I highly recommend Total Wine And More. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their product offerings. I also recommend getting a Total Wine And More membership, which is free to join, and you can unlock rewards. The cashiers are also good at asking if you are a rewards member. My only complaints are with the app, so the following feedback hereafter should be provided to the developers. First, Total Wine And More allows for in store Apple Pay purchases, which is great. However, Apple Pay integration is not in the app. When placing an order, there is a minimum dollar limit to place a pickup order, which makes no sense. Using the secure checkout in the app, my order was canceled, without a notification from the app, a text message, or an email. Please tell your developers to fix the app.

Fred and Keith were awesome! Pretty much everyone was great but those were the two who gave me their names… everyone was so nice and helped my husband and I out. They even looked around the entire store with us for a bow to put on a gift for our boss! Even showed us a tequila I never would have even looked at and because they let us sample it, we bought it! A special shout out to the gentleman who helped us find the perfect glasses with the steel ball and tongs so we can enjoy our tequila without it getting diluted. I’ve never been to a Total Wine where the people who worked there treated us the way this entire staff here did today. They made us feel like we were lifelong friends - I never would’ve thought I’d experience something like this at spirits store… my hubby and I highly recommend! Worth a bit of a drive from Gilbert just based on the people here. Good job on hiring some awesome folks! :)

Can’t beat the selection and prices of everything here. I have an interest in trying beers from around the world and not only does this store have beer from a lot of different countries but they organize and label them by country in the singles and six pack selection. This makes it so much easier to find specific ones! As a beer fanatic, I feel like a kid in a candy store here.Not only is their selection amazing, but the staff is as well. Even when the store gets really busy on the weekend, there are always many friendly employees offering help. The cashiers move the lines pretty quickly. This is definitely the best liquor store in Tempe.

Ok, actually going to add my review now.I love going to Total Wines, my friends and I refer to them as Adult Candy Land even. I love that while I never know exactly what Ill find wandering the aisles I know Ill find something that is either A, what Im looking for or B, something interesting enough to pick up anyway.This store in particular is an awesome example. Friendly and knowledge staff (Shout out to Keith Wheeler, super helpful dude) and a good selection. My biggest gripe is only that the constant new stock means Ill find myself occasionally discovering something new and cool but itll be gone by the time I go to re-stock, but thats not really anyone in particulars fault.Definitely will be making many many returns.

I dont know what it is. Perhaps the fancy labeling or bottle design but ethel alcohol really makes me feel good, not like a good nights sleep good, I mean really good. Ive given up pretty much everything just so I can drink the stuff this place sells.

Keith Wheeler and his crew were great. I asked 2 of them questions about a product I was looking for. The first associate said the product was not in stock, and the second associate further informed me it was no longer distributed in the area. That type of information you dont find everyday. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a place to buy their alcoholic beverages. Being able to ask someone a question and then have it answered with intelligence and understanding is invaluable.

Wow! I went there one night with my wife and daughter to pick up a couple bottles of wine we like and were graciously met by Keith. We asked for some suggestions and conversation turned into the most knowledgeable tour of the store. We avoided this store for a year or so because the service was so poor. This past Saturday we were in the area and needed wine. The Manager (Chip or Chad) helped us. WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! He was knowledgeable (without being wine snobby like some Total Wine experts can be), helpful, friendly and funny. Thank you so much. A 5 star experience!

Keith was awesome, and Jeffs recommendation cards are the best. Sadly its a bit far from the house so its more like a Costco run, I always come out with a box or two. The selection for wine and spirits particularly cant be beat in Arizona.

True to most of the Total wines I have been to, this place has it all and then some. They literally have every type of alcoholic beverage that is out on the market. I love they have a huge selection of microbrews to explore from. They have a huge selection of cigars which I truly appreciate. The cigars are always fresh and humidified.

Ive been to this location a couple times before, but found myself needing help for this evening. Thats when Wine Supervisor, Keith Wheeler saved me time and guess work over finding a new experience! He found a pairing flavor perfect for my wife and I, Chenin Blanc Vouvray, Moriconi. Sweet and calm, very tasty too! Not only that, we found ourselves looking for another item, and he gave us an amazing suggestion of Fennellys, gave me the best example of why I would like this one more, Taste tested, Battle Proven. Great value, too and Keith really cares about his craft. Hes very devoted and thoughtful about his approach to customer service, makes me feel comfortable guest service like his is available! I love this place, they have a vast variety of wines, liquors, all kinds abd brands, National and foreign.

My sister and I went over the weekend not really knowing what we wanted and they had a wine tasting. The service here was magnificent! The supervisor Keith and the bartender Vance were so hopeful and knowledgeable.

Keith, the wine supervisor, was courteous, helpful and knowlegable. I have spent quite a bit of time in Portugal and Argentina. I was pleasantly surprised at Keiths depth of knowledge of the wines from those two countries. I highly recommed this location.

