This company is amazing.I had a 40 ft RV that needed a new windshield. Granted the windshield is about 8 ft across and no easy feat to replace. My insurance sent me to a horrible glass shop in Watertown which first said they would replace the glass then refused to do the work because they lacked the knowledge and ability to replace the glass. My insurance then sent me to J&T and thou it was almost two hours to drive there I took the chance and I’m so elated that I did. I received truly professional, and caring members who made me feel comfortable allowing them to do the work. They completed the work a day early and did an amazing job replacing the windshield which looks like it was really hard work to lift the heavy glass and install. I will let anyone I see that needs glass work especially on RVs to go see J&T auto and if I ever need any more work in the future they will be my 1st choice to go to even if I have to drive all the way across country from California to do it. Thanks guys great job.

I went there to get a wrap for my window just until I get it fixed I was planning on getting it done there cuz they gave me a quote earlier in the day and the staff ask me was I getting it repaired there and I told him no and continued to explain why but he cut me off and said no we don’t have anything and walk away. Not professional at all.

Overall a very good experience with J&T! After calling around, they were the cheapest option for replacing my wifes windshield. They were fast, friendly, and able to get us in the next day. My only complaints are that they were not available for on site windshield replacement, so you had to bring it in. And the other issue was that the building isnt the easiest to find. But definitely recommend for a cheap reliable fix to your auto glass needs!

The people here are very friendly and professional. I have used them on more than one occasion. My wife has a 2016 Chevy Suburban and the defroster wire became detached from the window. Other places that I had called said they could not fix this and was told the whole window had to be replaced. J & T got me right in and fixed it in like 15 minutes. Great job!

First class Auto of Syracuse New York referred me to j&t Auto Glass to repair my windshield that was smashed. not only did they replace it in a day and do a great job but I unfortunately smash the window the very next day and the same gentlemanthat help me the first time I laughed it off with me and redid the whole job. Two windshields back-to-back and they did a great job.

Terrible customer service. Staff is rude, condescending, and give price quotes that are not accurate. I was given a quote for the completely wrong windshield, that ended up being much more than originally told. Hours are also incorrect on their website and they treat you like an imbicile for not knowing this. I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. Please do not trust these people with your vehicle.
