Was an awesome experience. We don’t have the supplies we need in our area so being able to go to a store and not just pick things out off our phone was great. Then the customer service was phenomenal. Great family atmosphere. Great product variety! Had almost everything we needed. Was definitely worth the 2 hour drive! Thanks

The older gentleman is rude and arguementative, on another visit, a woman cashier acted as if we were bothering her by purchasing their products. Great way to make customers feel appreciated.

They have so much cool stuff for growing any kind of plant indoors with lighting. I have been shopping with this local chain of stores for many years now. I used to have a medical Garden. Also I love to grow any kind of plants. The owner has been very helpful to me. Apparently now a days with the new laws he can openly give advice to people growing cannabis.

They keep only the brands that big growers order. To me that means they only carry the best. Their coir is awesome,.and we like their in-house brand.

Blu Moon is very stable! I mixed three reservoirs, with Bloom A, B, and all the additives, and each came within 10 ppm of each other! The only Nutrient line Ive used with that kind of consistency!

This place will bend over backwards to help you,,, i had mites bad but got the solution from them.. milldew awas on the plants another time and got great help with that.. he wired my timer box free... also they often have a sale table with stuff you can use not just outdated junk,,,i love the dogs and his kids who work there..a fammily business full service.. five stars.. .

Ive been a regular customer since I started growing. Had a terrible experience yesterday and will not return. Dont feel like getting into it but I will say that a was treated extremely poorly and accused multiple times of having an attitude by a cashier. Owner made a very poor attempt to save my business but acted like he was scared to ask his employee to apologize even though he apologized on her behalf. If you cant hold your employees accountable youre not wired right for running a business. Good day.

He has some of the latest equipment and keeps a good variety of other well needed items stocked.

When we first went there wasnt bad. Mike the owner knows stuff an is helpful. The last two 2 times those girls get up im buying things damn. The older sister will tell you things shes knowledgeable but the others dont care. If i know what i need ill go there but im in the market for someone who wants my biz they gave up dont care i dont no. I wonder if mike cares. Hes lost my big biz for sure. Fyi waterworks that dude is nuts an aggressive i went once. They are balls too. The one bu Costco in tacoma is not bad.

Called them on phone to inquire about fertilizers for a plant. Gave me little information. When I went in, they were all very preoccupied and not helpful. I will not return.

This place sucks over priced, rude staff the owner reminds me of a rude fat prison guard but the biggest problem is ive spent over 3k in this place only to have him stiff me on a $300 ppm-4 he wont stand behind it & basicly told me im burnt it worked for 1 hour but since then ive spent over 2k in other stores healthcrafts in oly wa being 1 of my favorites id make my own equipment out of a fire fly & a jar b4 id deal with this know nothing crusty old mothball. The daughters were always nice but the old man has allways been a butthead & the information hes giving me has always been incorrect, i think hes forgotten more about growing than he ever really knew & he acts bothered if you ask him about growing kinda strange since its called INDOOR GARDEN! Ill deal with craiglist flakes b4 i spend another cent in here atleast all the CL items ive purchaced were WWWAAAYYY cheeper & still work
