I was very impressed with their store. The shelves are stocked and it’s kept well. I mean, let’s be honest, it is a Walmart so it’s never gonna be perfect, but I do have to say that for the items I came in for, they were stocked with and had variety. I’m local to the west valley location and this store compared to 5600 W is a complete makeover. My local store is no where stocked as well as this one. I might commit to the 4 mile drive to this one instead of my 1 mile drive simply cause I may actually get items I am in need of and have a better chance of getting them by coming here. 😊👍🏽

Lines are always long ...why have so many registers if you dont have the employees ...especially on a saturday. Maybe walmart should atleast cross-train the stockers to help out when the lines are long .

Well.... After waiting more than 25 minutes, we could not seem to get any employee willing to come and open up their paint display for us. We needed to purchase about 20 cans of paint for some Halloween displays and yet no one wanted to willingly help. We asked two employees to please page for assistance and yet nobody seemed to be able to assist. The employees seemed very put out that they even had to page. It is a Saturday but this location is definitely not busy. I decided to go to Lowes and spend my money.

I mean, my expectations were already low given that its Walmart. But congratulations, you have somehow managed to lower the bar even further. If you expect even the bare minimum from this location, prepare to be disappointed.

Great store. Clean inside with some really friendly employees. Nice lube and oil shop with very good prices.

The store has everything, I can find everything in one go, all their products they have are for sure fresh and cheap.

We spent as much time waiting in line to check out as we did shopping. Hardly able to find anyone out in the store to get help. This store is severely understaffed for the volume of business that it does. Time for the higher ups to tighten their belts and start getting their front lines some better pay and benefits so that they dont lose customers to Amazon!

Went to buy compression socks, nothing exciting! Not a large selection but found what we needed. Not really a fan of Walmart but Walgreen and CVS are expensive.

The Money Center lines are ridiculously long and they only have one person working the register. They would be more efficient if they had 2 people working the registers. Please fix this issue.

Clean store, not well stocked, couldnt find what I was looking for.After having shopped here a while now I stand by my initial assessment. Its clean and workers are mostly friendly but its hard to find things.More importantly though, they just stocked up for Halloween. Heres a peek of what theyve got.

Walmart, please, please, please can you have at least one checkout lane open besides the self checkout area??? I had a huge cart full of stuff as well as a cranky toddler who was crying during checkout and I couldnt even pay attention to him because I had to do your employees job of scanning all of my groceries. It would be helpful for so many of your customers to have at least one lane open. I dont think its too much to ask.Usually I dont shop at Walmart but Smiths, but I came because I wanted to buy a bday gift for my daughter there.

Went there to pick up my curbside order and I was very surprised at how soon they came out with my stuff. Wow, that was definitely the fastest service that I have ever have. I will definitely continue to shop for curbside pickup at this Walmart. Loved it.

Good location right off the freeway can get slightly busy and if you got a craving for some fresh homemade tamales or you can normally find them in the parking lot during dinner time at 4 5 6:00 and I mean authentic tamales expect to pay about 10 to $12 a pack

I ordered a picture to be printed online and the whole thing was just confusing. At first, I didnt know where to go to get it, then I didnt know who to talk to. Then the person who helped me couldnt find the picture and it took a while to figure it out. Finally, I got it and left. I wish it hadnt had been so confusing, but I understand that they are doing the best they can with what they have!! Overall a good place! :)

I dont have HIGH expectations of Walmart by ANY means, but THIS Walmart is something special... Employees cussing in the aisles, NOTHING we looked for was where it was supposed to be, and nobody could help us find them. If you NEED a Walmart, go to the one on 5600 West instead. This location is a glorified flea market.

Its helpful just a bit messy and definitely not all in stock always.!!!edit!!!..its horrendous. they had food on top of the freezers SO warm melted I was discussed and put my cold items back .I didnt want too get sick seeing how they handle food can kill someone.

We used to frequent this Walmart when we li ed here three years ago. Boy has it gone downhill. Shelves in disarray, many items out of stock. I assume much of this is from the shipping issues but we were disappointed.

I only come here when I really need to. After what happened with Chad, this place left a bad taste in my mouth. The stuff that is locked up ( toner and ink) were not organized at all. Weird for something that is not touched by customers. But your photo Dpt is always great.

Picked up a nice cheap fly rod for river fishing.Clean smell . Good clean floors. . services and help were in good shape. Recommend this Walmart .

There are 6 people in the only checkout that isnt self checkout is the 10 items or less. We all have full carts and I tried to call but got hung-up on . Weve been waiting Mire than 10 minutes. Then I asked some workers just walking around and I see them again just walking around the ac isnt on and youre poor checker is now were up to 8 carts waiting. You need more people checking customers out this is ridiculous. We were in line for more than 30 minutes and I feel like customer service doesnt matter . When the 2nd checker came right before we got up yo the checkout all I heard her say was that she hadnt had her break but the checker with the long line had already had her break.then just as we were leaving 3 more checkers came up.

