Meant to post earlier. They did me a solid with a leaky tire. I have been taking my car to them for several years, I would recommend them.

Super helpful guys I stopped by so they can fill up my tires. My work truck needs 80 psi in the back and they were more than happy to assist.

They checked all 4 tires and put a little air in each for no charge. Very quick and friendly. I can’t find any photos.

I came in today later in the afternoon because I had a flat tire and I needed it repaired. I wasn’t sure if I needed a new tire, or what was wrong with it. They patched my flat tire (caused by a nail) in a reasonable amount of time, and the best part was I didn’t have to pay a SINGLE CENT for my flat tire repair!! The nice man at the front said I didn’t owe anything, and to have a nice day. This made my day! Such an incredible place that really cares about their customers. I will definitely be coming again, and have already recommended this place to a few of my friends!

Well,,, today was my 2nd visit here. I kindly reminded the young man of this, whereby, I also waited over 2 hrs... they had to get a part or something or other for my car which seemed to be taking forever (was the only reason I mentioned), and proceeded to ask if there were any special parts theyd need for my particular car regarding a basic oil change - he didnt think so; but that there would still be a 2-hr wait.I must be a glutton for punishment or something, because I went ahead and waited,,, I needed it done (you know how some of us girls put it off and end up delaying it too long). Thank God I had my tennis shoes in the car, laced em up, and a girl just went to strutting down the street! Being fairly new to the AZ I really didnt mind so I walked down to Southern Ave and back, and along the way found this amazing Thai restaurant - directly across the street from Discount Tires. Now; I just had to give them a plug,,, they were absolutely amazing OMG😱! I believe it was called Smile Thai restaurant.In the end, this particular Discount Tire has a comfortable waiting area, the staff is young they have a turnover and theyre inundated with people coming in with oil changes tires and whatnots. I like the guys, they just really need to come up if you will; in exploring a new system which would expedite customers a bit quicker. And yes,,, I plan to go back for a 3rd try;)

My son has taken his car there several times and each time they fix one issue and mess up another thing which later causes another issue. They are nice and dint give him a hassle when he Brings it back but they are continually messing up something else then they try to charge him to fix something they messed up. Wont go back!! They have no accountability and the manager doesnt enforce any as well. Tried calling corporate and still waiting for a response..bad business big O. We have been customer for a long time and we will be going else where. Where our business is appreciated and our cars are not just something for them to mess up.

Good service but took forever to change a tire.Was literally there for 3 hours because they couldnt get the tire on the car. At least the waiting room was well air conditioned.

Do NOT go here. May 12th I went in for an oil change. I was told they didnt feel comfortable doing the oil change due to the sound of my car but they felt comfortable enough to add 3 quarts of oil. Literally an hour later my truck was in flames 😩 I just thank God we made it out safe but of course my truck is gone!Editing to add. I was called to talk over this issue which was basically the owner or whomever being extremely rude and talking over me multiple times which resulted in me just hanging up. Dont call to fix an issue you really have no plans on fixing

The service technicians are fantastic, if you have a question or concerns about your vehicle theyre very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fairly reasonable and sometimes you can get a coupon to help with your expenses. And if they dont have the equipment to repair your vehicle theyre great about getting it done by a reputable company.I was just here yesterday and I wanted to upload these photos and reach out to you all with an updated review.You might want to remember to bring a coupon for oil change. Otherwise your going to spend about $34.00 for an oil change and its on a first come first serve basis. Weekends are especially busy.

This shop deceived my 17 year old sister in law and sold her 2 old tires. While they had a promotion of buy 2 get 2 free and did not even tell her about it. They also didnt put a valve back on and she got a flat within 20 minutes of leaving the shop. When going to another Big O Tires in Mesa they told her to go back and have them install NEW tires. When she did as they told her, this shop refused and told her it was fine. When again asked to make this right and do the right thing they deflected and said the owner is out of town and he will call. Still has not called. Do not come here for tires or any service. There are many other tire shops in town that will treat people better.

