Very prompt and easy to work with! Provided great insight on the design and sizing of logos on our step and repeat banner. We were able to rent the proper stands from them as well. The stand was a bit difficult to work with but we figured it out!

I cannot wax poetic enough about AZ Banners. It wasnt just that they had my banner ready within 24 hours. Or the fact the process was seamless. A friend sent the JPEG image via text, I forwarded it via email, and the product was just what I wanted. What was above and beyond, was that they were closing at 4pm that day and I received a call or who to call and that they would be there for me to pick up as the event was that very evening. They actually cared PAST the service and product I paid for!!!! Customer service is alive and well.

A mile form where I live! They said they had banner stand hardware in stock. Great because my stad was dammaged in shipping form the last show and need a replacement in the next 24 hours. But could not even get to square one it these guys in replacing the hardware for my banner stands. He kept wanting to know the brand... Told me my 36 adn 48 banners would only fit on the brand of stands I already had. I am thinking they must have wanted to order it from the guys I got it from originally. Bad plan because they were not very good quality. I think AZ banners is graphic design only and their address is a residence. From the dynamics of the discussion, I am guessing they buy their stands online.
