Great customer service. Job was done when they said it would be. I had my breaks and oil changed here, not truck is running better and stops way better now. Price was not bad. I highly recommend.

We’ve been customers for years and they are usually good to work with. Took our van in for new tires before a big road trip two weeks ago. Paid to have the tires mounted and balanced (obviously). However they did NOT balance the tires. So we ended up having to take the van in AGAIN on a Sunday to a different tire shop (Big O is closed on Sundays). Very frustrated with our experience. When we got back from our trip we called them and they made it clear they’re not interested in retaining long-term customers. Refunded us for the mounting and balance cost but were reluctant to even give us that. They did not hold themselves accountable for the huge inconvenience they caused us during our trip. On vacation or not, having to spend an extra two hours at a tire shop on a Sunday for work that you already paid to have done is ridiculous. They refused to acknowledge that on the phone and because of the way the conversation went we won’t be going back.

I feel that Tony and Sean are very up front honest business owners, you dont see that often. If something is wrong with your car they arent going to beat around the bush, they arent going to lie to you about other things being wrong with your vehicle. They always want the best possible outcome for each and every customer even if the customer is rude they will still go out of their way to help in anyway that they can. Theyre very educated and have very great people skills. Matt the mechanic is very intelligent and does an amazing job on all work that he does. Ive never had a problem taking my vehicles besides that they cant do exhaust and transmission work. If they did I would use them as my 1 stop shop for all repairs. Austin is always such a great help on any mechanical or tire questions he is great at customer service and easy to talk to. I have been coming to this big o for the last 5 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They definitely go out of their way to fix you up. I take all my vehicles here. I dont even have to think about second guessing their customer service.

I was just at your location after leaving another Big O tires of of 3500 S and 2700 W. that had their hours listed open until 5pm on Google. Needless to say but shop was closed prior to 4 pm. I decided to try your location in hopes your hours were correct and they are, if you accept customers until 5pm. Might as well close at 4 if you aren’t accepting customers after 4:01pm. I’m a long time customer with a tire warranty on all my tires that needed a patch. A patch and your pawn upfront turned me away. Seriously?! Will be going elsewhere for new tires this fall. #stepUpYourGame

I highly recommend not going to this location the owner pretends to be the manager knowing hes the owner and is very unprofessional and rude all he cared about was getting his money I went in there twice get my car fixed for the same thing and every time I went in there they said that theres something else wrong with it theres no good quality work all they do is just try to repair your car as fast as they can, theyll say they will guarantee their but then you bring that up to them and they get mad saying there has to be something else wrong the, owner is a bald dude looks more like a skinhead and also acted like one I highly recommend not going there. Go somewhere else save you the trouble and your money.

I went to the Taylorsville Big O today to purchase new tires.The tires I purchased form THIS location had fallen short of the mileage warranty by 25000mi. When I asked for price to be prorated for the purchase of new ones the employee said there was nothing he could do for me. very dissatisfied!I then tried a different location 7761 3200 w Jordan.This location was just as bad. They said they would prorate them if I had rotated them at a Big O location. They refused even with a documented schedule of rotations of every 3000mi.I then went to discount tire and they prorated the tires that BIG O sold me stating that it is a manufacturers warranty. I rolled out of the parking lot with a new set of tires and a new location to do my business.

This location is seriously the best. Im going to start buying tires from the location on 54th south and 36th west exclusively.

The manager at this establishment is so unprofessional and rude. i got off a 12 hour nightshift at the hospital and as i was pulling off bangerter at 6:00am my tire unfortunately popped. i pulled in here to call family for help and as i’m waiting the business started to open for the day. instead of offering for help when he pulled in- he came out to angrily ask me to move that i am blocking his stalls and he’s having a bad day (like i’m not sitting there with a flat tire having a bad day myself). he could have approached the situation better instead of him taking out his personal issues on me and kindly offer help or politely ask me to move. if this is how he treats his employees and anyone that comes in, that is very unfortunate. do better.

Ive taken my car in several times because of squeaky breaks. They told me nothing was wrong. I finally asked a friend to look at them, and the rotors were ruined. Your techs suck! Will not ever return!

