Do not come here. Seriously. I went to simply have the back glass replaced on my iPhone and wound up having a million other issues by the time I had visited this place. I dropped off my phone to have the back glass replaced and they didn’t have a part they needed.. after they had already taken my phone apart. So they put my phone back together and gave it back. I took it back a few days later when the part came in and they fixed the back glass but broke my volume buttons on the side. They ordered another part and I had to bring my phone back AGAIN. This time they were able to fix the volume buttons but they broke my front and back Camera. They then gave me a few hundred dollars to replace the now broken phone but it was not nearly enough and I did not plan on buying a new phone…. I just wanted my glass fixed. I repeat: DO NOT COME HERE. OH also… the back glass they replaced broke again within a week of taking it home AND IT WAS IN A PROTECTIVE CASE. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk, that is all.

I needed my front camera fixed badly! And this place had it done in less than 45 minutes! Not to mention they are not charging an arm and a leg like the competition! It was a smooth process and I’m so glad I know where to go now!

DO NOT GO HERE!! They are overpriced and there quality is very poor, they don’t honor their warranty and their screens break down within 3-4 month. My father got his screened repaired here and it broke down in 3 months. The phone did not fall or have any physical damage still they insisted it was not covered under warranty and that you should pay full price. I also thought the attitude of the guy was very stand-offish. Not how I expected business to operate in USA. Nevertheless I will not go here again!

They were able to fix the back of my phone that was cracked and some of it removed. There was a little hiccup, but they made up for it. Quick, easy and affordable. Would definitely use them again.

Replaced battery in Moto G7, battery works well.... my power and volume up/down buttons do not work ...guy that waited on me said they would have parts that week to remedy..... have not heard from them in weeks ....yes I have contacted them on at least two occasions ...very dissatisfied

Ive been to the Phone Hub twice now to get my iPhone repaired. They provided outstanding and quick service. They told me that it would take about 30 minutes to repair the screen and they completed the service sooner than expected. They also installed a screen protector on my phone, for added protection. Tell you what, I was in jam because my headphone jack broke inside of the port. The team at Phone Hub are professional, courteous, and are incredibly skilled at what they do. And did I mention courteous? I walked in the establishment with less than 30 minutes until they were closing, they immediately took my case. I even ended up being waited on by Salem, the manager of the location. He had my phone ready with time to spare AND he took another customer after I finished where most places would have been looking to close. My phone didnt need any additional repairs and works just like it did previous to the mishap thanks to Salems careful handling. If youre ever in a jam with your phone hit up Phone Hub first.

I had a great experience with Phone Hub. I needed the screen repaired on my Pixel 2. I was able to bring it in the same day I called. It only took about an hour. Now my phone looks good as new, and the price was lower than other local places had quoted.

I brought my nephew here last Saturday because his screen was broken not to mention hcamera as well on his iPhone.My nephew said he was told they do same day service and that they closed at 6pm.When we arrived almost about 5 pm my nephew took his phone inside and his phone would be compete by closing time.About time we made it home 15 minutes later.Phone hub called back Saying his phone was ready and would he like his camera fixed before they put his phone back together and it would cost a little more.I told them no then called them back and said yes so they took the phone apart and fixed it and that took like only 10 minutes.Great Customer Service. For the first time ever, I dropped my phone where the screen shattered. I had never had to replace a screen, so I was nervous about the repair. After reading the reviews, I called, got a reasonable quote, and went right away to get it fixed. Salem did a wonderful job and my phone looks as good as new! I would recommend them to anyone.

After my son spilled a glass of water on his gaming laptop, I went looking online for a place to take it to be looked at. The place I took it to told me the mother board and hard drive was burnt that I would need to buy a new laptop. So I went for a 2nd opinion and I had spoken with Salem and told him what had happened and that I had already spent $35.00 for the laptop to be looked at. He told me to bring it in and he wouldnt charge me the fee since I had already gone to another place which was super nice of him. When he saw the lap top and noticed it was not a cheap one but expensive one he told me he couldnt believe that the mother board and hard drive could be damaged that quickly. So he kept the laptop over night and called me the next day to tell me that he was able to fix it. He did a water damage repair and it is working perfectly. He saved the day and we couldnt be more thankful and grateful that he brought the laptop back to life. The business is honest and reliable. I will make sure to tell all my friends about this place in Suwanee.

