Throughout the entire process Dawn treated me with kindness and genuine care. The paperwork was simple and explained well; the attention to detail has increased since my last visit; storage unit was clean including a final sweep; and the new pavement is nice and smooth.Highly recommended! Great Staff at location. Very helpful and attentive. Easy access in and out. Some customer parking for when you take your bike out, but keep in mind access only till 10pm. Clean unit and recent improvements to the lot make this a win! 👍🏻

The new women working there Donna is wonderful. I was having a hard time getting in the gate with my code, she ran inside and got my code for me and helped me get in. Also while I was cleaning my unit she let me know that they had stuff inside if I needed to buy more stuff. She was so helpful.

Went in to get a storage unit and the staff was very professional and polite specially the manager made sure i got the right unit for what I need to store, I’ve been to other storages and they weren’t as helpful. Highly recommend them!

The staff has been very friendly, professional, and helpful. Storage lockers are clean and most importantly dry. Its also nice they have packing material and furniture covers for sale which is convenient. A security gate and cameras make you feel at ease when storing your valuables. So far so good and would recommend!

After an awful experience with my movers during my relocation from Ohio, coming to Extra Space Storage in Taunton, MA rebuilt my faith in customer service. Very satisfied with the online sign up and seamless experience: everything was set up and ready for me upon my arrival.

Was taken care of right away. Was about to get a smaller unit, but the girl told me to grab the larger, to capitalize on the 1st month Free ! Esp as may need the extra space the 1st couple weeks while waiting to move in. Then I can swap over to the smaller space for the reduced price of the 2nd month, if need more time, with not extra fees :). Actually saving me a Major Amt of $$ !! I only had to pay the admin fee & Insurance for my items Upfront !! $36.00 for 1st month instead of $ 158.00 ( incl. the 1 time $25.00 admin fee).Definitely took the space ON The Spot 🤣🤣. Didnt need to take any time to think it over !! Ill start moving things IN there Tomorrow !! Get them out of my way in house Im moving out of, & 26 of the 28 miles closer to the place Im moving into within 5-15 days !! Makes thing So much easier, since Im disabled & pretty much moving a Ton of stuff all by myself :/Just heavy appliances, washer/ dryer, freezer. My son & mechanic will be off work & able to move for me !This place is Above Excellent in Customer Svc & Convenience. Open gates ( w your code. 6 am - 10 pm !

I had no issues with Extra Space Storage, every one I dealt with was very personable and professional.

It’s pretty good, staff is friendly. Just be aware of your leave date. If you don’t follow up they may forget it and you’ll be charged for a month. The place is under new management and I was there for old management. It’s what it is, storage. It worked for my location. I have some pieces that are moldy, my fault, I was there for long than expected. Over all it will fit your needs.

Make sure you get all agreements in writing.it seems a lot of storage areas were half empty a few years back.then came the internet.then came big corporate.i really like this storage facility but I feel I was promised a lot and left on the curb.i live downtown so storage facilitys are a nessecity .I guess writing a review for this place would be like asking someone how they feel about the electric company
