They were quick and efficient and let me use a coupon from online. I also had windshield repair however they forgot to call my insurance company while I was there to get it approved and they should have done that. Other than that it was perfect service.

Super disappointed! Had some lights come up on my dash and my steering was being funny. Both started happening the hour after we got our oil changed at a different Jiffy a couple weeks before. I was hoping for any help, clarification, service that would fix these symptoms or at least advise on what would need to be done. They came back saying id have to go back to the other jiffy, they couldnt help us. Didnt even know what the codes were that came up. Couldnt tell me anything! As I went to get in my seat to leave and go somewhere else, I could barely get in my seat because it had been adjusted and left that way. I went to reach for my seat changing lever and its broken! I turned around and asked them about it. They denied anyone touched it...even moved the seat. Said they would have the manager check their video feed and contact me about it the next day. Never heard from anyone. Do not go here. Bad business all around.

I went back here because they were thorough with the hard sale you get at some Jiffy Lubes trying to sell extras. But they put on a serpentine belt for me last time, and it was lose and instead of making an effort to tighten it they said it would need would need something else, they should of just tightened it as they put it on.

I came in to do a top off on my oil and they did it very nicely and fast but the only reason I didnt give them five stars because they didnt tell me if it was low or what they saw on my engine which was a little disappointing because other Jiffy Lubes often do. I was very pleased with my experience at this location. I came in during a busy time so I had to wait a while but they told me the wait time up front so I was aware and chose to stay. Everyone was polite and once the spot was free they did the alignment work quickly. Happy to add that they didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need.Make sure you know beforehand which location provides the exact services you need and where coupons or Groupons are valid because that will affect which one you go to.

I came here today to get my tire patched and I was in and out within about 15-20 minutes. These guys were awesome! 👏🏽👌🏽👍🏽😀They all were really nice, professional, and provided great and fast service! Now days, I feel that It’s difficult to find a good auto repair shop that doesn’t require you to undergo a diagnostic test and then recommend that you fix a variety of issues in order to generate them more revenue (Cash flow.) I definitely will be coming back in the future when encountering any other car troubles!I recommend that if anyone else is looking for a reliable, fair priced, and quick auto repair shop to come here! They’re awesome! You definitely won’t regret it!

I came in for a oil change and also had my headlights done. While I was there I found out that they like to compete in who does better on making the clearest headlights. They even bring different type of sandpaper to make it look much better. Good Job Guys!

These guys do not even deserve the 1 star! worst and ill tell you THE WORST service i have ever had!!! they ruined my whole car off an OIL CHANGE! the staff are a bunch of high school kids who have no idea what they are doing. Took my car back after realizing my car is leaking tons of oil and they said oh it looks like the filter was on wrong and they ended up taking my vehicle to a mechanic who then told me it was their fault, that they should pay for it. i call back the next day and mechanic said that jiffy lube wont pay for it. DO NOT go here if you want to keep your car!!!

My family and I have always gone to jiffy lube for our car maintenance and theyve always been, today I went to them to get the registration for my motorcycleand I forgot paperwork I needed and it was 20 minutes till closing. So the guy waited an extra five minutes after closing for me to run home and grab the paperwork I needed so I can get my bike registered. These guys are absolutely amazing

Changed my oil and get me out really fast

Went in for an oil change and Nate helped me right from the start. He was very friendly and had wonderful customer service. From making jokes to holding the door open for me, we was nothing shy of excellent. Nate made sure to explain all of my options and wasn’t trying to get me to buy products that weren’t necessary yet. He went over my cars problems very thoroughly and made sure I understood what was going on. I would definitely recommend going to this shop.

Oil change was over priced! I moved from out of state and the prices in Utah are much higher. I was told one price for the oil change, which Im used to that including the oil filter, but no, I was charged for a filter at the end, never told about this additional charge up front. Then my truck was given back to me without the oil light being change back to 100%. Also, the tire air pressure was not check like I requested.A couple of Months after my oil change, the engine light went on. I checked the codes and one issue might be to much oil. To my surprise the oil was over filled, I thought they would check this after they filled my oil - Nope. So I responded to the email given to me in the Jiffy lube response. Over a month now and I never heard back from them. Apparently they really dont care. >:(

The service was fast, but even after telling them I was in a hurry and didnt want a full inspection and only wanted an oil and air filter changed they continue to push all the extra stuff. The window wash was streaky at best. When I say no to all the flushes and fluid changes under the sun I mean exactly that.