This guy really knows what he is doing, but also he is fair with pricing. I have had Iphones for many years now, and I admit that Im fairly careless with them. I drop them, I crush them, I shoot them (haha) you name it! And the only thing worse then braking my iPhone, is taking it in for repair because they see me coming from miles away.And I always get screwed six ways to Sunday! Let me start off by saying that they have great customer service and the employees are very friendly (why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), but I did not have a good overall experience with this business and I want others to be aware. My phone was run over and so I knew it would be a stretch to have it repaired. We were quoted a price, brought it in and had the screen replaced. Got home, realized the screen had lines in it and was defective. Brought it in for a second screen. This time when I got it home the screen would randomly develop lime/blue/pink places and an apple logo would appear. I took my phone in for a THIRD screen and was assured it was an apple screen this time by the manager. Once I got it home, my phone display kept completely blacking out for about 5-10 mins at a time (this would happen anywhere from 5-15 times a day). I also noticed it was definitely not an apple screen. It didnt have the same shape as any other (Same model) iphones I compared it to and would also create a rainbow effect when turned to the side. I called and was told to do a factory reset. I did this, and it didnt help the issue. I was told to bring it in and that it may be the motherboard - which I would accept because again it was initially run over. The day I was bringing my phone into them, it got VERY hot and turned bright purple and blue, made a pop sound, and then went black. There were cracks UNDER the screen (im assuming from the heat and popping noise). I took it in to see if we could either get it replaced AGAIN with a true apple screen or if I could cut my losses and get some of my $$ back. I was told we dropped the phone - which we most definitely did NOT do...hence the cracks being under the screen and not the screen itself..- and that the MOST they could do is offer a $50 discount on a NEW screen to start this process all over. I am now out a phone AND almost $400 in repairs to this shop. I do not recommend their services to anyone!

Made the appointment to get phone fixed after he quoted me. I asked him if he had the parts for sure because I had gotten a cheaper quote but I was going to have to wait for parts. He assured me he had the parts so I made the appointment for 2pm. I show up 10 mins before my appointment and he was gone till 3 according to his note so great drove 30 mins to wait an hour on him. Then when he finally shows up I reminded him who I was and he knew exactly what phone as though he hadnt forgotten me then proceeded to tell me he didnt have the parts having waisted 2 hours of my time between waiting and driving. Do not recommend. Go to CPR. They quoted me 30 bucks cheaper.

Salem’s great. Repaired my ghost touched plagued IPhone XR. Works as good as new. He even cleaned the dust and debris from the ports. Not the cheapest but the screen did come with a lifetime warranty.

I spent about $300 on a phone that had water damage. They are dishonest, rude, and only set out to collect money.. I literally had an issue with my phone the same day I bought it and they told me I had to come back three days because the technician wasnt there when I had sat in the store for few hours while they activated my phone.. The ads they put up online are fake, they dont have half of the phones in the store or in stock and they dont have good customer service. Do not spend your hard earned money at this god forsaken place, you will regret it for life.

I order something through a different vendor and my package was sent to them for the pickup site. I looked them up and seen that they was an electronics repair shop also. I needed my iPad screen fixed and and in almost a hour my iPad was fixed and the price was reasonable. I also brought a wireless headphones which works great.

Ive been to three different phone repair stores for screen issues. They charged me over $110 for my iPhone 7 screen replacement and called it a day. I brought my phone into phone hub, and the technician (Salem) not only gave me an excellent new screen, but found my vibrate device wasnt mounted back correctly by the last place. Not only did he repair my faulty screen, but he pinpointed the reason my screens kept breaking (swollen battery and warped phone shell) he showed me the issues himself and repaired EVERYTHING at a much lower price. Finding a quality technician in any field is rare, I will always bring my devices back to Salem.

Had some packages delivered to phone hub, so I decided to call to inquire about getting my old iPhone 6s fixed to give away. Salem was very helpful as well as reasonable. Salem fixed my phone and I took my MacBook Air to him to fix as well. Apple wanted $495 and some change to repair/ replace my screen. Salem is repairing my MacBook for a little over half of what Apple was going to charge me. I’m so glad that I had my orders being shipped to phone hub.

They fixed my iPhone 6 Plus screen and changed the battery all for the price it would cost me to only fix my screen everywhere else!
