After a very negative experience, I am revising my post. Collin from the corporate level saw my post and called to find out what transpired. He was courteous, willing to listen and cared about the outcome of making a customer at the end of the day satisfied. Being in a customer service driven industry, I am very pleased with how this situation was handled at a corporate level... local/store level, not so much but Collin and Shaun made it right and I am appreciative.

If you want to move here make sure you are okay with rates being increased every few months, Seriously for the past few months they increased my monthly rate twice, Wow i guess this how they take care of their clients.What a shame, this is 100% highway robbery.

Danielle was awesome... When I reserved my storage space online I wasnt sure how big it would be. When I arrived she quickly helped me. She didnt just get the paper work and have me sign where I would be suck with a small space needing more. NO... She found me a big unit with a great deal. She was fast helpful and full of life. It was close to closing time but I didnt feel rushed. It was easy, quick (but not to quick), and clean. I would definitely choose this place again.

Forgot to make a review when my wife and I rented last month. Kim did an amazing job helping us with the right size unit we needed and what to put on our belongings to keep them protected. Let me start by saying—‘ I LOATHE moving. L O A T H E.’Anyways....I needed to rent a storage unit for my items. Chris greeted me promptly and was able to calm my intensity by helping with unit size, location (drive up or climate controlled inside) and pricing. I purchased a few items needed for my upcoming move and located the LAST 10’x15’ unit. Woohoo!

First step was a phone call and the person on the phone was wonderful. She gave me all of the options for the location. She took my order over the phone and when I arrived at the facility, Kathy was ready for me. She explained everything in great detail. Showed me the location and set up everything. This was a very pleasant experience. And the unit was convenient, clean and bright. And the size was just what I needed.

Danielle is absolutely the reason this facility is as good as it gets. She can multi task with ease, she knows every customer by name and is always very professional. All the staff here are very nice and helpful and they all deserve a big RAISE! Seriously!

I have rented 2 units over the last 3 years. Switching from larger to smaller was seamless, but now I no longer need any. In the 3 yrs there, the facility was always clean and well maintained no matter when I went. I always worked with Danielle who was professional, very personable, and always helpful on the phone or in person (and in person she always greeted me by name!). I lived 32 miles away from the facility but kept my things there. Not only were the prices more reasonable, I was confident of the safety and cleanliness and appreciated Danielles excellent customer service. Would recommend if needing a unit.

Danielle provides the best in customer service. This location is clean, convenient, and easy to use. We needed to add on extra space as we de-cluttered our home to get it ready to sell and Danielle worked to get units within close proximity to each other that will make our move-out easier. The rest of the staff were very helpful whenever we needed extra packing items as we finished up the sale of our home and the final pack up. Good value if you are needing extra space or moving like we needed. Thanks again! **Update 6/3/16** Yesterday was our final move-out date, somewhat delayed due to some health issues, but we have completed our use of this Public Storage facility and time to move on. I, too, have to sing Danielles praises. She is an awesome customer service professional who gives a heart and soul to this storage facility. You feel like your belongings are in a family members hands. Five+ stars to Danielle.Four- stars to the facility only because water got inside one of my sisters units that open to the outside of the facility and a bed was damaged. However, I was pleased that the facilitys insurance company stepped up and paid some of the replacement cost. (Depreciation from original value was factored in.)

For a storage unit building I was totally impressed with how clean the building was & how clean my unit was.Levi was great also - for him to be a new employee (his tag said he was in training) I was impressed with his knowledge, he answered all my questions & saved me an additional $2 extra a month on my monthly fee... Public storage is nothing more than a sales/marketing organization disguised as a storage business.The personnel move from facility to facility. It is heavily sales scripted. When you first make the call to the 800 number, in a matter of minutes you will get the feel that you are in a car dealership. Once they get your information they will make an appointment at the facility of your choosing. When you arrive they will prequalify you for the storage unit based on a series of questions and then take you around in the little golf cart to the storage unit based on the questions you have answered, very similar to the car dealer. Then when you return to the office they will try to close the deal and get your money. If they don’t get your money that day, they will make a sales follow-up call using another one of their employees to pressure you into a decision.They have a very sophisticated phone system. Once they have your phone numbers don’t try calling the 800 number back to reach the corporate office for any reason; it will only ring at the facility you visited.When I first checked these guys out I did not find any bad reviews at first and then I returned and Googled “Public Storage Reviews” and I got hundreds, no kidding. Oh and the “$1 First Month Rent*” is nothing more than a scam. Don’t just take my word for it, go to this site and read the “Top 301 Complaints and Reviews
