Very definition of small business. Owner run by husband and wife team. Jay the husband does the coffee, wife Hae does the food. Best coffee shop for a hundred miles. A must stop in for me when Im in the area.

The flavored hot lattes were amazing! I tried the Caramel and my boyfriend tried the Brown Sugar. They had fresh cheesecake too! We got one slice of it.Will be going back to this place again!

Hae is such a sweet and kind lady. Her food and coffee are definitely one of the best. The cappuccino was super smooth and the chicken salad sandwich was full of flavor with a variety of ingredients. It was the best chicken salad sandwich Ive ever had. Im definitely becoming a regular here. Highly recommend for sure.

Love this place! The shop is so cutely decorated and the coffee aroma hits you when you first walk in. The two people checking us out and taking our order were SO SWEET. They gave us coffee recommendations and the lady even showed me my avocado toast before packing it up. Coffee is so tasty! Try the lavender latte. I got out of my comfort zone and definitely enjoyed it. Avocado toast was great as well. Thanks for being so kind!

The coffee and the homemade bread they make is amazing. Definitely try their avocado toast as well. This cafe is run by a lovely couple and definitely has a homey vibe. The couple knows all the regular customers by name. The coffee beans are roasted on site and you can definitely taste the love and effort they have put into it! The coffee tastes smooth and the delicious! Their hibiscus flower tea is amazing too. Its not too sweet and is the perfect wake me up drink you need in the middle of the day. Definitely check this place out! You wont be disappointed.

I finally stopped in this morning and wasnt disappointed! I noticed Zoom Coffee pop up on my maps about a year ago and decided to give it a try today. I looked online at the options and decided on an iced mint latte with oat milk. It was delicious! Just the right amount of mint! I cant wait to go back again soon!

BEST COFFEE IN THE AREA!! The owners are so sweet. We have been going weekly for over a year now. Everything that my wife and I have tried has been amazing- sandwiches, scones, tarts, other pastries, loaves of bread, teas,... and especially the coffee!! The coffee drinks are not too sweet, flavorings (if you like flavorings) are often made in house, and the coffee beans are roasted on site. Ive never been left hunting for the coffee/espresso flavor in a beverage!! Perfect. It seems like every time we go that there is some kind of new offering. The owner is super creative and a very talented baker. It is obvious that she attempts to use higher quality, healthier ingredients. After our first visit, we have been greeted by name each time we walk in and always enjoy the conversation. So grateful to have this cafe close by!Thank you, thank you!

They have great product- the coffee beans are high quality, all their baked goods are amazing (try the milk bread, great for making french toast!), and I continually go back to enjoy pour overs even after Ive moved a bit further out.Highly recommend for a nice coffeeshop experience and for buying fresh coffee to brew at home.

This coffee shop roasts and then freshly grinds their beans. Their coffee and coffee drinks are fabulous! And their treats, like the picture of this avocado cracker, are not only delicious but healthy! The decor is spartan, but nobody cares because everything is so good. The small business owners are friendly and passionate about their offerings.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Suwanee! Amazing couple who own it! The coffee is outstanding and roasted on the premise. Everyone I have brought here always says they will come back. My new go to place in Suwanee whenever I need to meet somebody for church, business, or fellowship. I’d give them 10 stars if it would allow me! The flavor of the coffee is amazing! You will not be disappointed!

I stopped here for the first time in my way to an appointment in Suwanee looking for a quick bite for breakfast. I had the cream cheese and honey sourdough bread. 3 pieces of delicious sourdough bread - made in house! Very tasty! I will definitely come back for the coffee another time!

Love this place. I always bought coffee at big chains and didn’t realize how good coffee could actually be until I tried Zoom one day. The beans are freshly roasted in the store by Jae and you can definitely taste the difference. The bread and waffles made freshly each day are also terrific. I’ve started buying bags of coffee from the store to make at home each morning as well

Awesome coffee, adorable shop, very personable and friendly owners.This small shop has been on my to visit list for a while, but the chain in Suwanee is logistically more convenient for my rushed mornings. Fast-forward to said chain doing some renovations, and I remembered Zoom! This coffee is the.BEST!Im a huge supporter of local small business. I will gladly sacrifice a little extra time in the mornings to swing by Zoom. Stop in and you will not be disappointed.

