I cannot say enough good things about our experience today at ADU! Despite not having an appointment, Nerissa spent hours with us, helping us understand the options that would best work with our new kitchen layout. She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or sold to. She and Aliyah stayed ONE HOUR AFTER CLOSING just to ensure we had all of our questions answered. Even then, she never gave us any indication that she had anywhere else to be.After having experienced several other appliance locations and sales people, we would give her and ADU six stars if we could!

Sold me a Hotpoint gas range as new when it was one year old. After one more year, gas was leaking because it needed a $269 new gas controller.Also, the design is dangerous because front burner controls turn on easily when unknowingly brushed against.Should be recalled!
