Booking my storage unit on their website was cool, I even received a discount (1st Month 50% off)! Then a quick visit into the Lakewood location to square up worked out easy-peasy. I like that the Office Manager remembered me from being a customer 14 years ago.Once I got my moving crew together and a truck reserved--getting into my unit was no problem. Im happy that the unit was clean & perfect size for my belongings!!!

I have been with this storage facility for less than a year but I have used them before. The staff is ok, the new must wear mask... & stay 6 feet away from eachother... is the reason for 3 stars. Im getting my stuff out of there and a staff member is walking around with no mask. The hallways are narrow if there is more than 1 person its not possible to stay 6 feet away. This should be explained in the area that Ive described.

I have been in this place for years before the current owners,never had I been infested with mice.It has been over a year as of Oct.When it was addressed I was told the whole building was I could not move to another building as I might bring them there.When I was informed was when there was an increase of rent,now I am informed another increase is coming. The insurance we are forced to purchase is useless to an out of state business & rodent urine & feces is too bad. Do Not rent here.I am old & disabled without truck and I have been emptying out in a little car very slowly

I have never bothered to post a review before, but my experience at Safe Store Self Storage warranted a review! The Manager, Lisa was nothing but kind, helpful, and honest- qualities that you truly look for in an establishment when housing your belongings. Lisa worked with me in deciding the right size unit I would need and was honest about having to inspect a possible water leak in the unit I was most interested in. When my 11 month old stared to whine and become antsy, Lisa redirected her focus to these amazing rocks she paints and even gave my child 5 of them to keep! I have never witness such an awesome business owner and person in general and will gladly do business with Lisa at Safe Store Self Storage. I genuinely recommend using this establishment!

Im quite pleased with the service and the prices are alot more reasonable than the other storages I have used. In fact I moved from my last storage unit to the one Im in now due to the high cost.

Amazing place, always works with me on my payments if Im ever in need of help with in reason/reasonable help on my bill due to any financial situations I may run into from time to time. Ive been here more or less six months with nothing but great amazing service and customer service is on point !! Employees are ALWAYS there with a LEGIT & GENUINE Smile on every one of there faces every time Im there. Not one negative thing I can honestly say about the place . 5/5 stars ! April 15, 2018.RAT INFESTED. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO WITH THIS STORAGE PLACE.This storage is infested with rat feces, if you are currently leaving your stuff in storage I would check on your unit AND LEAVE.The insurance doesnt cover the vermin.RAT FECES. YE BE WARNED.

Had a great experience at this location storing Salon furniture for 3 years. Zero complaints and the office manager (Scott) went above and beyond for all our needs. I would go out of my way to use this location even if it wasnt the closest.

Seems ok but dont believe the price online. The lady was nice (just got the unit) and I have no complaints about her but the price online for the storage units are wrong. They also have a coupon on their website for half off your first months rent and that is apparently not valid anymore either even though it has no date on it saying when it is no longer valid. Little annoyed about that. Think they should update their website