Did the veteran day special. Great service from the moment I drove up all the way until I drove off the parking lot. They treated me as if I were there only customer. Explaining what oil change would be best to the different oils to use. It was extremely busy but they did a great job.

Expensive no experienced knowledgeable mechanics and staff that are mining for more money because you cant take it anywhere else because your car broke down by their shop. They should be put out of business because of their practices. I would rather pay to tow to a decent knowledgeable staff. Stay as far away from Jiffy Lube. They are shisters.

EDIT: Ive been coming to this place for 10 years now and the quality has slowly gone down hill. Changed my oil on Sunday and the guy that helped me said that the oil he was recommending was required. I asked him why there was another option available if it was required and he said he did not know. I asked if he was absolutely positive, and said that we couldnt afford the $30 difference in oil change, and he confirmed. After I got home I verified that he had lied. That type of oil was far from required. You need to train and hire honest employees and stop trying to upsell.1st: Needed breaks and rotors changed and unfortunately didnt have the time to do it myself. You pay for convenience. $415 for one axle. They definitely did quality work and were very quick, just wish I would have had time to do it myself.

They stripped my oil drain pan plug and then offered to fix it for 400+ dollars. Any time i have changed my oil, I use a torque wrench and look up the specs. When I said I didn’t trust them to replace the oil pan, they said they could do it for $350. When we said we were getting a tow to our mechanic, they went lower. I would have trusted for free at the first offer.Save your money and take your car anywhere else, or change your own oil.

Hard to tell if they are telling you the truth. They always say you need things that you really dont. I had a coupon for an oil change but they said the car needed more oil than what the coupon was for so they changed about $15 more. I wont go back.

As always, serving our three vehicles, your shop on 2200 West 5400 South in Taylorsville, JL got me back on the road knowing fluids and other maintenance was taken care of. Since Covid-19 a factor, and too hot to stay in my car during service, I was given the option of sitting on the lawn in the shade. Providing simple lawn chairs would’ve been helpful.

Forgot to fill up all my fluids. Had go right back after I got home and checked myself and found my washer fluid on empty. 🤔

I went into the taylorsville location on 12/23. I was told I needed new brakes for the front and back of my car. They tried pushing me into $400 replacement while I was there but i ended up deciding to wait. My husband went to replace them and they were fine! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! Austin was the shop lead. This should never happen to anybody!

They need more employees. The guy who ring me up was very nice. Employees were nice. But someone who came in after me left before me. I could see my car was done but had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to ring me up. They didnt leave a sticker in my car to let me know when to come back. They said they vacuumed my car and they for sure didnt. They said they washed my windows and they for sure didnt. I would have gone back in but the process just took too long and I was ready to leave.

Andrew was the most unpleasant, manager ever. His service tech over filled my oil, I over heard one say just fill it So when I noticed, it was over filled, I went back and talked to Andrew. He made a big deal about it. Went as far as calling the police on me just for saying how stupid can they be for over filling my car truth of the matter is that guy shouldnt be the Manager, I dont see how he got the position. As I was talking to the owner the police should up. Nothing was done to me as I was not treating in anyway. The owner was vary respectful and didnt understand why Andrew called the police on me. Then I noticed Nate, Nate was very, respectful and willing to helped me fix the problem. I have dealt with Nate, in the past he always gives 5 star service. I dont understand why he isnt the manager. If anyone ever decide to go to this Jiffy lube I would recommend you ask for Nate! and not let anyone else touch your car. If I could rate Nate I would give him five, stars! Thank you Nate for always going that extra step.