This location always provides great service at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and I never feel like I am being talked into something that I don’t need. Coming from a girl that doesn’t know much about cars, this is so important.They always try to help with my questions and requests. This Big O will always have my business.

Work was done quick and very professional

Slightly unprofessional handling of phone calls, setting up a time to come by but not taking a name or even the model of car. Which is why when I got there I found out they dont have the machinery to align an Audi at this shop. While I suppose I should expect to have to go to certain places for a car like this its partially on me for not doing so in the first place. They were still able to get me proper tires and point me to one of their shops that did have the machines for my car though. All in all not a negative experience but definitely sub par and mildly annoying for such large chain to act this way. Basic tire needs? Absolutely. Anything else? Not happening. If they cant handle setting up a tire replacement smoothly I dont want them messing around in my engine bay.

I want to personally think every single one of the staff at this location yesterdayI went in there to see about rotating my tires because the last winter storm I was sliding everywhere and I hit the side rail of Mountain View corridorI’m a delivery driver from door Dash and so I went in there and they rotated my tires for free checked the alignment for freeLooking to see if there was anything wrong with it andtoday all night I had to work Doordasher in delivering through this storm andI was going normal speed I didn’t slow down I wasn’t slipping and sliding like everybody else and I was passing everybody bygetting your deliveries on time I want to personally think them all.Ps Apparently The mechanic that was doing the test of the alignment was under the impression that we were going to do an alignment and did an alignment and I hope they don’t get in trouble though shhhhhh

This place is great for tires and simple maintenance and the staff is super helpful. Thats why I brought my car in when the check engine light came on. I was quoted 1100 to fix my car because of the intake manifold but thats all I got regarding the problem. I took my car in to the dealership for a second opinion and had a broken wire that was less than $150 to fix. Please ask questions and get more answers before proceeding with major repairs on your car.

I have been some not so great Big O Tires before but these people are the best. They are honest, they dont overcharge, and they are always fast. They have taken care of all of our needs from tire patches to real mechanical issues. They always work hard to give us the best deal. This will always be our go to mechanic in SLC.

This Big O location is great. Theyve fixed a flat on both my car and a friends van. They dont seem to try to up sell everything, so thats nice. Their tire prices are reasonable as well. And they can replace the tpms low tire pressure light sensors.Overall, the employees were friendly, and everything Ive had worked on there was finished in a reasonable amount of time.

I had an appointment which was easy to schedule and the staff was friendly. The reason for 2 stars is Im not happy with the services. I mentioned a slow leak in my tire that Im pumping air into 2 times a week. I was told they would check it. Sure enough that same day I had to put air in it and plain as day a screw was lodged in it. They didnt check, told me they did and lied about there not being an issue. I am now sitting at Les Schwab getting it fixed.

I gave very specific instructions that were not followed by the technicians when I brought in 4 new tires and 4 wheels to be mounted and balanced. I specifically requested sticky weights, not clip on wheel weights for the outer face as well as getting two of the better of the old tires back. All my old tires were thrown away and there we weights clipped to my wheel faces. Pretty obvious that there is some poor internal communication at this location when one technician acknowledges my directions and then its done wrong when I pick them up the next day.

Brought in my own tires and they put me right through. Was only there for like a half hour! Everybody was friendly which made for a good visit! Thanks for everything!

A few years ago i called to ask what their waiting time was to rotate my tires and they told me 30 minutes. So i drove over and within 15 minutes my suv was done and ready to go. I even mentioned to the manager that he told me over the phone 30 minutes and he looked at me and smiled(very kind and professional) but i was amazed that it was half the promised time and that my car was actually done within the time that i was supposed to wait. By the way this happened about 4 years ago but i forgot to post the review. Thank you so much

We have been going to BIG O Tires in Taylorsville for the last ten years and their service only gets better and better. Just this week we had to get my son tires for his car . Of course we called around to make sure we were getting the lowest possible cost since he just got married and a poor student . Well Shawn again took his time and went over every tire and what he thought would work for my son and his wife the best . Well the price was the cheapest and it was done in a great amount of time . Just as we have taken all our cars to big o we have never paid over for anything and their always willing to go above and beyond . Just like today Austin helped are son with another car today and he was so polite and went above and beyond to make sure they found the problem . These guys will always listen and give you the best price guaranteed. I couldn’t say anything mean about them because everyone that works their shows the best customer service possible . They don’t only do tires they do much much more and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone . This store will not replace or repair defective tires. The manager/owner yells at the customer and refuses to do the right thing. Steer clear of this store. Other Big O stores have been awesome.

