Went by Starbucks today ordered a fruit and cheese box the fruit was rotten and it looks like somebody took a bite out of my cheese not cool Starbucks especially for what you charge

UPDATE 2: again! The problem is still there and no one seems to care! This is the last time I buy coffee from here and will switch to Dutch bros! I have attached a new picture. If I wanted to get whipped cream, I wouldnt drive to Starbucks!!UPDATE: the problem is still there. They will give you way less coffee than it should be in the cup! Just try other starbucks and youll notice it.I always get my coffee from here, but the last time I got a mocha, it was 1/3 empty!! I have bought mocha from other starbucks and was not like this. so disappointed.

They are the most attentive staff known to mankind and always seem to operate with poise and patience even under the most stressful situations. Out of stock items, didnt get what I wanted but employees were very nice.

I went to Starbucks for the first time. I ordered a cold brew, it was very strong so I was adding sugar to it, but the staff here is very helpful they asked me if I am having any problem with the taste so they suggest me that they can add creamer to it. After that I really enjoyed that coffee. Thanks to the staff here they take care that every customer likes coffee as per their taste.

Typically a busy location, but staff makes sure to move the drive thru line along quickly.

Great location. Fast drive through if ur skilled enough to avoid the dumpsters. Friendly staff. Nice seating with a big shared table, side bar and outdoor seating. Outlets throughout but none outside. Pretty busy with about enough seating for 20 people inside.

Absolutely the most delious Strawberry Funnel cake drink... Although I suggest to try it I just dont suggest it to be a daily drink because it can stack those calories in u... But its still a definitely something to look forward to if u havent tried it yet and the drive thru staff are beyond the most nicest crew ever..

Jams favorite place at least 4-5 times a week. This location has a fast drive through. Service was friendly and we enjoyed our conversation with the barista. She stated that self confidence is important.-tag

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks in the country & this one is consistently easily 5 top service. It’s not even the closest one to me & will drive the extra few minutes because the service is always better - huge shout out to Hayden for being especially great!

The cold brew pumpkin is DELICIOUS!!!! I ordered one with banana bread and it was the perfect combination. This location is very clean and friendly.

I dont know what they do differently then other starbucks, but their drinks are absolutely delicious.

During the pandemic, this has become an almost daily stop. Rarely do we come here and have not had to wait 10+ minutes in the drive through line. That speaks volume about either their quality, or our habits! My personal favorite is the fresh mozzarella tomato and basil pesto Panini, the flavors are simple, fresh and absolutely delicious! Would be a 5 start review if this stop didnt always take such a large chunk of time.

Came during a free event unknowingly and it was packed. Even though there were alot of people and orders, everything came put fast and service was friendly to everyone. Good seeting and outlet access.

A few weeks ago I found myself in line, (its pretty long usually) & after I ordered my drink I realized that I forgot my purse, no money! I was trapped in line too (the drive thru). So when I got to the window I told her I had forgot my bag & I apologized for their trouble, I was going home to get $. The cashier gave me the coffee! I havent seen that type of kindness in a while. It was so nice. So the next time I went to Starbucks I paid it forward. I paid for coffee for the person behind me & gave a large tip too! Good job Starbucks!!!

Come here alot before work. Friendly service and amazing coffee. Wanted the sumatra blend but they didnt have any brewed so she offered me the next best thing and I was not upset. It was very good.

My favorite Starbucks! Have been coming here for years and the staff is always warm and welcoming! If you are in a hurry I would suggest to do a pick up order because this store does get very busy! The drive thru is also very busy during the business week!

The staffs are very kind and friendly, when I asked them for a little extra whip cream, they gave me so much and also added more caramel for me too, they open late until 12am so I can buy my drink and enjoy it whenever Id like. Finally, I can get the limited red cup for whole holiday. I love itttt so bad

Gave me milk instead of half and half for my tea. I don’t understand what was so hard for them to get it right? It’s honestly disgusting drinking 2% in an earl grey tea. Just some food for thought.

The service at this Starbucks is great. Ive always dealt with very friendly people both at the drive through order and at the cashier table. The drinks have been up-to-par too, and they are more than happy to customize drinks for you as needed.Only thing to keep in mind is on weekends around 10 am, and on weekdays around 7, there is going to be a line of cars most likely at the drive through- so plan ahead if you want your coffee. :)

Favorite place to do work!!! I go almost everyday. Just the vibe and environment that makes me feel jolly. The workers there are awesome. Some remember your name. Made me feel special when my face was recognized with an additional, Hey Malcolm.

I love this location, they know how to fill up the drinks unlike other places. The customer service is also exceptional..!! Drive through goes pretty fast regardless how busy it is inside ...such hardworking workers there deserve a reward !

Everyone there was friendly and courteous. The store was clean and well lit. Its always busy there, especially during lunch time. They use corporate approved contemporary music in order to keep the ambiance as chill and pleasant as possible.Not sure about the process of making their coffee, but would love to see it on their website, so we could tag team the coffee making at home at a fraction of the cost.

Definitely is one of the best Starbucks branches in this region. Im usually coming here over the summer after working hours to work on my own projects and papers. I really suggest it to others.

This place kinda fell apart lately, I use to love their frappes. The cake pops here are still decent, I just wish that they sold donuts.

