I had a tire patch, they offer my 2 kids water and soda for free, we made it home safe 450 miles later thank you.

I love these people! Called them very close to the end of the day about a tire needing to be fixed. I felt bad calling so close to closing but they were so nice and fixed my tire. So pleasant to talk to and I just felt so comfortable in their office discussing cookies :)They definitely earned a customer for life!

I was having a very scary day and the check engine light came on. I pulled in and very quickly the owner Robert looked under the hood, identified that the coolant was low and took care of me at a very reasonable rate. This totally set my mind at ease as I otherwise would have been stranded on my way to Vegas. The owners wife Ann and assistant were totally nice to me. I am not surprised they already have a 5 star rating. Please give them your business if you are passing through.

I would not ever recommend going here. I brought in my car for an alignment, Afterwards, I could immediately tell that the vehicle was not even tracking correctly. The alignment that was completed was so out of specs that it tore through a set of rear tires. I attempted to get them to fix it multiple times and they insisted that there was no error. Of course, I ended up having to take it to a different location to fix the alignment and to buy another set of tires.DO NOT GO HERE.

We got in an accident and saw the great reviews here so we got our car towed to here and they were the best service. They got our car running and two new tires very quickly and we were able to get on our way. Great service and great people!!

It was terrible. They charged me for things they didnt do. Then they said it was running great. It was still overheating. The woman was a real witch to me. But in front of her husband I became hon. What a phony. I called triple A and told them not to use them again. And they wont. The woman also threatened me. Dont let them put it on the computer and charge you. You wont see evidence of the results.

Rob, the owner, and his wife, run a great tire shop. They provide great customer service. They do not over charge or try to gouge you.

Stopped by chance, just passing through, to enquire about a spare tire replacement; two tires were located, slightly worn but correct size for my trailer, and one selected when an additional problem was discovered. Two technicians immediately went to work on that, found the solution, and immediately resolved it! I was so impressed with their speed and efficiency, as well as the super-friendly service of all involved, that I asked if they had time to do a mandatory diesel fuel filter replacement slightly ahead of schedule. They assured me they could do so, ordered the filter which was delivered immediately (speaks of an excellent relation with suppliers), and was ready to go in about 20 minutes from the time I asked the question. I have never had my needs satisfied more efficiently, nor people more honestly happy to do so, than at All American Tire & Services Center in Tehachapi. Thank You All VERY MUCH for your EXTRA EFFORTS & GREAT SERVICE!!

They were helpful. The did not have my tire. So they called around town until they found it. I went to r soto.

Brought my truck in for an alignment. The guys said I had other issues and that they couldnt do the alignment unless we did these other things first. I had to bring truck back another time. He gave me my check back and was awesome to point out my brakes were a little spongy because he noticed my daughter was driving the truck. Aces in my book!!

2 years ago bought brand new tires with a warranty of 50k miles. With only 25k miles used, my tires are balding and they said there’s nothing they can do and it’s my fault that my tires are bald so quick.

This business has been under new ownership since June of 2015. It is now called All American Automotive Service Center, and the new owners are absolutely fantastic. Needs better trained mechanics..I think because tehachapi is such a small town they r limited on mechanics so people go here and think mechanics know what they are talking about and they dont! they try to convince you they are right with whats wrong with your car when actually they have no clue

POORLast week I called and got a quote from Jason for Hancook tire. Jason told me $375 out the door for a set of four. I called back today to make an appointment to get those tires. The guy on the phone stated that Jason did not give me a quote and they do not sell Hancook. I was willing to give them one more try. INCONSISTENT!!!! DO not waste your time. Your time is your money.
