Not a company to use. Eli came out to give us two quotes. The first quote took a day, the second we had to call numerous times and it took a week, though Eli had all of the information. Once we got the two quotes we questioned the five hours of install time for the second project, which at most should have taken maybe an hour and a half. Eli became defensive, argumentative, abrasive and rude. He yelled over the phone What is your problem. As a small business owner, myself, Eli is not someone that I would want ever representing my company. Better off going somewhere else.

Couldnt have been more pleased with the process, the product, and especially the service! Vicki Miller was on point and efficient from beginning to end. Fast Signs is lucky to have such a hardworking, intelligent, and customer service oriented employee. FANTASTIC!!

The gentleman who helped me, Corey Yardley, was very polite and professional. He took the time to visit our building and gather a solid understanding of what we were trying to accomplish. He then used that information to propose a couple of different solutions within our budget. Once the sign was complete, the gentleman at the store who assisted me with picking it up was very kind and helpful (I did not catch his name). We had to maneuver the seats in my vehicle a bit to make the sign fit but he didnt act like it was a problem at all and was happy to help. I am pleased with the product I received and how it looks in our lobby, as well as the service I received.

We have used Fastsigns in Tempe for annual events for over 8 years now for multiple clients. They have done posters, pop-up banners, window appliques and wraps, vinyl hanging banners, trade show displays, event signage and more. Ordered some tear drop flag banners for work and everything shipped as expected minus 3 boxes. I was in touch with Dave the store manager and he immediately worked on finding a resolution as to why we hadnt received all of the boxes. He even made a back up plan in the event not everything was received in time to ensure our event would go off with out a hitch! Really appreciate the update about and making it right! It’s this kind of customer service that brings back repeat customers.

I called Vicki in need of a simple adhesive vinyl graphic in a rush. It was very small and not a profitable job for them but that did not hinder the great service and same day service. I will be using them again!

If I could leave these guys a better score, I would. I needed 3 banners printed the same day, with artwork sent last minute.. it was stressful until I spoke to Dave. He reassured me he was able to help me out and even called/ emailed me throughout the day to keep me informed of my order.The end product was great and killed it at the conference, but to be honest, the service is what makes it THAT much better. I utilize Fastsigns of Tempe whenever I need signage adjustments/repairs/additions. Freedom to just email them with ideas and needs is a great time saver for me. They have great ideas and direct me accordingly. Once projects are approved installers schedule and install with little to no added instructions. they truly make it a bit easier for me.

This was my first experience with this printing company and having a fresh eye this is what I got. Quick service, representative called and asked me specific question about the print job to get it right the first time, resonably priced(especially on such short notice), even got a crash course on how to apply the large sticker I had purchased for best results. Good, quick, and better service. 4 stars until I use them again. If the same results as this first time occurs. They will get the 5th star for consistency. Great first time though!