This is really great coffee. The owners were so welcoming and happy to see us. The place is immaculate. It was 10am, and after we were served I noticed the owner feverishly cleaning the coffee equipment. We also had pastries that were delicious. There are only a few tables so not sure what happens if they get busy but this is now my go to coffee place! Please give them a try you wont regret it

I am a new coffee drinker but an avid baker and love both the fresh-roasted coffee and Hae’s fantastic homemade breads, scones, sandwiches and breakfast specials on her own sourdough. The owners are hard working delightful and friendly. So much better than any chain coffee shop. Also I buy their fresh roasted beans and they are fantastic. Everyone should make this their go-to local coffee shop.

After driving by several times I finally decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed. First off, the coffee is great and fresh. By far one of the best tasting I’ve had around the area. The owners are extremely nice and were very easy to talk to. I’ll be coming back every time I’m craving good coffee. Definitely worth a try!

Zoom is my go-to coffee shop and coffee roaster! I buy all my coffee beans from them... its seriously the best cup of black coffee in the area! The service is also incredible. The owners are personable and truly care about making their customers feel cared for!

Coffee is amazing! I got an iced mocha that struck the perfect amount of sweetness and strong flavor. The pastries there are phenomenal too. I had a small waffle that was just the right amount of sweet and satisfying! This place is a must try with great drinks and fun loving owners!

I loved independently owned coffee shops in college and was so happy to see a non-chain coffee place in the neighborhood. Excellent quality coffee and they bake their own goods. So delicious and fresh. You can tell they know good coffee as they offer chemex. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Such a nice experience to connect with and support a local business!

Iced latte was very nice, good color and aroma. The beet hummus toast was fantastic and so was the chicken salad sandwich. The flavors were balanced nicely in the sandwich especially! The owners are very hospitable as well.

I had a great experience here the coffee is freshly made per cup. I noticed their specialty beat hummus and had to try it. Delicious and everything is made in house. The service is very good we even got a description from where the coffee is from and how it’s made. Nice aesthetics!

He broke down for me the different beans they were roasting and was able to recommend to me exactly what I would like.Also, the waffle... wow. Made to perfection from scratch, its the perfect pairing for the coffee (not that the coffee needs to be paired with anything).Lastly, the HOSPITALITY. Goodness.. I have not met 2 more hospital business owners than Jay and his wife, Hae (pronounced Hey) are just incredible human beings in general. I have never met them before but 10 seconds in, I felt like I was in a friends home.I recommend this place 100%.

This place is so worth going out of your way for. If youre passionate about your coffee, this is the place for you. They roast in house and have an amazing rotating selection of single origin coffees. I recommend a pour over or a cortado. The owner knows his coffee so be sure to hit him up with all your questions!

Can’t say enough about how PERFECT the coffee is here. The owner definitely knows what he’s doing. Not just the coffee, but the food is also ridiculous and it’s all made fresh in-house, unlike many of the coffee chains out there. The owners are also super friendly and you can tell they love what they do. Everything is so delicious and fresh that I seriously hate that I don’t live closer to this place. Definitely will try to move LOL.

This is the best coffee in Suwanee and ran by great people. They will even remember your name the next time you stop by. Coffee is roasted in small bashes in house and pastries are made here too.

Stopped in this morning and was very pleasantly surprised. This place has some of the best coffee I’ve had outside of the perimeter (for that matter it’s at least as good as everything I’ve had ITP as well)I plan to be stopping in often from now on.

I’ve been wanting to go try this place after reading about them on posts on Nextdoor. I’m so so glad I finally made it here today. I had the Americano and my son had the Cafe Latte. Let me tell you.......they were both amazingly flavorful!! Hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had for sure!! Oh! And the cranberry almond scone was so moist and had just the right amount of cranberries and almonds. Soo delicious!! I sure wish they were on my route to work because I would surely stop in everyday!!

YES! Finally genuinely great coffee outside the perimeter! I usually have to drive into the city for coffee this good. Jay the owner/roastmaster really knows his stuff, you can taste his genuine passion in the coffee. When I told him I was learning to roast at home, Jay gave me great tips on how to improve my own techniques. And OMG...THAT WAFFLE! Made completely from scratch was incredible. I would have taken a picture of it but I ate it too fast. I also appreciate the minimal aesthetics which keeps the focus on the coffee. *Edited: since my intial review I have come back several times and had a variety of scones, breads, and toasts...everytime they are different, and all of them are amazing, Haes baking brings me back just as much as the coffee now.