In the last 20 years have bought over $12,000 in tires from this location. That does not include several sets of tires bought by relatives and friends that I have directed to them.Spoke with the manager to find a quality brand tire, of a high enough weight rating to apply to a 3500lb trailer axle. Bought 4 based on his findings. Went to put them on the trailer. Found that they were not rated high enough weight.Like so many salespeople, he was not listening to my specific needs. He just wanted to sell something. I did not realize the tires he sold me were only rated for 1580lbs.The newer rating system only makes it more confusing as its no longer just C, D, E. Now its many specific numbers like 87, 88, 89, 90, 91....... and on. When Peter gave me the info I didnt realize the discrepancy when he was giving me data on the various tires. So I bought the wrong rating tire.I asked to upgrade to a better tire and get a credit for the tires only, not the mounting & balancing. His stance - once the tire is mounted, no return/credit! Keep in mind, the tires were not yet put on the trailer.So much for me staying a loyal customer for 20 years! Not anymore. Other managers at this store have been very helpful when I asked for specifics, not any more.Now here is their out, he put on the invoice that Customer did not want ST tires. So that means buyer beware!When I originally discussed tires with him I explained that I did not want ST tires as they are well known to not be a good tire. This is well documented. And they dont have ANY warrantee by the manufacturer! There are many thousands of people reporting trailer tire problems being cured by switching to a non-ST tire. Being an RV tech of over 45 years, Ive have heard a lot! Very easy to research this.I expect poor customer service form other discount tire sales But not from Big O.

The worst . I got there about 45 Mon before close and they refused to help with the tire I needed patched.

Tried billing $260 for an alignment. $130 of which was for an unnecessary aftermarket camber bolt. Crazy, considering car suspension and tires are 100% stock and should be adjustable to factory specifications without aftermarket parts. Anyway, I got the car aligned on same machine down the road for $79 with photograph of everything being perfectly aligned when they finished.Buyer beware. Either technicians are rip off artists or totally incompetent.

Got me in immediately to fix a flat and i was out in 3 hrs. I appriciate the last minute assistance since im traveling around the u.s from Wisconsin

As bad as it gets. Was told my tire needed replacement - was told the only tire available late on a Thursday was quite expensive, but a cheaper run flat could be installed the next day. Left car, when picked up vehicle and drove home, the cap was not put on the new tired. Incredibly the new tire is already flat. Calls to the supposed manager were very unhelpful.Also, multiple employees were inside without wearing masks despite the ongoing pandemic.

I worked with a gentleman named Will and my experience was nothing short of awesome. Called about pricing and he squeezed me in same day. Got a full diag. bumper to bumper, oil change, swapped all the filters, checked the breaks etc. and I was ready to pickup in an hour and a half. Will was totally transparent about everything with the car explaining what was done and checked and best part, NO ISSUES! 3 months prior I took the same car to a competitor for sheer ease on that day and they wrote up an estimate sheet of $2k+ of repairs telling me the car was going to break down at any moment blah blah. Also I paid for an alignment that they never did and I had to call corporate to get any headway with completing the repair I paid for and ended up having to go back 2 times before they actually did it.. long story short, never going anywhere else. Shout out to Will, you made a life customer today. 👍🏼

The store I went to was so unprofessional and even after telling them that my tire had a wobble like its not balanced and they never fixed it. Charged a fortune for a spare tire they had it over a month without calling me to tell me it was ready..

Replaced all four tires about two months ago at this place, back to that day, immediately after my tire replacement, my TPMS light is on and they helped me fixed it (it turns out it is just fixed temporarily). Recently my TPMS is abnormal again (and I am 100% sure that the tire pressure is normal) so I revisited this place, I was told that if sensors are damaged, they will charge around 150 USD for EACH sensors.... Crazy! I hope I can give zero stars (Edit: Have already submitted my feedback at the given website, and will wait for their response, I hope no longer than one or two days)

Incredibly slow. Waited over an hour and a half to get a single tire replaced as the only customer in the shop. Youd think a tire shop could change a tire more efficiently...

Went there to have my jeep aligned. They dont seem to have a mechanic that can turn a wrench. Dont recommend going here.

Made online appointment with tire order. Appointment was approved. Arrived to learn no tires of my size in stock, despite webpage reflecting item. Team member said hed order something else instead.Discount Tire was able to provide product quicker as I already have them installed and yet to even get a follow up call or email from Big O Bummer.

Second time visiting this location, excellent service, but there was no sign requesting people in the waiting room wear masks, nor were the staff members at the desk wearing masks. The other customers in the lobby when I arrived had their masks on their chins, so I went outside in the heat to visit one of the stores across the street where they do require masks per city mandate, to browse while I waited.

