G Cue and RJ has been great every time! My recent experience was really over the top. I had an issue with a cue order and with COVID, it turned into a huge frustration. RJ went out of his way to make it right. Solid business! If you need anything regarding the game of pool, I highly recommend seeing RJ first. He’s my go to guy and he should be yours too.

I found myself playing pool more and more and decided I needed my own cue. I decided to go G Cue (I live in West Phoenix). This place is top notch and they have everything you need to play pool. I picked up a cue stick, case, chalk and holder (pig smoking a cigar), tip tool, shaft cleaner and joint protectors. Cant be happier.Im going back soon for another shooting cue, maybe a breaker and a larger case. Thanks guys for the expertise and great customer service. I recently bought my first pool cue, and it was from this store. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful of all price ranges, and will shoot it to ya straight as it were. I have been all over the valley, and these guys have the best pool cue inventory bar none (including custom cues). I will definitely be coming back no matter the commute. One very happy camper!

This store should charge admission just to enter it. Its like walking into a pocket billiard museum. Artwork, pool cues, cases, accessories, pool tables, you name they have it, designed to fit any budget and some of the equipment cannot be found anywhere but here. I bought my cues here some 10 years ago and have never regretted it.If you play pool, you deserve it to yourself to come see what G Cue Billiard has to offer.

I came here in my lunch break as a newbie 3 years ago. 3 years later its the only place Ill go for anything pool. With R.Js help I picked up a J Pechauer cue and loved it. I was originally looking at a different, cheaper cue and while R.J didnt up sell by any means, he had me try the one I was looking at and 3 other ones to feel the difference and Im so glad he did!

RJ was great. He aked what I was looking for and compiled a few cues for me to try. He explained the differences between the cues and what to expect from each one performance wise. They also have a table to test them out on. I walked out very happy and with more money in my wallet than I anticipated.

I am not easily impressed but this place blew me away! I am SO glad I didnt click on the BUY NOW button at Amazon. G Cue was less expensive than the internet and I walked out with my new McDermott cue, case and care kit. There is nothing like actually holding the cue and even hitting a few balls before you buy. What Really impressed me though was the customer service. I was actually getting nervous because there were customers waiting while the owner was explaining how to care for my cue. He was happy to spend as much time with me as necessary. Not only that, but on a warranty claim the store will actually package and ship it for you. I thought I was on another planet, you just dont get that kind of care on Earth anymore. I will buy nowhere else.
