Went to the store last minute - I noticed the sign that said mask entry only. I went to my car, wore my mask and was able to order and get my drinks relatively fast.They were cleaning and I felt sorry for making them more drinks, but I appreciated their effort to make my drink in the last few minutes before closing time. Store is clean - perhaps since dining is closed.

My milk tea choices are pretty boring so I will save you from having to know my favorite. Kung Fu Tea makes legit drinks so if you need to hit your sweet tooth, drop in.This is a great location since its near Assi and a number of restaurants, including So Gong Dong, my favorite place for soon dooboo.

Always a great experience here. Boba was fresh. Ordering on the app is a breeze. To the anti masker below, your an idiot. Regardless of vaccine or not common courtesy outdoors these days is to wear a mask. Have some human decency.

Oh my gosh this place is AMAZING!!! I had the milk green tea with this milk foam. No more Starbucks for me!!! I found a new place that far outweighs them!! I can’t wait to try the many different drinks they offer. When I walked in, the place smelled amazing. A sweet coffee, Carmel like smell!!The lady that helped me was super nice and patient because I had to download the app!! There were like 3 other people behind me and she remained calm, nice and extremely professional.I can’t wait to go back and will tell all that I know about this place!!

I was informed that I could place a to-go order but it would not be placed until I got there? This makes no sense. Why accept to go orders if you can’t pay over the phone or in person? The staff member then complained about this rule as well. Something seems fishy

Would not let us in without a mask. I presented my vaccine card, still no access. Its June 20th. Gwinnett County is averaging less than 10 new cases per day. Drinking tea with a mask on sucks!

Best boba tea ever! Kung fu tea use real tea with leaves to brew the tea. Its one of a kind. I love the new sesame matcha, both hot and cold. Its very refreshing and tasty. Also the honey lemony and Oreo mike tea are also my favorites. Other than the drinks, they got free WiFi and charging station for those who want to study in there(although the music was super loud). Overall, it it a great place to grab some drinks and chat with friends.

KFT is pretty consistent but the boba at this location sometimes isn’t fresh and hard. Overall not bad!

Would be a great spot if they opened their dine in, stopped being so communistic about masks, and accepted cash. Yes they dont take cash anymore. Not coming here again.

Loved the Oreo tea with boba

I usually don’t write reviews however this honestly just doesn’t sit right.Basically ordered my drink with the regular boba on the app. No problems at all untill I walked into the store. Usually I have no problems with this location and the staff is quite nice.They informed me that they didn’t have boba at the time and I would have to wait 10 mins if I wanted it. I was offered a refund of .50¢ or to choice of another topping. I genuinely don’t understand how a business runs like this where you run out of your number one selling topping. I also don’t understand how the app doesn’t inform customers that at a location a current flavor or topping isn’t available. There are plenty of other food apps that do this and I find this incredibly smart.I know it’s not that big of a deal but come on do better.

Used the app, app changed the location and sent it to this location. I called and let them know (found out too late) the girls were not the nicest about it but not the meanest either. Their policy is that if they make it then they won’t refund even if you dont pick it up (really wish I would have known about that sooner). So I’m out 7.95 and ended up ordering at the location that I intended to order from in the first place and had to pay 11.95 for my drinks (customer service needs work at both places honestly) So I lost money and Kung Fu Tea is losing a customer. I’ll get my boba fix elsewhere.

I loved Kung Fu Tea. First and foremost, it was clean, which is rare among most restaurants these days. And their tea is so good. The place is constantly popping and it never slows down. They also handle their tea brewing very well. My favorite tea is Oolong and they hadnt brewed it to the point of bitterness like other tea restaurants. I had a great time, definitely recommended.

Im updating my review for a few reasons but mainly because the customer service has improved and the quality has always been high here. Management pays attention and the team members that work here are fast efficient and friendly. My latest order was a green milk tea because the management said thats probably one of the healthier options and you know how Im all about healthy so I definitely approve of this place and give them my two thumbs up and five star Google review approval. Best wishes to the owner and team members here and have a positive day.Previous review: Bubble tea here is good. Young staff needs better management though. Ran out of tapioca pearls on sunny Sunday afternoon.

PSA: Went to KFT today and there was a sign saying that one of their employees was tested positive for COVID so theyre temporarily closed.Really appreciate their cautious approach. Ive gotten boba here a ton of times and its great every time! Hope to see it reopen soon!

Great tea

I had 4 pieces of cloth over my mouth as a mask. They still wouldn’t let me in, and the person who told me that had a cheap mask that aren’t going to do you any better than 4 whole pieces of cloth over your face. Very disappointed during that interaction, I was just trying to get a drink.

Nice place with a hip vibe. Interesting flavors (Rosehip and Wintermelon are a must). Is rigth beside Hansel and Gretel Bakery and they dont mind you bring in some sweets from there. They have table games available to pass some time ;)

Came here several times now. There’s not as much seating as the one on old Norcross but it’s definitely more spacious. There’s ample amount of outlets as well. Overall great teas and consistent to other locations.

King Fu Tea never disappoints with their drinks! I would have given them 5 stars if the interior design was better.

I was excited when this place opened but find myself coming here less and less. It is so loud to the point of actually giving me a headache. The tea is fine but not worth enduring literal screaming from other customers.
