 mins. The warranty is for 30 months. They did not charge me until the guy replacing the battery confirmed that he would install it. Overall a great store to change your car battery. Ill definitely go there for my next battery change.

Not only was this a great experience but it was quick easy and covid friendly! I loved the staff and the ease to get a new battery and have it installed not to mentioned the price was phenomenal!

Sometimes batteries don’t perform well and when I bring them the bad battery they check it out and replace it for no charge and no hassles. The prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend this place.

Today, I found out that NTW/NTB have sold their Atlanta stores to Mavis Tire Company. I went to have my one year old interstate battery checked as my cranking power was significantly reduced and was referred to Interstate Batteries office on Buford Hwy. I spoke wth Nicolai self claimed battery expert, who validated that the battery was at 50% power, but would not replace my battery as stated on the warranty when initially purchased. Nicolai was full of technical battery mumbo jumbo, but was not trying to stand behind the Interstate customer service promise. to replace the battery at no charge, I had the original receipt and everything. This is the only facility locally that supports defective batteries and Mavis Tire referred me to the Buford store as they do not have batteries and do not support Interstate batteries.. The customer service was horrible, and the expert did not stand behind their product and would not replace it. I was told that they are not a battery installation or replacement business and could not remove and I assume install a new battery which is in the fine print. I trust NTB/NTW, but the Interstate Battery distributor/site owner was not willing to assist me and stand behind this product. I queried Interstate Batteries via Google to look at their reviews and theirs are similar scenarios to my experience today and observation. If you are looking for a low cost option than the name brands that stand behind their products, just know that once you buy it from Interstate, that is all the support you will get. I have no choice but to buy a brand new battery from the dealership who understands and value customers .

Quick and easy battery change. No hassle

We have been to this location twice now. Most recent visit was this morning, my wife went there because our battery was not charging correctly. I let her know to call me if there was any problem about a possible exchange etc. I had to call her before I went into work to see if the battery was actually going bad. She was happy, let me know she pulled right into the bay, the tech checked the battery and it was not holding a charge properly, he changed out the battery and had my wife on her way. These is why we bought this brand of battery, thanks for standing behind your product and for the great service.

If you can, please please please do not do business with this location. This is absolutely the worst location in Georgia. I called this location to check the prices of a used battery I was told by Karen the price was $45 I asked Karen is that the total price for the battery and installation, she replied YES. When I arrived at the location I was told that the price is not $45 and I would have to pay a separate amount for installation.I asked to speak with the Karen because thats who I spoke to on the phone she did not apologize and said she gave me the wrong information and then proceeded to laugh in my face and told me I had to change the battery myself. This is the WORST location I have ever been to. If you can please choose to spend your money somewhere where they will appreciate your business. This location has zero customer service skills and they do not value their customers.

Good to place to take batteries that no longer work and they will take them off your hands for you and then make sure they are all properly disposed of or if able to recycle then that’s what they do. No charge, happy to take care of them for you and always in a friendly mood and ready to help with any other things you require.

Great place for batteries. Went back there for a car battery replacement, with warranty it was less than $10. Another shop who didnt sell me the battery wanted $145. Kudos to Interstate All Battery Co.

The staff at this Interstate Battery location are great to work with and very knowledgeable. The middle of the road rebuilt battery is amazing. I have had one in my Honda Accord now for 4 years. No issues. Still going strong.

After spending the majority of the morning in tears because I was told by a few other places that a battery for my car was going to cost me almost $200 I decided to listen to a co-worker and call Interstate Batteries for a quote. Im so happy that I did. I left in my car with a huge smile on my face having only spent about 1/3 of the price I was given with those other guys. I was nervous about making the wrong choice but Nicco put my mind at ease and kept me informed as he changed my battery. I will never go anywhere else! You guys are awesome and not only did you have me in and out in only about 20 minutes but you truly made me feel that you appreciated my business. Thank you for everything!

I am immigrant and I have accent, representative name Karen, she always treating me like no body and she make it so complected to order and my order always get to my place late. last time I ask her why you make it so hard to do business, she hang up on me. she is raciest to my knowledge, she had another complain from other customer on google. I spoke with her manager and he was disagree with me and he hang up on me as well. I did contact corporate to figure that out why make exception with me and others. I work very hard to a business owner and I am proud of my self. I dont let any body take advantage from me. as people we always deserve to receive same service. it dose not matter where you came from and what accent you have.

Fast, friendly battery service. My only complaint is that unless you have your receipt indicating when you purchased your battery, despite the dealer marking the in-service date, Interstate Battery goes with the manufacture date of the battery for warranty service. I recently had a dead RV battery that I took in for warranty replacement in December. The full replacement warranty period was supposed to end in March the following year according to the in-service date marked on the battery. Since I didnt have the original purchase receipt readily available, instead they went with the manufactured date which was November, which put me one month out of the full replacement warranty period, resulting in having to pay $80 pro-rated fee instead of full free replacement, but still a bargain and I was in and out within 10 minutes.

As always I was.taken care of with professionalism and courtesy; no issues with warranty work.

So far, 3 times now, they have had low cost option to what I was looking for at the time. As well, theyve also help me over the phone answering a couple of questions in addition to general customer service and sales.None of the stores fault but I bought a Universal Battery Charger with the Interstate branding on it and 6 weeks later, simply sitting there charging AAAs, you heard a poof/fix sound and then smelt the infamous smoke. Yep, I had just farted. Lol! Nah, one of the boards fried. The board frying is the infamous smell.giggles¡!

They should bait & switch their attitude.I called up to see if the had a specific car battery and spoke to someone named Terry. He told me they have a scratch & dent for that same battery in stock for less than half price. Minor scuffs and things like that and the batteries get sent back to the company. That sounded too good to be true so I went to their store to take a look it. When I got there, I specifically asked for the scratch & dent of the model battery I wanted. They brought out a scratch & dent for another model and said they dont sell scratch & dents for the one I asked them about 15 minutes earlier on the phone. When I politely tried to understand the difference between the two batteries, the man told me to leave! Horrible attitude. I have never been told to leave a store before. I will never be back. In fact I dont think I will ever buy another Interstate battery ever again. If you dont want to be treated like dirt and be lied to, go someplace else. Their prices are too high anyway for what you get. If you want an Interstate battery, at least get it from a distributor. These people dont know the first thing about retailing. Fraud, maybe. Retailing, no.

I bought a 2020 srt from them and they claim I didnt receive no free oil changes. Not taking to this place again. And the sales mwn name is tyler

I have gone to this Interstate Battery location to get batteries for my cars for years, so I was pleasantly surprised when they opened the All Battery Center to see that they also carry batteries for electronics, chargers, LED flashlights, and other accessories.When the battery in my Acura TL lost charge after a few months, I took it back to Interstate Battery and the folks there tested the battery and graciously replaced it, even though it tested fine. After the problem recurred, I took the car to the dealer and learned that the problem was a common failure in the cruise control on the TL - and not the battery at all. The bottom line is that Interstate has a great product and they stand behind it with great service.I got to know the owner of this location who is a good man, and I feel good about spending my money with good people in my community.
