Love this spot. The music is not too loud so it is great for studying and talking. The coffee is of very nice quality with plenty of options and the staff is very pleasant too.The parking is not great, small lot, but street parking is right nearby, just plan for that!

Cozy place. One of the best cafes around. Lot of ppl study here so it’s quiet. They’ve a great beans, each bag with detailed info.& honestly I like the small biscuit, not sure if they sell it there too.

Great set up and vibe! The baristas were very kind. A lot of space and it was nice to sit at the bar. I really loved the parts on the wall. If you are in Tempe check it out. But heads up if you want drip coffee after a certain time it is not available.The reason I didn’t give five stars was the internet was a little slow and parking was hard to do. Plus the cold brew needed a little more water added for my taste. I ended up not drinking it at all. I will be going back and trying something else.

I wish there were more coffee shops like this in the area. If you are bored with the same old, same old coffee shop chains with all steel and concrete looking interiors, you need to visit this amazing place. There are several rooms with unique ambiances. Food is great, coffee is even better.

Great tea service, amazing selection. Great vibes. The music doesnt quite match the vibes, very 90s rock, guitar shredding or high on the feeling kind of music. A little pricey too. Aside from those two things a really great local joint you should support.

Just checked this place out for the first time and loved it! The chai and cold brew with caramel are amazing! The place has that fun, laid back coffee shop vibe and is perfect for a day of studying, business meetings, or just hanging out! Definitely gonna come back!

This is definitely one of the best coffee shops in Arizona. I love gourmet coffee, and Ive tried some of the best coffee shops in Seattle, and this one is competitive. Also, the staff are really down-to-earth, even though they have every right to be snobby about their excellent coffee. I will come here every week if I can!

What a learning experience this morning.I had no idea what went into making the perfect cup of coffee. Patrick is the master sommelier of the coffee world.He lives and breathes coffee and finding ways to perfect the coffee experience.We were privileged to have had him brew some varieties and do some taste testing.Definitely the place to go for an aromatic experience and of course the perfect cup of coffee or tea.Bit of a drive (not too bad) from Scottsdale but so worth it.Thanks Patrick. I loved the coffee from this place, but it was so hard to find a place to sit inside! I definitely went during a busy time though, but the inside was just a bit small. Service and coffee were good. I would go here again (perhaps at a less busy time).

So I am a conisure of Teas. I stopped at this place after trying the Desert Blossom at Blue Martini. It is amazing tea and then when I stopped at Infusion it is off the hook! Tea and Coffees at there best. You have a favorite they have it, not only to take home but to also have made for you in house to try! You cant go wrong let me know what you favorite is?

I have breakfast here with a classmate to work on an assignment and the setting was perfect for this kind of thing. The food was great and the coffee was ideal.

Very nice place with a super varied menu. Seating is a bit contested with a lot of day-sippers. Otherwise I like the vibe here.

The cutest little coffee cafe with amazing ambiance. I ordered the Breve (cappuccino thats heavy on the milk) and it was the most adorable cuppa coffee Ive ever had. I almost didnt want to drink it and ruin the aesthetic! Great staff that is caffeine competent. They know their stuff when it comes to the Joe! They offer a variety of blends and ways to enjoy. And those sugar cookies? Exquisite! Stop in for a quick refresher or a great place to study and meet with friends.

It has a nice atmosphere, but if you need internet, dont come here. Download was 2 Mbps and they only have a 2.4GHz band.

The owners here are really attentive and kind ! Clean layout with nice decor & greenery, clean single bathrooms that also arent gender specific which I appreciate, and most of all a delicious menu. My friends and I loved our drinks. There seems to be a real investment in community, and getting to know their customers while maintaining space for anyone looking to just sit down and study/find some privacy.( Also, jic there might be anyone who complains about mask protocols... They do not understand the pressure this ordeal puts onto local shops to both ensure sure they follow local and state requirements and keep a comfortable and safe environment for all. Thank you to the staff for doing their part ! )

This place is a true hidden gem! A toy store for coffee lovers. Today I stumbled on infusion coffee and it was amazing! From when you walk into the patio, you know that it will have character. When you walk in theres little coffee mugs beautifully placed on the top of the wall sitting on little metal hooks as decor, theres a spot to shop for different contraptions to brew coffee. And when you get to the cashier, they make you feel like its their pleasure to serve you. Told the cashier that I was feeling iced mint tea and she brought out the tea to allow me to smell it before I made my decision. My order came quickly and it was perfect! I sat down on a high top which allows you to look into a room where they do coffee tasting and sort coffee beans. What an Amazing place to sit and watch. The ambiance was great, drinks are great, staff was great! Overall infusion coffee is a hidden gem that you should go visit! The only thing that would make it a 5 star experience would be a better parking situation.

