My experience at T-Mobile was the best. Chris was amazing and Ben was entertaining as well as helpful. This is by far the best experience Ive had when it comes to upgrading my phone! Great team! Keep up the good work Chris! You rock!!!

Brandon (manager) and Chris ( one of the employees) have to be two of the most Unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They don’t know how to separate personal and business matters. If they know someone they will allow all types of non-sense. Having a conversation with someone who has no account with T-Mobile regarding someone else’s account just because you know them is bad practice. I called to speak to Brandon and was given the run around by both he and Christopher.I have filed a complaint and will follow up with a written complaint until it’s addressed.

Exceptional customer service dealing with 4 different employees on 4 different visits! They helped me get set up with a new plan and adding family members one at a time!

Very poor service. I scheduled appointment with this store and I had to wait for a long time. When I told the Manager, male talking Spanish, about my appointment, he said it doesn’t matter. Even though it is close to my house, I will never visit them. I have 4 lines AT & T and wanted switch over to T-Mobile but changed my mind after this event

Husband and I went to switch service providers today. The manager was amiable. He informed us about how to cross over our phone number from a different provider which was a great plus!After we made the transaction, we saw that he had made a mistake for the plan we received. When he correct it, we ended up paying a 911 tax twice. It was a small annoyance although the fee was small, but the principle of the matter was the most troubling especially since we received some trouble over the past few days from a different provider.It may have been an off day or perhaps it had to do with our phone plan. He was professional enough and apologized but couldn’t do anything about the tax charge. The process was elongated due to the crossing over of our numbers and rectifying the incorrect plan.Overall good experience. Just make sure when you go to the store that all things are input correctly. Thanks for the service today, T-Mobile team.

Had a good customer experience today with dealing with a situation. Jerome was very nice and was able to help me and my wife with our issue and was very patient and understanding. I will be back to this location for any of my Tmobile needs.

Excellent customer service! The ladies there were kind enough to help me with some minor issues I was having even with the fact that it was a little after store hours. Nothing but good to say about the team here.

Worst experience I have ever had, came to switch carriers for two phones. It took 4 hours in the store and another hour the next day on the phone to resolve issues. Still not done fixing the problems. Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Wish I had gone to Best Buy, still not sure I like T-Mobile. Will wait to hear from the manager, Obi, to see if he can help me.

In this store working thief, they are open New phone boxes, and steel from it SIM card, and some things...I was on the hurry, just ask to give me a sealed box. Didnt even look on at. Later I was trying to open it, and its appear was opened, and not SIM card in the box. I did come back next day for refund...And they are charge ME, for $50.00 restock fee...Unbelievable...But they are did it.
