Chad was the best Walmart employee there. I actually have him a pin off my hat to add to his collection and saw it on him every single time I was there after that. One of the kindest people Ive ever met and they fired him so I go to Harmons across the street now btw their deli and cheese section is amazing and Walmarts is absolutely terrible if you can even find someone to help you. And the employees act like they hate every second of their lives.

I had an appointment for a COVID shot. Filled in the forms ahead of time and confirmed my appointment. The female who pretended to help me was incredibly rude. She basically called me a liar, refused to check the computer file and forced me to complete the foms again. It wasnt her actions, it was her attitude. I have never left a negative review before but thus was over the top rude.

I hope I’m remembering her name right but BETTY made my pharmacy experience amazing. That lady is stellar. If you are in line, cross your fingers and pray you get Betty. She’s the best and kindest pharmacy tech I’ve ever encountered.

This pharmacy is awesome!! Great customer service, FAST, reliable. They are very helpful in every aspect. Im so glad I switched pharmacies. The pharmacist are great.

Every time I come here they really go the distance at making sure I get taken care of! They recommend the best coupons, search generics for the best prices, have my prescriptions ready and follow through with all my concerns. They are super helpful and they are just great!!

As an investor and shareholder of Walmart, I am shocked to find that Chad Willoughby was terminated from his position at this location. I met this employee during a tour of this location in 2018 in the electronics section to only now hear about this over the news. I ask the public to contact the store and ask for his rehire. For any company which I value PEOPLE process product and PRIDE come first to better serve the consumer and Chad displayed all of these.

Someone forwarded me the news clip of Chad getting fired. My whole family is in shock. The whole story doesn’t make any sense. That was the worst business decision ever made. I used to tell people about this guy who works at Walmart named Chad who provides the best customer service I have ever experienced in retail anywhere, at any price. I can’t wait to take my business to wherever he goes next. What a disaster!!!

The only employee who was actually kind and helpful, Chad, got fired for BS reasons. I’ve had awful encounters with multiple employees and supervisors and Chad was a bright light. No reason to come back to your store now.

I didnt get the name of the lady that helped me but she was fantastic, pleasant smile and very helpful, pharmacist was fantastic also.

I have a new Medicare plan this year. When I brought my new prescriptions to the pharmacy the pharmacy technicians knew exactly how to process them using my new insurance. I was relieved because I did not have to go through trying to explain it. Thank you!

Lets just say that this Pharmacy keeps me shopping at the Taylorsville Walmart. They know me by name and do what they can to make the process convenient. Awesome group!

Good prices, fast service, stayed open even when their usual part of the store was being renovated. PA system in this walmart can be a little loud late at night.

Since they pre-bag everything they dont show you the bottles and review if what you were filling was filled correctly.They sent me home with half the RX I was supposed to be getting. I didnt know until I got home.

Terrible service, under staffed, and kept promising about 15 minutes at least 3 times. Recommend going to a CVS, Walgreens​, or Costcos pharmacy any day over this place.

I started using the Pharmacy at this location because I moved. Just about every time I come in the Techs are rude and judgemental. Also, they seem to be too busy to want to help customers and are very slow. Ive yet to pick up a prescription when I was told it should be ready.

I’m disappointed chad is fired, I will no longer go to this location

Call a head almost 2 hours to the pharmacy and you get there your still waiting horrible attitude