The store appears to be going through a decently large remodel with some aspects of it already completed. Did away with many check stands and added more self-checkouts. Now on each side of all the check stands, there is a grab and go area for various snacks and beverages.Theres a much larger selection of beer in the back, not sure if thats because of the remodel. Where they have pallets upon pallets of beer it appears there would be more racking so it may be a temporary thing.Overall, the store is looking nice and remodel is coming together. With stopping in for work, I spoke to a few members of management and some other employees. All of which were very nice and helpful in answering any questions I had.

Bad experience yesterday. Tried to call to see if my pick up order was ready. It rang for over 3 minutes before I hung up. Tried again with the same response. 3rd time, I chose the option to speak with team member.Waited 2 minutes and spoke to someone who would only transfer calls. She paged the person and we waited another 4 minutes and gave up. Went to the store. No one to speak to, just impersonal kiosk. It said that I can see the status on the board. It never showed up. Reentered the info with the same result. After waiting quite a while, someone walked by and told us to push the help button. As we pushed the button, a youth showed up and handed me 2 bags, but didnt make sure I had it, because 1 bag fell. They were puzzles, so it wasnt broken or damaged. He said absolutely nothing. I was telling my brother that I got the 3 puzzles he ordered and he said that there were 5. Now I need to go back and waste more time-on Mothers Day to get the Mothers Day presents. So bummed.

Its Walmart, if youve been to one youve been to them all. Busy, not enough checkers, disorganized. On the plus side, prices are good and you can find just about anything here.

Big store with lots of people. A lot of freight in the aisle making it hard to get around. It was well stocked thigh.

Getting geared up for Xmas, so the store was a crazy mess, with so much stocking going on it was hard to get around. Lots of great choices for a kids birthday from the toy section and the clothes section.

I have been coming here for years. It’s a Walmart. What stood out for me was that super nice employee Chad. He was awesome. I heard he was fired. That’s not awesome. I like that my credit union is connected and there is a McDonald’s. Prices and variety of product is decent. For the most part this facility is clean. I was amazed that juice, snacks, and coffee was being served for free during Black Friday. I obviously will keep coming cause it’s convenient.

Not one checker was available to check people out. Only the self checkout lanes were open. This is highly difficult for those who have disabilities and or the elderly. It definitely impacted me as I had an extremely full cart. The conveyer belt didnt even work making it more frustrating. This was at 11:30 am on a Thursday. Hire some help.

Have to say that I am not generally offened by language...but WOW! The staff in the shoe area dropped so many F-bombs I lost count. Not to mention the restroom up front was absolutely nasty! Thank goodness this is not the only Walmart in the area... Cant say I will use this location again.

They had what I needed but asking for help from an employee is useless. IF they will speak English, they only say I dont know where that is or they tell you they dont have it. Then you find it on your own. The store is great. The help needs help.

Never a competent employee around to help. Waited at the makeup counter for someone to unlock an item for me for over 25 minutes. I asked 3 different employees for help and each said someone was coming to help me. I ended up just not buying what I needed because no one would come unlock it for me. What a complete joke.

This store can be summed up in one word, poverty. This store is literally dirty and the shelves are ransacked and barron. They consistently run 1 cashier at the 10 items or less lane. They almost never take cash at the machines even before the change shortage. I go 25 minutes out of my way to avoid this store. If you have any self respect you will find a new store too.

Poor service. Nobody available in certain departments. For example, no one at the paint section. Called the store within and asked for service to the paint and hardware section. No one showed up.Also went on a busy Saturday morning. Only use cash. Self checkouts dont accept cash. They had only one checked and opened. There was five people in the line and growing

Skipping was great but omg 45 minutes waiting on line when theres only 2 actual registers open, and cant use self checkout with a full cart is insane...

Had lots of food but a bit to much, went to cash a check and buy some things Spicy cheetos was over stocking the shelves to the point they were on the floor a every shelf. Good customer service.

I dont know whats up with this WalMart but their prices skyrocketed. I pay very close attention to prices as inflation sets in and their beef is now more expensive than literally going to the butcher yourself and getting better cuts.Even worse theyve redesigned the food area layout and selections are way thin to give way for an overstock isle that doesnt even have good deals.This is probably the last time Ill visit this store when Ive been coming here for years.

The Wal-Mart at this location is like most others. Pretty good customer service. I will say the entrance areas need a good scrub it smelled like urine and sweat going in and about halfway into the store. Please flush down the outside, it truly was gross.

Waiting over an hour for someone to assist at the fabric center and when someone did she was mad about it..throughout that hour 10 employees walked past with only one who stopped to see if I needed help. A few employees came but had no idea what to do as they didn’t know where the key to open the cabinet to get scissors and little machine to get fabric barcode sticker. Other customers even commented saying, “Aw you’re still waiting?!” As they shook their head. The lined started building to get fabric cut as well. I reached out and complained online and I do not complain or wave it off usually but this was a no no!! I was told to come in and get a gift card for my terrible experience and when I get there the person who called wasn’t even there and a manager said he is part of the marketing team who travels. Ummm okay. So what can you do then? Terrible experience. By the way this occurred August 30th.

Everytime I go in this store it is in such a disarray. Employees are always just standing around and the items on the shelf are almost always in the wrong spot . Good luck finding prices.