I have had my tires for 8 months. The front tire kept going flat and I needed to get it fixed 3 times. After that I took it to someone else and found it was a faulty valve stem. I’ve now had to replace 3 valve stems from Big O.Because of the problem, it wore out my front tires and when I took it in to get new ones they said they wouldn’t cover the warranty because it is independently with each store. The store I bought my tires from is 60 miles away. I am so dissatisfied with the service I received and the quality of the tires.

Too much money lol, get it done somewhere else better quality and for a right price. Not this greedy place

I have taken more than one vehicle here, and I have always been happy with both the customer service, and the service that was done to my vehicles.

Should have never took my car in for a tire rotation. Took my Honda Odyssey in for a free rotation after buying new tires from them 6 months ago. They brought my car out with a broken catalytic converter screw. It was the top screw as if it had pressure on the bottom, talked to the tech and he said they used a jack and not a lift it was like they where trying to get my car in and out and jacked it up by the cat because the fire shield was dented in. They made it seem like it just randomly broke, I called corporate and was give a customer relations number. AVOID THIS PLACE if you don’t want you car broken.

Big O Tires West Jordan is the only tire store I shop at. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to positively serve their customers.

Amazing! Weve been to every repair shop, and no one could help us and took forever to help us, and stated that we needed to just replace the tire. We went to big oh, and they showed us the tire damage, misalignment, and the puncture with chalk Marks. Completely phenomenal. The wait time was amazing for the car. It may have taken an hour to get started, but it only took them 10 minutes where others took 2 hours to accomplish. Great job!

GOOD PEEPS HERE!!!I frequent this Big O location because they are close to home, but I prefer buying my tires and services here for piece of mind. I know that I can rely on the staff for sound professional advice and service, and Ive never felt ripped off in the decades that Ive shopped here.

Every time i go for an issue with my car or tire rotation and oil change, they are quick, and even when I have to wait they give me updates and clearly explain what the issue is. Always have had a good experience there.

I won’t take my car anywhere else. They are honest and upfront about what needs to be repaired. Recently I blew a tire in the evening and had it towed here. When I returned in the morning to give them my key they already had my paperwork ready to go so that I could quickly be in my way. Tony is an amazing manager and is the reason me and my family go to this location. Keep up the good work.

I love this location. Have been going there for years. Wont go to any other location.Years later writing this part,I got my tires about two years ago and they never balanced them and didnt fit them properly against the rims. I have never had so much trouble with these people and they act like Im crazy when I bring my truck in. I will not go there anymore.

This turned out to be a terrible day- Worse for them! But they did the best they could! My car was next in line and their air compressor blew out! They were totally stuck! Had to wait for a repair man to come (45 minutes for him to get there!). I had set aside a couple of hours for this. With a full weekend, I couldnt wait any longer. Kudos to them- got to keep my quote and will be back next Saturday for my tires! They really were outstanding (customer service wise), I found myself apologizing to them for the misfortune and wishing them the best! Im sure next week will be better!

Ive taken multiple cars to this location and have always been pleased with the work they do. Ive bought tires (always get what I want and never feel pressured to buy more expensive), had alignments and oil changes(they have some of the better prices), and even a couple of screws removed from my tires(free since I got the tires there). The guys at the desk are always helpful and fun to talk with.

I arrived at this location on a Saturday morning with a bolt in my tire. They repaired the tire in less than an hour! Thank you Big O, I will be back!

They did a great job with a repair and alignment, service was fast and efficient.