We drove a long way to check this place out end of Oct. 20. The ladies working were all very friendly, patient, and knew their product well. I ended up getting a medium iced coffee with Lavendar and I don’t remember what else. They have alternative milks, I think I got oat or maybe Almond. It was good and unique, but not life changing. Hubby got a mocha and it was good. I expected the coffee to be stronger. The atmosphere was divided into 2 areas one with a sofa and small tables, and also a little street side patio. Lots of college kids doing homework and other ppl on computers. We will check it out again when we’re in area.

Really good tea. Didnt get a chance to try the coffee but the baristas looked like they knew what they were doing. However it was so crowded there werent any tables and the internet wasnt working because there were so many people trying to use it as once.

My first time to this establishment. It wasnt a welcome or a greeting, but ordered any way. A friend; had told me the coffee is way better then Starbucks. I ordered a cafe latte with almond milk and Carmel flavor. I never told her ice coffee but decided to try it any way. Yuk! yuk! yuk! it doesnt even have any flavor just straight up coffee and milk not even a latte. Ill stay with Starbucks. Nice try to the young lady who served me at 4pm.

Comforting atmosphere with amazing drip coffee, hands down my favorite coffee in Tempe (better than Press). Staff are chill, friendly and helpful and lots of places to sit compared to most coffee shops.

What a great third wave coffee shop! I had a V60 with their Burundi beans, and it was delicious. They clearly know how to execute a good pour over, and the Brew was great. They have a large selection of Brew methods (even a siphon!) And tons of in-house roasted beans. They also have a large merch section with coffee gear and Infusion branded items.From the bakery I had an almond croissant which was flakey and delicious.The space was great to sit and chat, or to work! Lots if variety for type of seating and a large outdoor area as well. I highly recommend this place!

Loved the atmosphere here! I tried one of the specialty tea drinks called the lemon drop. It was delicious and refreshing! I loved the care and precision they seem to put into their teas and coffees!

This is is so quaint lots of space outdoor patio and a great vibe. The glass window to the scientific part of the infusion process happens was really great and lots of natural lighting...not to mention the awesome tea and presentation with the tea and the timer and dipping cookie!

Super cute coffee spot. I didn’t know this place was here until a friend invited me to meet her for a study date. They have a wide variety of teas to choose from and they have all the coffee classics. I love the vibe here and always try something new to drink. Their nitro cold brew is really good. I feel better paying for it here than at a starbucks. Highly recommend this spot. Oh! If you’re an ASU student, you get a discount too! Enjoy your coffee!

Great ambience and friendly staff. Customers here range from aspiring novelists, scholars, friends, families, business people, remote workers and the occasional coffee drinker.Jk about the novelists though. I have no idea what shenanigans theyre doing on their laptops but I see someone doing a lot of YouTube and no typing. Tsk tsk. It looks like you should have been studying for your final but I understand we need breaks. (After five Tasty videos you probably should get back to studying though)In all seriousness, I like this place and it gave me the perfect place to spend some time doing some reading. Parking can be tough but do remember you can use the back alley.

I love this place. I always make an effort to stop by when I am in the neighborhood. The Saturday morning crew is tops. I’m always happy with the service and the coffee.

Amazing coffee shop with incredible staff

This coffee shop is one of my favorite places to get coffee. The owners are very unique and always say hi when I come in, as well as all the employees. The owners travel all over the world and bring back coffee from organically grown coffee farms. Did I mention they have how to make coffee down to a science. To the point its not acidic and doesnt leave you with a stomach ache like drinking most coffee. Plus the offer classes so you can learn how to make that kind of coffee at home for yourself. I love this place!!!

This is one of the best coffee shops Ive been too. Its got a cool mellow vibe and lends itself as a great place to work on college projects and work assignments. Id say that the drip coffee is a little underwhelming, but the $4.5 custom made slow bar coffees are perfect. My barista, Evan was super helpful and found me a coffee that I thoroughly enjoyed. I strongly advice anyone visiting the area to give this place a shot.

Fantastic coffee shop. They do their own roasting and have a nice variety of coffee selections, as well as being methods. My boss, an espresso coneseuer, loves their roasts. Their tea blends are also amazing. The barristas have a good knowledge of the roasts and tea blends, and can certainly give good advice on being methods. The place some better seating now that its expanded. I find myself coming back weekly for a cup of Turkish coffee and to grab a bag of espresso for the middle of the week.

