Great studio! Got my first piercings here. It was fairly quick and easy. They hand pierce which I appreciated. A little expensive but you can’t outmatch the quality.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The place was clean and I felt comfortable there. Our gentleman had good hand hygiene and used new products for the piercing. Will be coming back for future piercings!

I brought my kids back for the second holes in their lobes. They had the first holes done at Uptown years ago and it was such a great experience we came back. Our piercer did an amazing job explaining what was happening and being quick and efficient so that the anxiety of the piercing wasn’t drawn out. The woman at the front desk was cordial and efficient, and patient while the kids picked their jewelry. Our appointment times were 1:00 and 1:30, for a 40 minute total (younger kid required a 30 min time slot, older only 10 mins). We walked out at 1:29, so yay!What I didn’t expect, and wasn’t prepared for, was the cost of said earlobe piercings. First, I had to pay to reserve an appointment. No biggie, I suppose. But then the two lobe piercings (incl. standard jewelry, no fancy stuff) was over $315!!! And then tip on top of that….If you’re charging that much of a premium for your work, you should at least credit the appointment deposit and have a price list available online.

I had a great experience but the thing that takes me down to three is truly the price point. I got surgically steel rings and my earlobes pierced an it ran me a little over $100 bucks. They say its because of the jewelry cost which I was fine paying since I went an am still healing from the piercing but in hindsight I regret spending so much when other I may have found the same quality for less.

HTC did an awesome job! First time getting piercings and the whole process was simple and seamless. I can see why so many people recommend getting piercings done here. The receptionist was so kind and helpful when it came to explaining how everything worked and Ricky was super personable and professional when it came down to the piercings themselves. HTC is my go to piercing spot in Phoenix. Been going to them for years. Yes, their prices are going to be higher than other shops but thats because they are of the highest quality. Their piercers are top notch and their jewelry is gorgeous. 10/10 recommend. (Got my septum done today)

Tori and Ricky were both so professional. Tori was very welcoming and helped me feel comfortable upon arriving. I had an appointment with Ricky to get my septum repierced, and Ricky told me the hole might not have closed (even after 6 years). The experience was painless and because Ricky is a nice and honest person, I saved $30 during my appointment. Highly recommend.

This isnt our normal HTC, Phoenix was booked and we wanted piercings today. So we made our appointments online paid the $3 covid fee which was fine.Downfall the lady upfront seemed a little rude. Even my friend made a comment about it. And lol I know its not why you go in there. But their lollipop bowl legit had bugs in it.......not one multiple.The guy that did the piercing was super funny. Friend was having an emotional day and I can say he for sure upped her mood.Location was clean, and bathroom was decent.

I needed my nose piercing put back in. Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel welcomed and in good hands. They are being extremely careful and taking good measures with Covid precautions. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a piercing shop. I had lost my jewelry in the shower and simply needed to buy something to replace it (no piercing necessary), I like to buy quality jewelry so that’s why I’m not going to Claire’s or something stupid. I was talked down to and sat in a chair for over an hour. I just wanted to buy something, easy. People came in after me without an appointment and they got priority. It should have been a 2 minute transaction. I left and I’ll never be coming back.

My friend and I went for piercings. I got 2 and she got one. We scheduled ahead due to Covid protocols. It was extremely clean, she was really nice.Unfortunately I had a hoop in so my piercing doesnt line up exactly, but I went in with one idea and she had a better one for piercing placements.

Clean, sanitary and professional! I got a cartilage piercing done by Ricky. Wow, fast and pain free. I had always gone to a mall store for previous piercings and had a gun used. This was way more sanitary and didnt hurt or sting like it did from the mall. Ricky was phenomenal! Definitely will go back for more.

I’ve been here for two different piercings now and absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and very professional. The piercers are quick and super good at what they do. You can tell they know their stuff and will go out of their way to make you comfortable and explain every step of the piercing process. Will absolutely be back for all future piercings.

My aunt and I went in for septum piercings today. I would definitely recommend this shop. We made appointments online. The shop was very clean, and they made sure they sanitized in between us. The staff was friendly. Blake was our piercer. He definitely has been doing this for years. I blinked, and it was it was over. Almost no pain. They even provided cleaning instructions for the piercings, a cleaning solution, and instructions on how to clean each different material of jewelry. We will definitely be back for future piercings.

I was planning to get industrial or rook (depending on my ear structure) and get my nostril done.They were honest about my ear structure and state how my right ear that I wanted it in doesnt have the right form for the industrial. However they told me they could do a custom industrial (bent industrial) and they showed me a picture of one. But I didnt care for it.. so that was very helpful insight and didnt know a bent industrial was a thing (though each jewlary item would have to be custom) But they said I could get it on left ear if I wanted. So, future visit may be in the thought processes.Anyways....I my right ear was perfect for the rook, yay, processed with that and my right side nostril! Love it! I love the breathing techniques they do. I will not go anywhere else! My nose didnt exactly hurt persay but it did trigger my tear ducts to tear up a bit. I laughed, out of all the videos and such I watched and read, no one ever stated that. Piercer stated that its normal on anyone. Good to know!! Overall nostril didnt hurtafter the initial fresh piercing g sensation. But I never realized how much I flair my nostrils. LoL. Doesnt hurt but lets me know when I do do it.. Id rate this piercing same as a lobe maybe even less, its not too bad. The rook on other hand, being a thicker tissue hurt a lot more than getting my turagus done. I also wear glasses and the pressure behind my ear isnt exactly comfortable. But after few long soaks its feeling less throbbing.Edit: Ill have to come in and get my rook checked out. This throbbing is lasting longer than my past 6 ear piercings. Its swollen and annoying. Which Im sure us normal. But since its awkward and hard for me to look at and my fiancé doesnt understand what he looking at. Ill co.e in for second opinion from a pro!

