The changing rooms were setup with all the curtains closed despite being empty, so a boy opened the curtain while my daughter was changing. Either segregating by gender or having a monitor would be great given the number of kids that are sent here to get uniforms.My wife likes the stock of uniforms that they have here.

This site is the only place in the area that carries the specific plaid for my kids school uniforms, so we continue to shop there. The staff is always friendly and capable, but the general disorganization of the store is overwhelming at times. Their inventory is also quite unpredictable, so youre never sure if theyll have what you need.

It was great to go to a store that protects and respects people that Are NOT wearing a mask with the assumption you have a reason instead of making you feel less than for not wearing a mask. I wish all the other stores would treat their customers like this.When I needed to have another size from the back the employees were great and quickly got what I needed. I have gone to this store to get my childrens school for the last 6 years and have always been satisfied with the service we have gotten.

This is my first year needing to buy school uniforms for my child! It was exciting but honestly I felt very lost. It didn’t take to long before an employee asked if I needed anything and took care of me. I was able to get what I needed, in the size that I needed and the cost was much better than I had expected. Anything that wasn’t in I was able to order and they came in very quickly. The uniform selection is unmatched. I’m also glad I can feel like a free American walking into this store rather than having to be rudely confronted by an employee starring and demanding I put a mask on or go back outside.

Highly competitive, allowing one to place items on hold for up to twenty-four hours. You can place raincheck orders. Face-masks available near the front of the store though they are useless. Outdoor exterior paint available. They have a varied selection of products. The service has always been positive and reliable.

Only a couple employees were wearing masks and it made my son uncomfortable so we left but pre covid it was one of my favorite stores, allot of variety and interesting finds some cheap some not so

The place is dirty and unorganized. The store has low-quality items with low production. For example, we found an Adidas shirt with the logo in the back. The employees don’t respect their customer’s health. Besides not wearing a mask, they don’t keep social distance. Would never go there on my own will.

Wonder full young lady at the registers quickly walked me to the location of the teflon tape I was looking for. Friendly employees, a little bit of everything, and old school feel. Highly suggest this True Value to anyone needing home supplies.

They do have good quality name brand stuff but the service could be better no ones like hey hi how are ? Do you need help? Nothing. Service is pretty dead and slow. But prices are good. They just need to lively up customer service.

This store was a chaotic mess. Half the people in the store were not wearing masks. The teller did not have her mask up over her nose and mouth and was sniffling while touching the items I was purchasing. She then proceeded to touch my change as well. They do not sanitize between customers. All around a filthy store.

Good variety of fair priced items. The school uniform selection will knock your socks off. We found everything we needed to outfit the kids. A fine young man with blonde hair fixed us right up! He was so quick and knew exactly how to help us. Many other departments to shop too. I found my bird seed here and a toilet seat. I much prefer supporting small local shops than big box stores any day. I will be back.

I love that there is a store in the SL area that we can come to without being forced to wear a mask in order to get what we need! We have health issues that prevent us from being able to wear masks without putting our health in jeopardy. Clean store, great service, thank you!

We walked in around 5 pm and NONE of employees were wearing masks or face shields that were walking around stocking theShelves. The only one that used one was the cashier. Yet there is a big sign on their doors that state everyone must wear a mask unless medically you can’t. So apparently the whole staff is medically unable to wear masks.

Super unorganized and the staff seemed to have less of an idea of where things were than we did and it was our first (and only) time there! Worth it to drive an extra 30+ minutes to go elsewhere for uniforms.

Not a single employee was wearing a mask. I take that back, I saw two girls wearing masks but the only had one loop hanging off an ear. What is the point in Even having a mask if you are not going to wear it right. No cleaning was being done to try and help slow the spread and honestly the store was just super dirty in general. I typically dont post many reviews and when I do they are usually good ones, but this was just embarrassing.

They have all the products I need. Great staff that will help you find whatever you need.

Has signs posted encouraging masks following the COVID guidelines, has also done a great job following HIPAA and not making those who can’t wear masks (due to health concerns) uncomfortable because they’re not able to wear a mask. Absolutely love how this store has handled CoVid. With all of the negative reviews regarding masks, which is sincerely u fortunate, I am grateful to business like this who have honored what the CDC, and OSHaw have been saying for years. They respect HIPPA, their staff was friendly, store was clean and I couldn’t ask for a better example during a time when so many people are craving those to stand up for people rights. I will be shopping here and telling all those who appreciate this approach, to shop here as well!!!

Employees not wearing masks, or not wearing them correctly. No enforcement of shoppers wearing masks. Store was unorganized and dirty. We were second in line to check out and ended up leaving because the employees were not even behind the checkout for awhile, but when they did arrive were confused with the register and process of checking people out. Waited for over 5 mins. And CRAZY price gauging on masks, wipes, and sanitizer. Terrible terrible store.

It is always interesting to go to the true value store. I saw a while new store today. Ive never gone in the south side. But I spent some money and got a pile of fun things. The employees are always nice and seem to be family. But Ive never seen that young of kids that worked that hard. Most would wondering around staring at the ceiling or playing with something in the store. Hats off to them!

Dont order school uniforms from this place. I bought a vest and button up sweater back in AUGUST, they just needed to send them in to get my sons school emblem embroidered on. We just barely got the vest a few weeks ago, and they finally called me two weeks ago to tell me the sweater was in and that they would mail it to me. Never received it, finally got a call this morning telling me the same thing and I said you guys called me almost two weeks ago saying this exact same thing. The girl said yeah we got the sweater in but it wasnt embroidered???? I bought the sweater at the store and all they had to do was send it in to embroider it! Oh and she said it says you havent paid for it yet. Ummm no I have already paid for everything, why would I wait around almost two months for something I havent even paid for yet? I would have gone somewhere else and bought one by now. They are so disorganized and the store is trashed. Save your time and go somewhere else. They dont even deserve one star....

First encounter at this store was not so pleasant. Employees were rude, place was a run down mess with products all over the floor.

Horrible experience. I would totally give negative stars if it was an option. As soon as we walked into the store we were followed by the staff of teenage boys. I dont appreciate being judge by people who dont even know me While my friend purchasing items we wanted I was looking at glasses. Once we got to our car outside we were approached by what might have been a manager telling us that the cashier saw me steal a pair of 5.00 glasses. I told the so called manager that the only glasses I had on me were the ones I brought with me. So he went into the store. I then returned everything I bought. Being watched the whole time I was in the store and then being accused of stealing something was unacceptable. Ill never go back to that store again. Im a lot of things but one of them is not a thief.

I have always had a great experience here. Even when asked to leave my purse up front. Its easily understandable with how much stores lose in merchandise every year due to shoplifting. So pay no attention to the people who cry about being asked to leave a bag upfront.

Zero stars! This store was absolutely disgusting! It smelled and had stains everywhere. I had to beg someone to help me as clothes were just heaped all over with no order. Took over an hour to locate the outfit we needed, even with the disgruntled help. They were also out of 3 things we had planned to purchase or maybe the girl just couldnt find it in the mess. Either way I am extremely disappointed. We will not be back.