I had such a great experience at this store thanks to Vance and Keith! They had excellent recommendations that made my dinner party a huge hit. They were also super nice, down to earth, and fun to talk to. I definitely recommend them, this store, and the Blueberry Cara Mello!

So many options and always my go-to place when trying to find any kind of liquor or wine. They also have a cigar area. The manager was very helpful when we were looking for things he guided us around the store

Hi all,As many of you may or may not know, this place sells alcohol. As you may have guessed, I have purchased alcohol from them. What you might not know is that your 6 pack of Voodoo Rangers is about $4 cheaper here than anywhere else, and the wine they sell you for $28/bottle at restaurants is only $8 here. Need I say more? I think yes. The staff is friendly and one time a kind lady and I each paid for half of a 12 pack of Guinness on St Patties day because we each only wanted 6, but they had sold out of 6 packs earlier in the day and we both happened to be having the same dilema at the same time in the same place and found a good solution by happenstance. Great place. 5 donuts

I love this location. It seems like the rare beers and expensive seasonals are always in stock vs other locations. Not sure if the proximity to the college leads to less snobby beer buying, but Im grateful to get my difficult-to-find bottles from here. Parking is plentiful, too.

Absolutely horrible customer service wi went in with family from Colorado and we were refused by the manager because two of my memebr did not have Id who are clearly over the age of 40 .... lost 200 dollars in sale due to this and will never be going back the attitude and overall customer service was dismal and the management needs to learn what customer service is

Super friendly staff. Some World Markets have wannabe Pier 1 employees. Not here. Classy but fun. Enjoyed the free wine tasting. Found two new favorites I highly recommend. And the 30% of when you buy 6 mix and match is great!

Always a good selection of alcohol and great prices. Fully stocked with products from very high to very low quality. Same goes for Cigars. Intelligent people seem to work here which is a big plus.

I love Total Wine, reminds me of Binnys in Chicago. Only problem is this is the 3rd time they were out of stock for what I wanted. Once they took my name & number so they could call when they had it. Never called back

Total Wine is top notch, but my last visit, they really went above and beyond. Our favorite cab has been hard to come by recently, and the only inventory was in Goodyear. Kathy A, a supervisor, offered to drive to Goodyear and pickup the bottles for me. She called me the next day that it was in, and I picked it up. Amazing!

At this location Ive been having some challenges on a specific scotch always being out of stock at least 4 times. I finally got some help from an Outstanding employee his name is James. Rather then the store upping its House of Stuart allotment that makes too much sense in Phoenix but James knowing this ordered a case for himself to have for customers. Maybe management can follow James lead and increase the order but common sense is not common at all in AZ. James should be promoted for just using his brain with this scotch. Thank you James for all of your excellent work and service.

One of the largest liquor stores Ive ever been to. They have a massive wine selection and well as other liquors and huge beer selection. Very good prices and friendly staff to help you find whatever you might be looking for.

I paid out 341.00 a half keg . Then I came back the day with the tap,the empty keg and the tub and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get that money back in my account. I will never go back their again if I dont get my money back lawsuit will be imposed!!!!!!!!

Ive always been treated friendly and welcoming by this location. They have a pretty good selection for what Im looking for. I usually try a lot of ciders, and have branched out into whiskey and rum. They have quite a lot of variety and I love seeing the many seasonal flavors and local brews.

Stopped in here the day before Valentines to pick up a few needed items, and was fortunate enough to be helped by a gentleman named Keith Wheeler. He was well roundedly educated on various products around the store and you could feel the passion he has in his work.

The people at Total Wine are always helpful even if they dont see something on display they try to see if they have stock of it or an alternative. I came here for cider boys and all I saw was the regular apple flavor I did walk around to find someone to help but I didnt want to bug people that were busy they just opened, so I walked up to the front and ask a man in a white collared long sleeve shirt he looked and then he looked on his phone then he said we might actually have verity pack so he walked me to the far back corner where all the big boxes are and we found some! I got to the cash register the lady checked me out and had me sign up for the rewards program (every other time Ive been they dont both, this location and the one in tempe). Thank you for the help I wouldve been sad if I couldnt have this for Thanksgiving.

Get international spirits, wines and ciders here. I got my favorite ciders Somersby- apple cider and Rekordelig strawberry flavour nice n fruity

They were absolutely the best. I called to see if they had a fresh keg and they said yes. When I walked in the front door they came and took my old keg from me and told me they will bring one up for me. I paid for it and I had 2 guys follow me to my truck and put it in my the bed of my pickup. Fast and friendly.

If you like beer, wine, and / or spirits, this place is great! Its like a grown-up candy store with stuff from all over; Polish beer, Japanese wine, Australian whatever, its all fantastic.Its in the Tempe Marketplace plaza though, so buckle up. That parking lot is a nightmare, but the trip is well worth it

First place I found my Slo Gin. Used to be able to find it in the grocery stores. Went to Walgreens and a lady actually told me about total wine. Called them made sure they had in stock and bought it and organic chocolate beer for my husband. I was really impressed at how much variety they have.
