This is by far the best MetroPCS store in the Syracuse area. I have had so many terrible experiences with other stores in the area and the gentleman here is so kind helpful and understanding hes makes your service fast and he also make sure that you get everything you need before you walk out the door at a reasonable price not trying to gouge or get too much extra. I highly recommend always going to this store as they have taken care of me and my family for a bit now but have never disappointed. if youre looking to switch your service get a new phone or it just need accessories I highly suggest coming here this is the one store that I will go to from now until they decide to go to a better City

We went in there to switch a old tablet to a new tablet on the line account and the gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful and we was able to get everything switched to cleanly. The store was very neat and organized. And overall the experience was very pleasant.

Hector is the worst manager i ever met he shouldn’t be working there at all! He over charge everybody! A worker named Tania is great! Never had no problems with her. I been coming to this location since it first opened and she has been the best!

Best place to go. I didnt have the money to get a phone and they offered me a payment plan with no credit check and no contract. I ended walking out with 2 phones and accessories with $0 dollars lmaoo. They have no jokes when they say No money No problem. Thank you Hector

Not happy with this location. Called inquiring if they had phone cases in stock for a specific phone, explained that it was for a newer phone and that Auburn did not have it when we purchased the phone. Was told that they did have it, and went to pick it up, and they in fact did not have the case in stock after all...

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!I bought a phone from them less than 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems. Worse service Ive had and biggest mistake of my year. Ive went through metro pcs for 4 years never an issue NOW half the weeks I dont have a working phone. The phones internet is in and out even though theres 4g. The store NEVER is OPEN or ANSWER their phones!!!!!!! The manager over charged me by 13.00$ 1 time then 7.00$ the next!!!!!!!!!!! ITS A RIP OFF THEIVING STORE. THEY WILL NOT PROPERLY SET UP YOUR PHONE WHEN PURCHASED. YOU WILL SIT ON THE PHONE FOR ALMODT AN HOUR WITH METRO PCS REPS TO SET UP AND BE ABLE TO USE YOUR PHONE.

I showed up to pay my cell phone bill at 935. The store clearly states they open at 930. The store was closed still. This is the third month in a row this is the case. Everytime it also had a paper on the door that states will be back in 15 minutes. Thus sign was on the door everytime. They clearly put it in the window every night as they plan to be late. Smh, what terrible service....will never go back.

I went 2 weeks ago and it stated it was open...lights and everything was on however the door was locked, i was banging and banging no answer now this is at 1:30 in the afternoon......so i waited 20 mins and my father came from other store and started to use his keys and tap on the glass and the manager hector came from out the front room in which the door was shut and unlocked the door....i was left in confusion paid my bill......now im trying to reach the store and no one picking up i been waiting for 2 weeks for a phone and havent heard anything from him.....never again.....good service for phone bad bad bad customer service..
