Only gave three stars because they happen to be the only location with the paint i needed in stock. Aside from that pretty bad experience, jesse the cashier. Thought he was funny making snarky comments about me not knowing the phone number attached to my account. Even though i go to Various Sherwin Williams locations & they have no issues looking up my account. A 2-5 min transaction because another store had asked them to set the paint aside for me. Turned into a 10-15 min transaction all because jesse cannot spell even after spelling out the account name for him more than once.

I was quite happy choosing Sherwin Williams for my paint selection. Cleveland went above and beyond and I appreciated his knowledge and assistance.

Great customer service. They righted a wrong that occurred without a fight. Appreciated this. Will continue to purchase paint there.

I had a bad experience at this location they mixed some paint wrong cause me to have to repaint an entire house. They attempted to reconcile the mistake (Micheal) did a poor job handling this issue. These guys watch them double check your order, triple check your order. 👎🏽

Awful, I requested something that wasnt in stock only to contact them later to find out that they didnt order it. They also were not wearing face coverings or social distancing.

I was hoping they would still offer curbside service but had to go in the store. Im trying to avoid that as much as possible since a member of my household is high risk.

I love Sherwin Williams paint. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that often I have to wait quite a bit to get my paint. That being said it takes time to help people and mix up the paint, so not really their fault if several customers show up at the same time.

In the past, the sales person has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not a bad experience but not really the customer service that I have experienced in the past.

Went to the store to get a gallon of paint from the old one I had to paint the trim on the outside of my home because the paint was coming out. So with the 25 yr guarantee, I went for the first time. The employee wasnt very nice, told me that they couldnt do that. They said that they would have to get a rep to my house to see if it were their problem or mine. So I made an appointment for Mon 13th, I had read complaints that sherwin williams would not honor the guarantees, that they would use excuses not to honor the guarantee. So i thought that would be the case with me. Tommy Fishel was the rep that came to my house today, he saw the problem and agreed with me that the paint was coming off. We talked about many things, he was a very nice and knowledgeable man. He approved that I get 1 gallon of my trim paint and also to get 1 gallon of primer too. It was a very pleasant morning, and he is a very honest man. I have no complaints with sherwin williams, I love their paint. I was very happy.