Wonderful fast service for my car repairs and services

Stopped by yesterday to get my oil changed. They kept telling me my car had all sorts of issues and kept trying to get me to do a bunch of stuff. I declined and told them I only wanted an oil change. They initially told me when I came in that my oil was full and everything looked good. Then when they were ringing me up they told me I had been low on oil and I had an oil leak in my engine. I asked them why they were telling me now my oil had been low when they told me earlier it was fine and they said they never said that. They tried to make an appointment for me somewhere else to fix my oil leak and told me labor was $85 an hour. I declined. I took my car to a friend who has been a mechanic for 20+ years today and he didnt see any leak. Also all the other things they told me I needed he said I didnt. They were just trying to get money out of me. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

Everyone was soooo friendly and wonderful to help me there !!!! They pointed out a rock chip I hadn’t even noticed! The service was great!! I’ll definitely go there agian 😊😊

Waited an hour to be seen, I understood that part. Then another hour goes by, they kept taking other cars in, after mine was only started. 3 cars were in and done before getting back to mine. I had to wait, those cars can wait. Priorities are skewed! Communication would have helped. Will not be back! Avoid this place.

Not the biggest fan of mechanics in general, and Jiffy Lube is no better than anyone else. They do their best to up-sale you on everything (upgraded filter, topping off fluids, windshield wipers, etc.). Very annoying in my opinion. A standard synthetic blend oil change for my 2015 Ford F150 was $83 with a $12 off coupon. You get just as good of a service at Walmart for at least $20 less if you dont mind waiting a little longer.

Fist place went to for my first utah oil change. Thought it was well done, fast. But could have topped off fluids for me. Drove 2100 plus miles. Reasonably priced. Nice, friendly staff. Id defiantly going back.even vacuum my front seats and the floors of the front not use to that thats a great perk

I went there because they are quick and convenient to my home. They said my truck seals were starting to leak. They overfilled it with oil. When I took my truck to my trusted mechanic he said the seals were fine. I dont trust them and wont go back. Could just be me and an isolated experience but I felt like they are under pressure to upsell and just come up with ways to increase the bill.

90 minutes for an oil change when youre the only one there? Thats a joke. Not to mention they left my steering wheel all greased up. Every other location Ive been to has been better than this one.

WORST customer service I have experienced at any auto shop. I went to pick my husband up on my lunch break to go to lunch with me while his oil was changed. He was told he could not leave until they helped him and it would be 20 minutes until someone could talk to him. We understood and I went and picked up lunch to eat with him in my car. 30 minutes later they still had not talked to him about his car so i brought his food in to him and returned to work. finally they talked with him about what he wanted done. they told him the oil change would take 7-10 minutes. after another HOUR he could no longer see his vehicle in a bay or out the windows so went to ask what the heck was taking so long. They told him that his car had been done for a while and that the guy working on it had gone home and not asked anyone to ring him up. They had literally forgotten about him! it took him 2 hours and too much money for a simple oil change. If they had been busy this would have been understandable. they were not concerned with the customers in the slightest. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else down the road to get your oil changed. not work the headache at this Jiffy Lube

So friendly and kind and not pushy at all. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because it always takes a long time. I have never spent less than 50 minutes there even when there are only one or two cars ahead of me.

Thinking they could do more than an oil change, I had them replace an ignition coil. They replaced the wrong cylinder #. They didnt refund since I already took it to another mechanic to be done right.Always have loved jiffy for oil changes. Quick and reasonable service, but probably stick with that.

Had my cabin air filter replaced because I had a coupon ever since then there is a loud clicking in my dashboard. Of course they claimed the issue has nothing to do with the filter, never admit fault right? I will not be returning to this location as I would not trust them to even be able to vacuum my car without screwing something up.

I brought my car in for an oil change and brake replacement. There was a issue with one of my front brakes. The team was awesome they explained everything to me as each problem arose. After 3 hrs they needed a part and it was going to take another hour just to get it to the shop. Instead of me waiting they offered to take me somewhere. Since I lived down the street I took them up on the offer to go home. They then returned and picked me up 2 hrs later to come get my car. Thanks for the great customer service!

Went in for an oil change. After I paid 180 bucks for a synthetic oil change, I asked them if they checked the differtial fluid. They stated they couldnt because they didnt have an Allen wrench. OK? Then dont state on the receipt you did. How do you not have an Allen wrench? Also stated on my receipt that they washed the exterior windows and vacuumed the floors. Also never happened. I now have a big oil spot on my driveway because my drain plug was not put in tight. Next time Ill just do it myself. Thanks for not doing the things that you stated you did.

