We had the company install glass doors in our shower just under a year ago. We had a great experience upon installation. We were also told that the type of glass we bought (if it ever broke) would stay together so it couldn’t injure anyone. We purposely asked for this because we have a toddler who uses this bathroom as well.Fast forward to this Memorial Day. I was in the shower and my husband went to open the door and it just instantly shattered all over us. Thank goodness my toddler wasn’t with me at the moment. Fortunately we had very minor injuries. However, I did have enough shards in my feet that resulted in an ER visit. I now can barely walk.We reached out to the business asking to make things right. Firstly, the owner didn’t even show compassion. Not an I’m sorry or glad you are okay or anything. Just instant defense mode. We asked for him to make it right. He did come over with an old garbage can and a shop vac, but was not nice or profession during his visit. My husband watched how he planned to clean it up and second it was apparent he was just making the situation worse (instead of having someone else with the right equipment come in) we told him to leave.I’m a big supporter of small business and giving back to the community - but I am appalled at how this business handled this situation. We didn’t want to go to court and we were willing to settle the issue among ourselves. He chose to be unprofessional so I told him I would be leaving these reviews everywhere.

Santy Glass installed mirrors and multiple custom glass shower doors at my house. Very happy with the price and quality. Would definitely recommend.