This place is fantastic.Tons of coffee choices and a knowledgeable staff. Nice patio area to sit outside and plenty of room inside.The wifi kept cutting in/out, but was only a minor annoyance.I wasnt sure between 2 coffees, and they brought the bags over to me to smell. They describes the tasting profile and really made it easy to know which to pick.Would absolutely return.

Came here last Sunday night, parking was a lil challenge ( they are next to 4 peaks ) Ashley the Barista was AMAZING! Hands down best customer care!! She was so knowlagble. She shared the story of the bean Fermenting and how the place was built. I had the Tiger chi tea and rice pudding! Sooooooo good, the tea came with a Cooke to awwwww 💖. Super clean and calm vibe. Lots of ppl on lap tops lol. I felt like I may have been too loud. Love how the owner works directly with the coffee and tea farmers! They have WIFI to.This is a hidden Gem100% . Hands down the coolest coffee experience I’ve had in a long while. The variety and infusions are so impressive! The delivery of fellow customer’s hot tea was beautifully presented.I would call Infusion coffee and Tea a laboratory in my opinion. My brother and I ordered a date latte w oat milk and I found it to be a PERFECT balance of sweet and creamy.The ambiance is chill and staff were super friendly. You can also get a tour of the coffee lab and classroom.

I previously reviewed that the Internet was bad, but I rescind that since today (10/18) the Internet was fine. They are actively working to make sure it is always good so it should be fine now!

Infusion is the best slow pour coffee spot in Tempe by far. Your coffee takes a few minutes to be made to perfection, it comes with a cookie, it’s meant to be enjoyed while hanging out. Love this place, ask about the coffees. Ask about the best way the coffee you want should be prepared. It’s a great experience!

I finally was able to stop in and look. I have long wanted to stop in and check out their tea selection. The first time I tried there was no parking even after I circled the block twice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They recommended some different types to try and answered all my questions. They have a very nice selection of several kinds of tea which makes buying some for later difficult. Im going to have to come back several more times in order to try them all. I just wish parking wasnt so limited. If I was a student at ASU I could just walk over. If you are not in walking distance you may find parking a challenge but the reward quite refreshing.Update: Bumping my score 1 star. I neglected to consider how the staff responded so quickly to the lack of bags of the tea we wanted to get. When we asked they said Give me 10 minutes to blend some. 10 minutes later they brought out a bag for us (and shine for the shelves). That kind of attitude and response rightly earns another star.

Nice people, but horrible drinks. Because it is the closest coffee shop to my house kept trying to get them to make me a Macha frap blended with half the sweetness. Threw away 3 drinks after one sip (one was hot, another one was iced), finally today they made a blended one and it tasted like melted ice cream, too little ice, instead of blended there are chunks of ice still floating. Either they were too lazy to remake my drink and just blended an iced Macha or the person who made it doesnt understand what blended drinks are supposed to be like. Hint they are not supposed to be like water!!! Please bring back whoever made my drink the first time and knew what they were doing!

Excellent coffee roasters nestled in to the back streets of Tempe. Skip the Starbucks and do yourself a favor by visiting Infusion.

Weve been coming to Infusion for the past year. Weve always enjoyed the espresso, the coffee and the funny mocktail sort of drinks. The baristas are also knowledgeable and friendly. But the small space and tight seating made it a difficult place to bring our little person, who just turned two. Now that Infusion just about quadrupled its seating, its a great place for her. All Infusion needs to get that fifth star is nitro cold brew!

On 11/28/20 at 1:30pm i got attended by a girl at register who was very rude..i came with my partner and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. And she forgot to add the other sandwich and claimed i only asked for one. So she had told me she had to re-rang my order..so i did and had to wait an extra 15 mins! She whole attitude was unapologetic and rude. She really should have repeated the order. And then we found out that both ordered are wrong! They both had meat which we cannot have. Even after the mistake. I approached her again so it could be fixed. And without apologize she snatched the mistaken order to the back and remade it with an attitude. I personally work for Starbucks for over 5 years and never seen someone be so insensitive to a customer. I dont know her name but she had short hair and pins in her hair. But i hope she gets more training on customer service. Because her attitude is truly upsetting..she really ruined my morning

More choice of single origin coffees at one coffee shop than I’ve ever seen.

The place is a hidden gem. Located in kind of quite area. Please be aware that there are some customers who can ruin the atmosphere.There are plenty of plugs and seating space is kind of challenging sometimes. However, the coffee quality is very tasty. After all, deserves a five star. Definitely, a recommended place to avoid busy places. :)
