I reserved a couch earlier today, had a deposit taken and everything. I called to finalize details today and was told two separate times over an hour apart that the “sales people weren’t in the store for the day” even though the first call I was told they were walking in the door. No problem. I received 50 texts telling me to call back and finalize before 6 pm. I called back at 2:30 and was told they were helping someone in store and they’d call back. Here it is 6:00 pm and no one has called back even though I’ve called the store several times in the last half hour. I just want my money back at this point, really poor service.

Johnathan is an amazing person. I honestly only want to talk to him if I have any questions or concerns. He is very considerate and professional and rent a center should be honored to have him working with their company. If I knew their corporate number I would call them personally and let them know
