Manny helped us. Outstanding service and very fast & accommodating! We’re not from there and were in a hurry due to being military and on the way home at the end of vacation. Manny went out of his way to investigate a problem as soon as we pulled up while he was busy and then to squeeze us in the following morning on a really busy day. It was very affordable and he’s tremendously pleasant and professional. We drove the car from Tehachapi to Georgia with no further problems. If my family & I end up moving into town there eventually - he will be our choice for mechanics! He’s an asset to your business and very appreciated!

This is a busy Smog testing garage and appointments are not available due to this. Bring your vehicle in early and plan to leave it for a few hours. To my surprise I was in and out within an hour on a Monday. My only contact was with the office and both people I spoke with with very nice. Clean looking garage and waiting area.

Fast, friendly, efficient, and the price is right. Nice people, clean waiting room (I love the fact that clean pens are in a sanitized holder). Ambience is that of the auto shop you remember when you were a kid. First time here, and theyve won me for life -- or at least once every two years, when I need a smog check.

My car wasnt passing smog because my dip stick for oil was missing (weird). P&N went above and beyond to help me get the situation handled. Excellent customer care! Thank you!

This place is awesome. After breaking down on my way up the grade due to a radiator failure, these guys took me in despite their busy schedule to help get me home. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs any work done.

Had a distrbutor put in ok they got it running but timing is still off left 2 plug wires off breather not tighend down left a. c. line off across the engine the timing is supposed to be 25 degrees top dead center and only at 23.5

I wish I could give this shop more than 5 stars. I am driving cross country today and my car broke down on the interstate right above this town. Not only was my car packed with luggage but I had my dog with me. Crystal was so kind and polite, she went out of her way to ensure that my dog and I had everything we needed. She even gave me directions to parks to take him too. Everyone in the shop was extremely attentive and worked hard to get me back on the road. Manny was the mechanic that fixed my vehicle and he did a great job and my vehicle got me to my next stop without issue. They were honest and I never once felt like they werent competent to fix my vehicle. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who needs a vehicle serviced. They are amazing!

Not impressed with this garage. Way over priced parts cost. Theyd rather throw parts at a car instead of troubleshooting. I was told prices were high because they order OEM parts, not true. Some of the staff are rude. Avoid this place

P&N garage is a professional, reasonably priced, and service oriented garage. I have taken my vehicles here for several years and I am always pleased with the services provided. The front staff appears to care about the customers needs and not about billing for unnecessary charges. I would highly recommend this establishment for your automobile needs.

Very friendly and got the smog test done quickly. Cost was competitive and they didnt charge extra for a pre-2000 vehicle as some of the other shops in town do. I have had other work done here in the past and never had a problem. Highly recommended!

Was looking for the lowest price for a Smog Certificate and P&N was the lowest priced shop. I was amazed at how fast their service was!! Their waiting room was sparkling clean and I enjoyed a cup of coffee. Definitely would use them again!!

They didnt repair 2 of my vehicles properly. First was my 2015 Honda Civic. Had them change the oil and rotate the tires. They ZIP TIED the oil filter cover back, so when the sip ties broke, it destroyed the cover.2nd vehicle was my 1997 Jeep Cherokee I had them install a lift kit and fix the TPS sensor wiring, that they didnt properly fix from the time before. The front end components are loose, and the TPS sensor still isnt fixed. Over $1000 later and Im taking it to the Garage now.Proceed with caution.

Service is great, my monitors werent reset and they advised me to drive it around and then when I got back they checked to make sure it was ready and kept sending me out till it was. It made me feel like they genuinely cared.

I have had both my cars in for smogs and oil changes on several occasions and the price is always more than fair and the wait time is always at a minimum. The people and the service are great. They dont try to over sell you stuff you dont need and explain every thing in terms you can understand.

I am a mechanic and I have always used p and n for my smog checks. So I take my truck in. Mechanic is a little short with me but its alright. After having truck for half hour he tells me the monitors arent set. This is unusual but ok. I take it home. Hook up obd2. No power. So I change cigar lighter fuse that powers obd2 port. Check it for codes. Its fine. I go back and tell mechanic at p and n. He proceeds to tell me that he knew that and was very indignant. Why not sell me a fuse. Why not tell me that what the problem . He told me to drive it vigorously.What a joke. Horrible mechanic. He never knew. Not a clue then tried to treat me like Im the one who doesnt know anything. Never again

Theyve had my truck all week. I had to leave it with them and go to North Arizona. I just drove back across 3 states and they decided to close early and reopening until Monday. I talked to them and let them know I was coming and everything.

I walked in without an appointment, got a smog and was done in less than 20 minutes. Friendly staff, fair prices and excellent service!

Took ford Focus in and had a Alternator and Battery replaced. The total bill was $532.00 a little expensive in my opinion. After that had a electrical problem, they kept it for a number of days and kept me informed everyday on the problem. They finally got it fixed at no charge. Very good people, they have my business.

P&N has always been my go-to. Ive heard bad things but I always dismiss them because Ive had nothing but good experiences with them for the 7 years Ive lived here, despite changes in management and staff. They call it a smog shop but Ive taken every car issue Ive had to them and they take care of business for me.