I’ve never been a place that made me WANT to leave a review. Until now! These people were great, customer service was fantastic! They treat you very important, even for something as small as patching a tire! Would definitely love to come here again!

Very good experience I asked the guy for change for a dollar so my son could get candy out of the machine. He just gave me a quarter and then gave him some fruit snacks.

Good group of guys did a great job on my car. Acima credit do not use their service which big o offers. Very fraudulent company almost. 631 complaints in 3 years. Check bbb on Acima just filed a complaint myself. Big o great place but keeping bad company with Acima.On my last payment of 150 and they are saying I still owe 800. My tires cost 717.44 I already paid 568.50. They will change your info around to make you keep paying money.

Told them my car was in route on tow truck and they offered to hold the tires I needed to make sure I could get back on the road home. Great staff, quick turn around for 2 tires. No hassles. I love these guys! Im an old lady who lives a few blocks away and they are always helpful and HONEST. They can fix whatever is wrong with my car and never overcharge me. And this, from a woman who used to tune up her own car (when one didnt need a computer to do that! ). I highly recommend this Big O Tires shop!

Paid for an oil change with a “Free tire rotation “ never got the tire rotation or even air in my tires! But on the paper work it said it was done !! Was told you got to ask for it just to get it, why would I pay for something I got to later ask for? “ false advertisement at its finest “

Got a flat tire on my Ram 1500. Since they are close to my office I went there for the repair. They fixed it fast and didnt charge me anything. They were polite, professional and amazing. Very happy with the courtesy and in return I will be shopping my fires at this location.

I am giving them 5-stars because they are the most trustworthy auto store I have found in the Valley.Prior to finding his place, every time I have had a slow leak in my tire the store recommended it can only be fixed by a new tire, most times they recommended two tires. However this place, will actually attempt to repair your tire first without trying to up sell you a new set of tires.The same goes for oil changes, they do the job great and don’t try to pressure you or up sell you all these different flushes that I have never needed

They did a really bad quality repair on my axle rod seals last year which failed in less than 9 months. I got to know the leak just about today from another mechanic. I took the car back to them and they said that they dont have the records on the computer. Unfortunately, I did not have the repair receipt, I misplaced it. The guy at the front desk named Will, was super rude to me. If the owner of this place is reading this, I have been to your Tempe Rural Road location for more than 2 years now and spent around 3000 dollars. You just lost a long time customer and all my friends who I used to recommend to your shop.They replied to this message and sent me an email to contact to. But no one replied when I sent an email to them. This place is a total scam.

This is the only place I will take my car. They are honest. I have never had them upsell repairs I dont need. I go in they find my issue and fix it. There is even a pretty nice waiting area. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The team at Big-O-Tires work fast on fixing my tire when I was told by others it would cost at least 20$ to fix it plus what it would cost to fix which they estimated was $500. After 2 hours of looking at it they had it fixed and ready for me to pick up. They said that it was an easy fix and they would not be charging me. They had great customer service and I could not recommend more.

They took ridiculously long just to do an oil change and only put 4 quarts when it needed 5. while also looking at the a/c filter they made a mess in my car after it was detailed. At the beginning I said I needed an alignment because it was drifting to the right and they come up to me with specs after the oil change asking if I wanted to do an alignment, like of course I do I literally already said I did. They didnt test drive it or anything to try to fix any problems they just tweaked it barely and sent it back out. Now they barely even wanna fix the problem and I now have to wait until my next day off which is a week from now, just absolutely

The team at Big-O-Tires saved my girlfriend over $200 by going out of there way to fix something instead of trying to up-sale her like others would. The fix ended up being very simple and they did not charge her anything for the fix. We were pleased with the customer service and timely fix as a walk in on a Tuesday. Grandfather paid a fortune to replace lower control arms on now my vehicle, just to find out a year later that they only replaced one of them. Furious, called corporate just for them to tell me theyll replace it for free if I pay labor(which cost twice as much as two brand new control arms) very disappointed. I feel cheated, I worry about my grandfather taking his cars here again. Do not go here for any reason. Crooks.

This place is trash! They gave me the wrong size tires and when I tried to use every trick in the book to get the correct size including the warranty I purchased they wouldn’t honor anything. Go to discount tire or literally anywhere else!