My daughter took her Truck here because it was making horrible brake noises. After they did their inspection, they quoted her about $1700 for all 4 tires and whole new brake system. My husband is a mechanic, our daughter called us and told us what they said. After her dad inspected there truck, he was able to replace just the brakes pads, it didnt need a whole new brake system. Everything was very new still, but it did need pads. It cost a total of $50 for the cost repair.If it had not of been our daughter has mechanics in her family, this outfit would have taken complete advantage of them. This whole world has gotten so expensive on everything, and everyone is trying to make ends meet. But when you have dishonest companies as this one, Just makes things harder.Im writing this review to let people know to not take the first quote for anything, ALWAYS get a second opinion. Or make real good friends with mechanics LOL.. Shame on you BIG O Tires for being so dishonest.

When I went, it was super busy. Yet, I was in and out of there within an hour! Good, reliable, and quick service here! Definitely would recommend it anyone.Only reason why it isn’t 5 stars is because the guy at the counter was getting mad at anyone that came to the counter to ask any questions. Not a big deal, but it made some of us feel pretty uncomfortable.

Brought my car in to have tires rotated and balanced. When I headed home my car was vibrating badly at around 50-60 MPH. Took it back a few days later to have it rechecked and rebalanced and left it there for a couple of hours. Came to pick it up and they said, everything was fine and away we went. My husband noticed the vibration again the following day and told me to take my car to a different Big O Tires shop since this one had been unable to correct the problem they created. Ultimately, the car was taken to our normal mechanic who immediately noticed the center ring was missing from the front passenger tire. They wouldnt allow me to pick up my car until this part was replaced, which had to be ordered by a third party. They told me the omission of the center ring on that tire was a big deal and a major safety issue and that the techs at Big O Tires wouldve noticed this immediately IF the car had actually been checked when we brought it back a few days after the initial rotation and balance appt. This store also tried to rip off my husband recently when he got new truck tires installed. They agreed to price match the tires then when he came to pick up his truck they tried to charge him an addl $300 and claimed they had no idea who he had spoken to. We live near this shop so its convenient, but we will never return for any tire services in the future. The manager is a bully, they are unprofessional and dont stand behind their work and, frankly, are nothing short of negligent in terms of workmanship. Consumers BEWARE! Reply to store response: This Big O Tires store installed these tires from TireRack 10/2015 and have done the tire rotation and balance every year without issue, until your tech lost the center ring and this wasnt checked when I brought it back after experiencing vibration issues.

I was having a slow leak in my tire and had gone to a couple other tire shops to get it fixed, but the wait time was extensive so I kept looking. I stopped by Big O Tires early in the morning and got serviced immediately. Tony got some information from me and then sent my car right into the bay; within 10 minutes the tire was fixed! Apparently a nail was lodged within the tire and they patched it up. But as I was going to pay Tony said not to worry about it and to just come back for more business. I will definitely be back!

I took my car in yesterday to get two new tires and an alignment, when we arrived the service was quick and painless. It is wonderful when you can go into a mechanic shop and you can trust that the work being done is honest and that they are not over charging you for the service they are providing. The representative that helped us was kind and explained everything to us in detail, he did not try to over sale us on products that we didnt need. You can really tell that they want to build a relationship with their customers and not just make a quick buck off of them. I would take my cars in again and I would recommend them to a friend!

Shop staff, fantastic. I had went in two Saturdays ago to get my brakes fixed. It was rather quick, and affordable. When i went to pay, I was using the BigO tire card, there was a problem with payment, and the Shaun was so patient as we got it sorted out (mind you, I was not feeling well at all...)This is definitely one of the few, only places I trust to take my car to.Thanks guys i still remember your awesome service weeks later, thats how great it was.

We have done business at this location for over six years and because of a past family situation from over two years ago we were denied service. They cut us off and will not do any work on our vehicle. I feel that this is being biased and unfair.

The staff here is helpful and very professional! I cant tell you how many times they have gone above and beyond to help us out. When we had our most recent car issue we had the car towed past several other places, even other Big O locations just because we love working with the staff here.
