No great deals but had exactly what I wanted and I paid the price. Both salesman Gage Runda and the finance manager at Tempe Honda were very very competent and friendly. Walked me through the process seamlessly though I am not so computer savvy. They didn’t try to oversell me on anything - just made me aware what was available. I couldn’t say enough good things about them.

These folks always exercise great customer service and expert car care. I have never had a bad experience and honestly, I would choose them again every time--especially since I have an extended warranty and this takes care of the majority of my needs $$ (Coulter Tempe Cadillac). Thank you!

My salesman Edwin, listened to my priorities on a used vehicle. The purchase was made. After driving the vehicle the air conditioner was not working properly. At 7:00 AM Sunday morning I texted him with the issue.At 7:15 Edwin called me back a said, bring it back we take care of it. I did. On Tuesday afternoon Edwin delivered my vehicle and my new air conditioner.

Took my daughter car to get it fix they fixed 5 things on her car and with her Platinum package only paid 100.00 for repairs total was 1.600 they fix her car it took a couple of days but the job got done. I was impressed . To me thats was awesome and the service was awesome too.

Bought new Santa Fe great service friendly staff

My experiences here have repeatedly been extremely poor. During my most recent visit they weaseled out of my extended warranty. They attempted to say over charge me for things that weren’t even wrong with my car. I had an independent mechanic verify. I would never recommend and I will never give them my business again.

The sales dude was cool but they be selling anything the vehicle I bought 3yrs ago had a problem I kept taking it in they could never find anything wrong with it until the transmission gave out. something about a motor modulator & a battery harness Supposedly was certified Nissans are suppose to last longer then 100,000 miles

Really like the Toyota Dealership there. Most car dealerships are a pain but this seems to do everything right. I was a bit dissatisfied that they could not honor my extended warranty when Super Star Car Wash broke my passenger mirror. By the way Super Star Car Wash ignores all phone calls and emails regarding the damage they did to my car.

How the hell You buy a vehicle, there from 6:00pm - 11:00pm they start the vehicle and tell Us We are go to go We get home all to find out they forgot to give Us the key. We live literally a mile away We went back and everyone is cleared out that fast!!! Smh

Had oil changed in my van. Everything was great, didnt have to wait very long. I was gone from home about 2.5 hours which was good since my husband has Parkinsen, dont like to leave him very long. His legs dont always like to work.

They said they would honor new car warranties from any honda dealer but couldnt find mine in the computer from auto nation so I ended up going to auto nation. This was fine with me after dealing with the fellow at autoplex!

I always bring my Optima here, has been serviced by some of the same people for 5 years. I never have issues, even what might be an issue can be worked out as long as you communicate. Great place to come. I even hang, sometimes for hours on big service days, perfectly content.

Visited Tempe Honda dealership. The service tech that handled my car was polite and very personable. The rate was $90 for a diagnostic. The rates they quoted for the services needed for my car were way overpriced. But at least I knew what was wrong with my car to take it to a mechanic that would be able to handle my services at a lower price.

I got my car here and its a great vehicle. But the people at each dealership are always super sketchy when I try to get help. I always feel like theyre trying to scam me. And I have to followup with them to get any decent treatment. Would recommend for buying, not recommend for service.

Got a great price and it was a low stress transaction. I used the internet purchase process and negotiated by email before ever showing up at the dealership. My salesman was John (Brian) Hernandez and he was a very pleasant young man and great to work with. Easily the best experience Ive had purchasing a car at a dealership.

It would be easy to get lost here, smells of shady salesman that would like to help you get into financial debt by selling you something you do not want.

Im very upset .. my mothers car has been squeaky, squealing, grinding brake issues, etc. Shes taken it into Nissan 12 separate occasions and to 3 different Nissan Dealerships, and now Tempe autoplex. They say her car is fine but thats a lie. We can HEAR IT when shes arrived, we can hear the squeaky, squealing breaks as she pulls up ! tempe auto claims theres no sounds and the car is fine... but thats definitely not the case ..my mom is disabled and her car is her man source this needs resolved and they seem to not care at all to me that is down right poor service !

Theres makes and models of all sorts of nice cars. Its a clean area. Close to the freeway. Great location for test drives

Best inventory and prices on autos. Ask for prices before taking your vehicle in for tires, battery, etc. Same tire for our mini was quoted at $189 here, but under $100 at Wal-Mart. We will ask again when it needs a battery.

I bought my Chrysler 300 at Tempe Jeep and Dodge. Its the only place it has ever been serviced. My advisor David listens to all my concerns and also lets me know what maintenance is needed now, and what is needed in the near future. I would recommend this dealer for a great sales or service experience.

I have a warranty on my Alfa Romeo. Told them I will need a rental. I just moved to the area and have to work. Shop hours 8-4 which doesnt make it convenient. Now I am during my lunch hour waiting for a rental. Taking longer than expected. I had a demand for a rental repeatedly and now I am late going back to work.