None to help a line of customers in electronics. Having to go looking for an employee only to be told they dont know how to run the department or use the phone to call for some who can. Dont be fooled, a teenager in a blue Walmart vest does not mean much if you need any kind of assistance. Im giving it 2 ⭐ only to thank Amber (manager in apparel) for trying to help.

This is the most unorganized walmart I have ever been in. Product is just thrown on the shelf and placed any where close to its price tag. There was 1 check out open the rest were self check out that only took cards not cash. The employee monitoring the self check out was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Unbelievable how this store is managed. Would reccomend you go to a different Wal-Mart. Stay clear of this one unless you are up for a treasure hunt and dont care what you pay for an item.

I went here twice now. I live in az and go into Utah every 2 weeks its was well kept nice and clean the parking lot at the time I was there wasnt to busy thats a plus when you have 4 kids with you. seemed pretty chill in the store also I will probably be shopping here again

When you call Walmart within business hours and the phone rings so long the call get disconnected 3 times.. thats over 20 mins of ringing. Customer service is not here. I cannot believe im gonna have to drive there to ask a question, and you wonder why you got angry customers.. Answering a phone is one of the easiest things to do.. hire some actual workers walmart.

Their website shows money center opens at 6:00 A.M but it isnt until 8:00, a bit frustrating because I only had an hour to cash my check and all my Bills are due. Overall my experience here has been decent but they need to update their website to avoid inconveniencing people

This place only has 1 entrance/exit unlike other Walmarts that have 2+ entrance/exits. The employees were nice.

Plugged merchandise thru out the store, examples, pumpkin spice didnt make it to its home must have been out cheating all night with all spices & few others because it was everywhere. Water priced @ $2.?? Rings up @ $4. ?? One or two ok but a whole palette?. The employees lack customer service 1 of 6 helped me. Freight everywhere on pallettes & carts exception its home. On hands incorrect. Employees claim no freight in the back room. 12 to a case 96 on hand 23 sold ldos 2 weeks ago with a back room location 36 . Thru out the store merchandise was either not priced and or incorrectly priced. No cashiers. This is almost at every Wal-Mart all except for the ones that have had the same Store Managers at the same stores for years. What happened to WALLY-WORLD? Besides the facts as I understand the chain cut out Co- Managers, Department Managers, looks like Cashiers replaced by self check out, so one cashier for self checkout for hundreds of thousands of customers. Restrooms filthy gross. Dont blame Covid either. Blame those at the top Mr. President. On Friday oct 8th I was helping a lady in a wheelchair shopping an I ask for help with her an I was told don’t have time to help you out, so are not helping anyone out in a wheelchair for shopping

Walmart is always great they never run out of anything and getting in and out is awesome, the speedy self check out is always the way to go.

I mean its Walmart. This location is always packed no matter what time I go in. Restrooms are somewhat clean and the produce is mostly fresh. Cant beat the great price. Usually dont shop here unless I really have to. Its not Walmart fault that their customers are just rude and almost run you over with their carts.

A Friday evening and all you have open are self checkouts. Which is fine if they worked properly. Every other item or produce, candies, require approval. To delete an item you need approval. Thats fine IF you had employees around. You have one employee manning 9 self checkouts. You can see the exhaustion and frustration on her face. Hire more ppl!

Worst experience ever!!! Apparently as of the end of June, no cash transactions are allowed on the self serve registers. There aren’t any sings anywhere, until you get to the acultural register, then you will find it in small letters in the screen. That is after standing in line for 5-10 minutes. The self serve attendant didn’t even bother to let me know until I asked her. Even after I asked her to cancel a transaction and of course that was after I at couple of different registers.The place is way, way too dirty. Which shouldn’t be like that with the kind of money Walmart makes, but mainly after being in a pandemic where Everything should be sanitized to keep preventing infections.The inside pick up kiosk is where it should be and you can see the orange paint from far, but neither the app nor any signs say it is not available, until you actually get to the kiosk and see the paper on the kiosk sayingit isn’t available. Then you have to get back in to your car and drive to back of the building. You must call the phone number on the parking sign, because theres nothing on the app that can let them know you’re there.

Very nice. And although all the employees I encountered were professional, helpful and kind, one really stood out. Joseph in electronics was so very helpful even though it was a little stressful. He handled all the customers all the questions and was so kind and helpful. He really made my evening better with and didnt have to make a big deal about it. He had a quiet yet kind attitude an it improved my mood as well. Thank you also for the good prices and clean environment. And special thanks yo Joseph for making a difference in my life just by his attitude, which was great.

It was busy and only had one register open. The scan and go was all the way to produce. I was in a wheelchair and I finally got the attention of the manager and told him that it was ridiculous that they only had one check stand open. He informed me that he now had 3 open and I told him that he barely opened them. He said if you want to fill out an application I will hire you on the spot. When I finally got to be able to checkout I told the checker how unhappy I was and she told me Well Im sorry were not perfect. I will not be shopping Walmart ever again. What a joke.

We went to find things for our kitchen and look around they have their sweats already and they are only 5.00 ea.holy cow..cheap !! And major convy..omg !!!😉🤗🤩
