I was a loyal customer of Sprint/Tmobile. I loved it until they merged. Tmobiles coverage area no longer filled my mobile needs. I found everything I need with At&t. My service consultant(Shawn) is knowledgeable, patient and so friendly. The experience was gratifying and I look forward to getting to know my new family for all my mobile needs. The customer service at this store was by far the best I have ever received from AT&T in store, online or the 800 number.Shawn was fantastic. His customer service is top notch & he works fast so you’re not sitting around.The store had a few customers when I went in, but the wait time was not long at all. The employees working acknowledged incoming customers and worked efficiently to ensure people weren’t waiting around. They value their customers and it shows. To be honest I was impressed.This was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store.

This was by far my best experience with AT&T . The sales representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. She went out of her way to go ahead and activate my device while I was there and had everything done in no time at all . I DEFINITELY WOULD GIVE HER A 10..

Miranda was very helpful and quick. I went in to get a new sim card for a phone we ordered for my father.she asked me a few questions and had me set up in less than 10 minutes. And then helped with some advice on possible other phones for different family members..None of this brought money into her store, but she was pleasant and helpful all the same.