Ive been coming here for years, for all my piercings and jewelry needs. I have felt like the past few times Ive visited it felt like the crew wasnt sincere or friendly. I have felt rushed and uncomfortable when I want to browse new jewelry or new piercing options. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry. I will continue to come here for my piercings, but I think I will go somewhere else for jewelry.

I’m really happy with my piercing, but the employees and piercers are a bit short with you. I asked if they could take a look at my stuck nose piercing to give me an idea of the severity of the removal and they kind of just rolled their eyes and ignored my question. They never even looked. They also charged me for the Naked brand soap before I even said I wanted to buy it. Like I didn’t have a choice. It felt very rushed and not very personable. I’m not so sure that I will be coming back. I’m bummed because I love my piercing, but the staff isn’t very pleasant, unfortunately.

Very clean, classy and very understanding ... I was late to my appointment on top of rescheduling a hand full of times ... they were understanding and inviting .. the piercer J did a wonderful job with my daughters piercing and he was straight forward about time it would take to pierce me with a divested septum ... when he could’ve just did for the money leaving me now with a crooked septum pearcing since he had people in line I decided to come back . I got this pretty thing here! I love it. It hurt bad but it is worth it. I mean what do you expect haha! There is a needle going through thick cartilage after all. The piercer was good and quick but was a little impatient with questions about the jewlery, but over all they were okay. We all have rough days and this one may have been for them. My experience was great, they have a nice selection for jewlery but I wish they had a pearl ball option. Even if its not genuine pearl because it can be super expensive. I also got my nose post replaced with a shorter post. It was quick and painless. I was able to just buy a new post and keep the original gem. I would recommend any of the HTC locations. They are clean and professional.

I highly recommend this shop, we took our friend there for her first piercings and they went absolutely above and beyond to make her comfortable since we could not go inside with her. Finally, after 33 years of life, I decided to get my ears pierced. And I couldn’t have picked a better place to do get it done. Ricky was my piercer, and his patience and calm really surprised me. Immediately I was set at ease, we lined up the holes, I was comfortably laid on my back, and before I know it it was all over. Hardly felt a thing. Was given clear instructions for care, and that was that. Worth every penny to get pierced at the best studio ever.

My daughter really wanted her ears pierced, but was hesitant about the whole process. They were so gentle and light-hearted. They didnt force anything and waited until she was ready. It turned out great and she loved her earrings.

I first brought my daughter in for a belly ring piercing, Blake, was very professional and empathetic when advising my daughter that she was not a good candidate for this piercing and doing so would leave bad scar tissue. I feel someone else would have just done it for the money, instead he was honest! We did return to get my kid a nose piercing as, Blake, had earn my trust and made this process easy for me as I was on the fence about piercings all together. First time going there Dec 17th. Ricky did an AMAZING job on both mine and my sons piercings!! I have many but when I say he did amazing, I mean that I was ready to change my earrings but forgot I only got them done 2 weeks ago...THATS how great they’re healing!! Got my nosed pierced here and honestly had the best experience ever. I got pierced with a ring and I was nervous at first because I have a small nose and I didn’t want the hoop to be too large. I got pierced by Bobby and he did such an amazing job I love it! He picked a ring size perfect for my nose. Erika at the front desk was amazing as well :)

I went in to get my septum pierced and the guy was really nice and pierced it well and it didn’t hurt. But the jewelry fell out so I called and they said they would repierce it for free. The manager was rude when we came in and even though they said the jewelry that they used had been from a bad batch I still had to pay for it. They charged me more for the jewelry the second time compared the the first time. Just very unsatisfactory

Ive been in twice in the last couple months to get my septum (with Ricky) and industrial (with Blake) pierced. These were my first body piercings ever and I had an awesome experience!! Shop is super cool, the girl up front is super cool, piercers are super cool. I really dont think Ill ever go anywhere else! I feel secure and can tell that they know what theyre doing.

Ive been coming to HTC since a coworker (who is a body suspension artist) recommended them to me. Everyone here is super professional. Ive gotten both nose piercings here. Bobby was sure to make my new nose stud symmetrical to my ring. Ive also been stretching my ears and Nicole has always made each visit a breeze! They have a beautiful selection of jewelry. I cant wait to my ears large enough for some of their cool plugs and weights!

I love that there is a place totally dedicated to piercing. Ive always found it a hassle to go to tat places that usually only have their piercers in one or two days a week and then you need to make an appointment, etc. At this place you show up and know you can get a professional piercing at a reasonable price. They have a good selection of jewelry too, not just the 1-3 items most places have. The people who work there are nice, professional, and as far as i can tell they do a good job (but Im not an expert in this stuff.) It is very easy to walk to from ASU.

Got a nose piercing. Location is clean. The guy who pierced my nose was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to get tattoo once I settle into the city more.I definitely recommend getting a piercing. They have feminine and beautiful jewelry to choose from. They sell only silver, gold and platinum jewelry for nose piercings.
