By far the best service I have received and I am not even over exaggerating. RON is amazing!! My phone screen was pretty messed up and he let me know a couple of options available for fixing it. He kept me updated on arising problems he found and the timing it would be done by. I will definitely be going back!

I was able to make an online appointment (even got a 10%) discount. Staff was friendly and helpful. He said phone would be fixed in one hour and it was and works great. My cell phone screen was cracked and now it is working perfect.

This store is a great resource for office lighting. I needed to order about 160 T8 fluorescent bulbs for our new office and I wanted to check a local store before ordering online. They had a bulb that worked and with commercial pricing it was cheaper that most online options. The manager was able to transfer most of the bulbs I needed to this store in less than a week.Additionally, they recycle old fluorescent bulbs for 50 cents a piece, which is super convenient. And a lot of times I have brought them in and they take care of it for free.Its also nice to troubleshoot with a person in real life as opposed to trying to deal with chat or email. I definitely recommend these guys for cost, convenience and keep my money local.

Ive been to this location on several occasions the staff has always been friendly knowledgeable and willing to help me find whatever item I needed. The vast selections of items available make it easy to find what Im looking for and the prices are very reasonable.Edit 11/9/2020I was in today and picked up a new battery (Duracell AGM) for my truck. This has become the only place I get my vehicle batteries from. I have purchased 3 battery for 3 different vehicles and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend both the place and the product, my car tends to sit for prolonged periods (months) and never once failed to start right up.

The team working there were really friendly and helped me out with some complications I had with my camera despite me only coming in for batteries. Ordered fluorescent bulbs for the office using my bosses credit card like I do for every other single online order I make and even though I showed ID, they wouldnt let me pick up the order without having the credit card in hand! First of all my boss is a high-level executive who does not have the time to drive across town to show these guys his credit card ! Second of all if I was going to steal something its not going to be light Bulbs!The guy who came out from the back could care less. They wouldnt even refund the card so I told him I was going to do a chargeback with my bank and he said well you got to do what you got to do. Horrible horrible customer service!By the way nowhere in the email that its say I needed to bring the credit card. Now I have to go through the process of doing a chargeback with my bank do to their lack of customer service. I had to drive 20 minutes too!I used to buy all my car batteries and my kids is car batteries from you guys and tell everyone I knew to get them from you guys but no more. Arrived with old battery and online order number. They could not find the battery I had ordered, so they upgraded my order with no charge. They had a little trouble determining how to change the order to reflect the different product, but did get it right and I walked out happy! Could not ask for more personable gentlemen. Awesome staff, excellent prices. This location came through on a Monday night thirty minutes before closing. I had ordered online with the intent to pick up in store, but it took the better part of an hour to get my old battery jumped so I could get to the store in the first place. By the time I show up, its dark out and only the manager was on duty. Inconvenient for him, yes, but no problem. He installed the battery in less than 10 minutes and, because I asked, he patiently gave me a step-by-step explanation about how to do it safely. Im totally satisfied.

They had my car battery cheaper that anywhere else.

I had them replace the back of my samsung galaxy s8. Now the camera is tilted and when I confronted them they just claimed it would settle. Do not have your phone repaired here it is a waste of money

The jeweler counter at the discount store would sell my wife the watch battery but wouldnt change it, so she just walked out. So I took it for her to Batteries Plus on McClintock and he said, Sure, I can help you. Two minutes later I had her watch back with a new battery installed, and the watch was set. Cost me 8 bucks. FYI that I wish I knew Before I used Battery Plus to fix my iPhone screen... they are franchises that only honor warranties at their own store. I Chose battery plus while in Indiana knowing there were locations in Arizona. I have to voice text everything Because the screen is not aligned properly, texting doesn’t work, and it has to be shut down constantly. They won’t take a look at it. Great way to gain and keep customers. Go elsewhere.

But all my dealings with Batteries Plus have been excellent with superior quality batteries, bulbs, phone fix-it services. They have wide variety of cool and heavy duty flashlights. Always have the best selection of batteries, hence the name. Im extremely glad these guys exist too, they are one of those niche stores that we need more of, for some reason they all keep dropping like flies(Circuit City, RadioShack, Frys Electronics is on the verge) I understand its mostly due to the internet, but if there guys that sell BATTERIES are able to make it thru hard times, the other companies I named should be able to do the exact same thing. Just gotta stay ahead of the times, and Im glad this place seems to be doing it, cuz I find myself here at least once a year for some odd type of battery

I use to buy my auto batteries at the auto parts stores. Since a friend told me about Batteries and Bulbs and through my own research, I now buy them at their store in Tempe, Arizona. Not only are they less expensive there, with a 10% discount for buying online I saved $24 dollars over the auto parts store for the same battery type. I paid for it online at 11:30 pm and it was on the counter waiting for me when I got there at 8:00 am. I have 3 vehicles and have purchased two batteries so far. I know where my third will come from. Every dollar counts today.

I am sorry I forgot to get the young guys name who helped me but he was great. I brought in the iPad my son had managed to break off his earphone jack in. After hours with tweezers. magnets, glue on toothpicks, etc, we figured it was a lost cause but he got it out in about a minute at no charge. I will definitely be back, and I am sure it is much less expensive to get phone, laptop, ipad screens repaired there as well.Thanks!

FANTASTIC PLACE IF YOU WANT THEM TO BREAK YOUR PHONE! I took my Iphone 6s plus in to get the cracked screen fixed, it worked before i took it in. When I handed the employee my phone he started pressing super hard on the screen with one finger until the screen no longer worked. you could even see where he pressed, it left a glitchy finger print on the screen. And he did the paper work for my phone wrong. He claims the screen never worked to begin with, when he never even checked. Then when I went to pick up my phone the told me it was broken and tat they might be able to fix it. So I left my phone with them and told them to e-mail me. I never even received an email. I had to make 6 trips to this store just for them to tell me they cant fix my phone that THEY broke. So in the end, I wasited a bunch of gas driving there, I was 5 days without a phone (because they cant even send an email apparently) and I had to spend a couple hundred dollars on a whole new phone because their employee is incompetent apparently. They did absolutely nothing to fix this mess they made. Employees were unhelpful and most of them were even quite rude. terrible. store.

I went for a battery replacement on my Grenade watch....it works!!!...and theyre fast!!!

I was surprised to learn that this Batteries Plus does Iphone repairs. I had broken the protective cover on my Iphone (it did its job and the Iphone screen was intact). I bought a new protective cover but was not sure how to remove the broken cover and install the new one. The Iphone repair person helped me out at no charge. I will definitely return there if I have trouble with my Iphone in the future.
