Guy are cool and are packed wall to wall with equipment but i must say they are waaaaaaaaaaay toooooo freakin pricey i wont be going back $15 for 1 T-5 blue bulb oh hell to the no no nooooooo

First off, these guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We went in last night around 630 and they didn’t just gather the items we were looking for, they also gave us amazing tips and were extremely detailed in their explanations. I also appreciate how well stocked the shop is. They literally have everything you could need. They even gave us samples to try and explained how best to use the products. Not to mention the samples weren’t small. They were samples that we could try over the course of a growing cycle. Kudos! We have definitely found our go to store!

I had such a pleasant experience here, needed to find a durable seed starting kit. Joon was extremely helpful and had great advice. Because it was my first time in the shop I was given a free gift to help jumpstart my garden this year! Ive been to every hydroponic store in the puget sound and this is absolutely the worst. Their prices are insanely high! Products at this store can cost 200-300x more than other local shops. Im not sure how they stay in business except for ripping people off.

These guys are great! Father and son, I purchased soil and other goodies and they price matched some of my items. The Father loaded my things into the car for me without me asking for assisstance. Very friendly, helpful and personable. I saw someone say the prices arent fair and it made me laugh. Who writes these reviews children? The prices are right on target with all the other stores in the area but they do price match so that made all the difference because the others dont. Always a happy shopping experience for me and they have always greeted me with a smile and gave me a helping hand.

Owner talked me into buying a pH meter that is years old. Didnt work correctly or have some of the functions listed on the box. I called the manufacturer and they said these should not even be being sold any longer. Ive now left the owner three messages because he said if I didnt like it hed refund me. I have not received a call back yet.

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!! Joon helped us with absolutely everything to get us started growing, made everything easy and simple. Was NOT out to make a buck and sell the most expensive things to us, he truly wanted to help us which means we’re definitely going to be coming back again and again! Any negative reviews I’ve read on this store seem completely off based on what we dealt with here. Came in the store 30 minutes to closing and askef the cashier(tall Asian male) to please help me pick up the bag and put it outside of the store so I could wait for my ride. He was really hesitant and I felt he was putting off a vibe that I was inconveniencing him.

Is it possible to rate less than one star? the most rude staff i have ever dealt with not to mention they knew nothing about the products they actually carry out of their pathetically small store, they refuse to price match with a viable receipts which is made more sad because of how over priced everything in THIS store is. I would highly recommend avoiding this store at all costs to save your wallet and dignity, and there are a grow store in both directions of this hell hole on pacific i would go see them in a comparisson. so as i asked and wish were possible, is it possible to rate less than one star?

These guys actually care if you are happy or not. Most places just stop caring the second you leave the store. That’s no the cast here based solely on their return policy.