These guys are always on point at this location. They are always friendly, courteous and get you in and out in a timely manner.They also send you coupons for discounts, they are open Sundays. They also allow you to go back in and they top off your car.

We went to replace our brakes and it mostly takes 30 min to an hour to do it. We waited 3 hours for them to change the brakes from the back. The employees werent friendly and not a single employee apologized. They claim to be experts but arent. I dont recommend this Jiffy Lube

TLDR: this Jiffy Lube is run by apathetic and irresponsible people who are polite but couldn’t care less about you. They took two weeks to do less than what another store did in hours. I’m never using them again, and I suggest you don’t use them either.***The full story: They changed our oil fine, but when we went because a check engine light had come on we were told they’d need to order a part and it would take a one to two days.A few days passed and I called in—not only had no one ordered the part, they had no record of needing to order one, or of what the problem with my car was. I chalked it up to my own fault, maybe i had miscommunicated.I went back, had them diagnose the problem all over again and specifically asked that they order the part. I was told it would take one to two days and they’d call me when it got there. I waited, no call.Five days later I called to check if the part was there. *It hadn’t even been ordered.* I was told by the assistant manager, who had answered the phone, that she would order it right then and it would be there within an hour. I had work and wouldn’t be able to come in an hour later so I told the assistant manager I would be there the next day to get the part changed.I came back the next day and was told that, despite the manager having said it would take an hour to get there, the part had been ordered and was at a car supply shop down the road and that they (the Jiffy Lube employees) were waiting for the car shop to call them and tell them to come get it.By this point it had been two weeks since I first visited Jiffy Lube asking them to diagnose and fix my car. My car’s check engine light had been on the whole time, and now my car was having difficulty turning on. I need my car for my job.I left and almost immediately received a call from the assistant manager who assured me she would call the car shop about the part and then call me right back. I waited a half hour then looked up a different car repair place (Jones complete car care), took my car there and got it diagnosed and fixed within hours for a quarter of the price Jiffy Lube quoted me.It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back from Jiffy Lube about the part.

Ive been twice. Similar issues. First time, their printer wouldnt print decals so I had to go to a different location. My van didnt pass inspection so I took it to Big O and they said The wiper hoses are supposed to be that way. Took it back, and it passed without saying anything to them about it. When they called to say the van was ready, I waited 20 min before anyone could help me. And then...decals wouldnt print. Then they couldnt find me keys. After a short search, we found them inserted in the key hole of the driver side door sitting in the rain. No apology of their carelessness. So now Im waiting at another location for them to print the decals. Never coming to Jiffy Lube again...horrible name for the service you get.

I was first one in this morning and it took about 20 minutes to get the standard oil change. The tech who greeted me didnt try and push the additional services on me as annoyingly as some have. Polite and efficient.

They were nice, but I paid full price for an oil change and they didnt reset my maintenance light or refill my windshield washer fluid, which are included in the oil change price. Not impressed.

Went for emissions inspection and failed for not having catalytic converters. Info was sent to health department now I need to contact them to prove indeed I have catalytic converters but the tech failed to locate them. I have an aftermarket exhaust but my cats are stock and in the stock location. Never going back to this location and got a refund due to their incompetence.

My last review was negative about them breaking the key during an emissions test but they have since contacted me and repaired the key as well as gave us coupons for free oil changes. Management seems to really care and helped me out.

Dropped car off and waited for a call. Never happened and had to call in two hours later to hear anything. After arriving the staff had “okay” service. They claimed to have vacuumed the car. But, this didn’t happen. Not very impressed with the overall experience.

Have been going to this location for 3 years. It is literally across the street from my home. Every time I leave my car with them, I just walk home. However, I ask if they can please call me when they finish with my car and they never do. Out of 9 visits in the last 3 years not once, have they called to tell me theyre ready. Btw, this doesnt include my husbands visits. They dont do it for him either. Otherwise I would give them that last star.