The only place I take my vehicles. My other family members and some friends come here as well. Theyre honest, reliable and take the time to explain things in a way we understand.

Jeremy and Will and the guys are the best! They go above and beyond expectations to make every experience as easy as possible. They are polite, take time to explain things I dont completely understand, they get my vehicle back to me quickly too. I can trust that my car is safe and I never feel ripped off like I have been at different shops in the past. As long as Jeremy is still managing this shop I know I will always have a place to bring my car and I will continue to tell all my friends Big O Tires is a 5 star shop! Big thanks!

They do good work, my 2003 Ford Expedition had some problems and they got it all done for me a I left 3 days later had an issue came back and they made it right, very good customer service it runs like new. Very professional and work fast thank you guys for everything you did I’m a happy customer.

UPDATE 10/21:I noticed the day I took my car home (but just now getting to update my review) that they DAMAGED my wheels when putting on the tires on my 2015 WRX! This is outrageous! Not only did it happen but they didnt tell me about it. DO NOT GO HERE.I was a little disappointed that you didnt have the set of tires in stock that I wanted (it came with a $25 mail in rebate) so I was forced to buy something else that didnt have the rebate. Otherwise would have gotten 5 stars.Overall team was really nice and professional.

They always get my car fixed and its always in my budget :) highly recommend!

I have to admit that I was a little hesitant about bringing my car to this shop because of some of the other reviews, but I know that most people wont write a review unless they had a bad experience, which is unfortunate.They did a great job of getting me in and out of the shop within 20 minutes and had the best price on the tire I was looking for. The customer service guy who helped me, Jeremy, was awesome. He had a great personality and made me feel confident that this company will take care of me in the future if anything happens to my tire. Other car maintenance, oil changes & spot jobs are handled with great enthusiasm, and in a timely manner. My kids(4 of em all adults) know of my choice when it comes to tire service and overall car care, Big O.

Nice air conditioned, spacious sitting area complete with tv, drink and snack machines, free coffee, and magazines. The guy at the desk was helpful to the customers. My main gripe is how long I had to wait for my cars monsoon special to get done. Also, the windshield wipers I got from the special are much too small for my actual windshield.

Man I love this shop. The guys are great and very friendly. Very thorough with their work. I feel very safe on the road after leaving this shop. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, they were able to help me with my flat tire. They got it replaced and gave me all the information I needed to know as well as having a wonderful team of staff. I would recommend going earlier in the day rather than later.

Shop is a joke. Expect your wait to be hours longer than guaranteed and grease marks left on interior pieces. Do yourself a favor, save the tiime and headache, find a better rated shop. The owner needs to get his manager with glasses in check!!!!!!

The store opens at 8am on Saturdays, I called at 730am and was greeted by Will. I told him I needed brakes, rotors, oil change and an alignment... He said if I got in asap, hed have my vehicle done by noon. I came right in and was greeted my Will. He was quick, efficient and friendly. I got the call at noon that my car was ready as promised. I have to say my car hasnt run this good in years. Thank you Will you are the best!!!

Would give a ZERO. VERY disappointing experience. Note: Our A/C would work here and there. Came in for what in the end being a 2 day job to get A/C fix. After the 1st and a half day they said the job was completed and we left the business and it blew warmer air than anything before with the MAX A/C setting on. We drove around for about 20 minutes when we decided to take it. It was cooler with the A/C and windows down honestly. They worked on it again and they then recommended getting the while unit replaced after we had spent about $1400. Since there was literally no fix, we asked for some sort of rectification on the bill, they thought $195 was reasonable. It was not! Horrible service.

There was no option for no stars so one will do for now. I went in for just a basic balancing/ roataion/ inflating of my tires on my truck and left my vehicle with this location with plans to drive up to Prescott. By the time I came to pick it up and paid, I noticed one of the tires was now completely flat with a nail in it. They patched it for free, and when I went to leave, I heard a faint rubbing sound that I came to find was produced by one of my tires now running against my truck inside the wheel well. I immediately took my vehicle to discount tire and will NEVER take a vehicle to or recommend this branch to anyone unless they have an interest in living dangerously.

Decent place, took over an hour to do the oil change with appointment. The gentleman who priced me out was efficient and helped with the coupon I had.

The staff here are friendly and excellent and very professional and I wont take my car anywhere else
