Ordered a push cart. There was no email confirmation at the time of ordering, and my 2 follow up emails never received a response. The cart arrived in a week so that was a pleasant surprise. There is no phone number either. This seems to be the US operation of a German company and is simply poorly run. Their general excuse is were so busy and that our customer service person is out sick. Based on other reviewers with similar experiences, seems like this is the norm for the most expensive push cart on the market. Their warranty isnt worth anything, especially if you cant ever get in touch with them or since theyll never respond to your emails.

Ordered a cart about a month ago. Received an email with a tracking number that didnt work, but also the email said the item would ship within 48 hours. About a week later I sent an email to check for status on the item. They sent me a new tracking number saying the item was already delivered. Ive been working from and was at home at the time noted in the delivery. Ive sent Big Max about 4 emails in the past couple of weeks saying I didnt receive my item and I havent heard anything back. If you want one of their products, I recommend going through a retail store. The shipping and tax might cost more, but at least youll have something in return for what you paid, and better customer service if something goes wrong.

I have a Big Max IQ+ that Ive been using for several years. Its a great cart with innovative features that I picked up at a great price from a discount golf shop locally. I recently needed some assistance from the distributor acquiring some replacement wheels that had been misplaced during a move. The experience could not have been better. Once I properly identified the wheels I needed they were promptly shipped. Big Max is a solid product and the service and support from Big Max USA is superb.

I have been really pleased with my Big Max Blade. I always walk when I play and have typically carried, but began looking for a push cart and came across Big Max -- recommended for its light weight, ease of use and compact frame (when folded). All have proven to be true. It unfolds/folds quite easily and its lightweight frame makes it fast, very maneuverable and easy to push up steeper hills. The brake kicks on/off quite easily and quickly. The bag also stays well secured. On my recommendation another member at my club purchased one and has been similarly pleased.

I cannot say enough good things about my Big Max Blade. This is my third year/golfing season with Blade. After LOADS of research on golf trolleys, I ordered my Blade on-line as it folds FLAT, which is very important to me as I drive a convertible, meaning I have little, low clearance trunk space. The Blade easily fits in my trunk, along with my bag full of clubs. It took me a while to get the hang of opening/closing my Blade, but I can now pretty much do that one-handed, it is that easy, and the Blade is LIGHT. As I golf a lot (3-4 times a week in season), I wore my wheel clips off/away. I contacted Big Max USA, and they immediately popped an envelope-full of wheel clips in the mail to me. I have since had several questions on other products or accessories, and I have always received immediate response. I love my Big Max Blade (and the clever accessories), and appreciate the super service from Big Max USA.

Mike was great to work with and helped me make a great choice in choosing the right push cart. The Big Max Blade + is the envy of my playing partners when it comes to folding it up and placing it behind a seat in the car or laying flat in the trunk. This is hands down the best cart on the market!

My wife and I love our Blade carts and the carry bags. Compact storage, full size on course, and the bag keeps our car clean. Big Max USA gave us personal service to help us make our choice.PS - had a minor repair issue (we use the carts for every round, so fair enough to have some wear) - Big Max quickly shipped the free parts. We bought the Blade Supernet at the same time. Great service and the Supernet is a great addition to our carts.

Bought a blade cart, when received one of the back wheels would not stay on the cart, contacted Big Max and was told the clips for holding the wheel on was likely broken and new clips would be sent to me. That was 2 months ago and I have not received the clips or any assistance in correcting the problem. I have a expensive cart that I cannot use, very disappointed in the service.

No one at the US location picks up the phone and there was no order confirmation email after placing the order the website.
