The establishment in its own is magnificent and impressive. The service was very exceptional along with there inventory well stocked and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend for all your smoking needs!

Bought a defective e-cigarette, basically can’t use it because it leaks. Shop says it’s normal, so they won’t change it nor offer a refund. I strongly suggest you find another place, they sell very low quality products and offer no assistance.

Good shop with plenty to choose from. My criticism, and Im all for carrying in the workplace, is if youre going to have employees carry guns at work, dont be sloppy about it. I wont speak to the persons qualifications, Ill speak to his unsafe way he carries his gun - sort of half in half out of his pants and easily accessible by anyone when his back is turned. Please get some training before you put others lives at risk.Ill continue spending my money here, just be aware.

They charged me twice for an item and it was very hard to get them to refund me the second charge. I would not recommend shopping here, check out other local shops like High Maintenance and Its All Goodz instead.

Bad on the service and communication skill. Went in and employee with a patchy fade told me to F off, he sold me a tobacco product which was needed to be exchanged, he closed the register and told me “we’re closed bro f out of here I already closed the register.” Used to having a poopy job, I know how easy it is to reopen that thing, he was rude and unreasonable with his erratic attitude. Don’t waste your money nor time with an irrational employee, that you can’t even understand. 1/5 and star.

I started going in there to get JUUL pods and when they stopped selling Mango Glass House got a Bunch of different brands in to make up for the loss. Only recommendation is get more Mango Melon in!!

Been there once, personnel is helpful and kind but.... I bought an electronic cigarette suggested by him, and it leaks everywhere. I cannot literally move it from my house in perfect vertical position because its gonna leak everywhere.Went back to the shop and they say its5how its supposed to be, that its normal for it to leak with temperature changes and stuff like that.So...if thats their answer, I have to assume they sell terrible quality products.

On the plus side its a nice smoke shop. But the girl that works there had a condescending attitude and I feel like shes just a very rude person in general. I bought a new coil and it wouldnt fire so I asked for a replacement and she said no then made me buy another one. Meanwhile telling me it was my fault. I mean Ive gotten bad coils throughout the past few years and whenever I take the coil to other smoke shops in the area they are usually very helpful. No matter, if she had handled it in a polite matter I wouldnt have been upset but she was rude telling me it was my fault. And I dont appreciate it, Im a sales manager for a local gym and i have to receive very negative feedback from the members from time to time and I wouldve handled this matter completey different.

I wandered into glass house smoke and vapes to look for a vape pen in hopes to quit smoking cigarettes. I had not the slight clue about the vape pins or how they worked. I walked in I explained my situation and their employee was really quick to help. She explained the many vapes that where in my price range and answered any questions I had about them. After choosing one she walked me through how to use it as well as how to change and primer the coil until I had a complete understanding.