Very good coffee. Perhaps too goot. Nice quiet place even though its busy. Hung out all day to get work done and it was very comfortable.

Changed their hours and didn’t let anyone know. They don’t open till 5:30 now (we’ll they’re supposed to) bit the snobby girl that opens likes to wait till 2 minutes after and looks like she doesn’t care about her job or anyone else’s.

Great customer service, courtesy water cups, helpful, patient and always attentive. Never a long line, but it is a popular Starbucks because many always present working or studying. Love this Starbucks and wish they could have longer eve hours, especially on weekends.

I WASNT AT STARBUCKS, GOOGLE. I WAS AT THE POTBELLY SANDWICH SHOP. THE POTBELLY SANDWICH SHOP WAS GOOD, BUT I GOT HOT PEPPERS ON MY SANDWICH AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY SPICY, SO I HAD TO DRINK A BUNCH OF MILK. EVEN AFTER THAT MY MOUTH STILL HURTS.THE STARBUCKS NEXTDOOR SEEMED OK THOUGH, SO THREE STARS.

The people are nice and everything, their grapes are just consistantly kinda bad. Ive gone a number of times now since they have a drive thru and no matter when I go, how busy or dead it is, or what frap I get- its mediocre at best.

Have know idea why I came here, they should call it Seattle-based Milk House instead of coffeehouse, they never got it right as you get more milk in every order I had than a coffee taste. Regarding cold/ iced drinks 98% of the drink is ice as you can finish it with one sip.

New workers, make it hard to get in and out. The drinkers dont taste the same. Nasty nasty yuk yuk. I ordered a ice Coco caramel on memorial I paid 5.35 for 1/2 way filled drink. WTH!!!! This place is getting very bad at service and drinks. Im so glad I do not tip at all.

It’s Starbucks. The coffee is very inconsistent, sometimes decent, but usually not very good. Never good, and occasionally not drinkable. I don’t understand why it stays open.

Extremely upset with the way I was treated tonight. Drove 45 minutes all the way to Tempe just to be told their hours have changed. The store normally closes at 11:30 p.m., I got there at 11:09 p.m. . The girl tells me they bow close at 11:00pm and when I explained their website still says 11:30 and that I drove 45 minutes to get there she was extremely rude. Used to love going there when the old crew was working. Will not visit nor recommend this Starbucks to anyone. The least they could have done was be polite about it.

Closer to my house so I come often. Drip coffee trends to be room temp so I get the pour over. It seems to be busier than I remember, even it being summer. Unless cause the ASU library closes all early. Which is why I am here. The employees are nice some are blah but always chill. Never got any rudeness which is why I come back.

Sitting there Drinking my cup of Coffee Charging my phone relaxing after waking up in cold in the streets on a Sunday Morning or working my tail end off at work with Commercial Construction a d then walk by and the atmosphere around. There is air relaxing even on the outside of the establishment then walk in get a cup of Coffee plug phone in and charge while sitting back relaxing while enjoying a cup of nice freshly brewed Coffee taste so good dont need creamer in it

I purchase coffee from this store on my way to work on a regular basis. The customer service is good, but they consistently dont fill your cup all the way. Ive had to take my drink back on numerous occasions to get the amount that I paid for. For a company that charges a premium price for their product, they need to be giving their customers the amount of product they pay for. Not sure if this is a sanctioned practice across Starbucks in general, but if you short x number of customers by x amount of product on a consistent basis, and do that across the enterprise, the overall profit margin increases. Im beginning to think this is what is going on since I consistently dont get the amount of coffee I pay for.

Bad location. Per Julia, the shift manger she likes to charge for refills on ice tea even though youre a gold card member and earlier I had had the same drink refill and hadnt been charged for that refill... highly confusing.

Hours are great. Spacious location with a parking lot. The location is always busy with people. Lots of tables and students at this spot.

Did not ask for how sweet my tea was and didnt even give or offer sweetner also the drive through wouldnt even throw away our trash. Dont recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Not the first time they mistreated us.

This is the friendliest starbucks, they go above and beyond. although, it is filled with college students, there is always a buzz of good vibes. i mainly use the drive thru but thru are FAST, even when the line is around the building.

Took thirty minutes to get our two sandwiches because they lost our order after the employee made it. In reality, that employee was just taking her sweet time to organize the sandwiches and not making anything. Going her for drinks is fine but the staff is too incompetent for anything beyond a simple drink order.

Great location great service and inconsistent drinks. When I say inconsistent it feels that there is a mix of experienced and novice baristas. Some days the Frappuccinos are great and icy other days they are wet and runny as if not enough ice was used. Some days lattes taste burnt other days they are smooth and delicious. This location would be 5 star if they’re drinks were consistent.

I loved the setup of this starbucks and they had a really cute pumpkin banner that had little facts about the baristas with their names and pictures. It is a small starbucks but feels big, the staff was very nice and even double checked our order when they saw that one of the drinks had a substitute for milk and the other didnt.

A lot of diversity here, people from all over different parts of the world, a lot of asu students go here to study. Sometimes it can get full but even then it is relatively quiet inside, good for studying. Staff is always friendly, havent had a bad experience so far.

The drinks are always very bad, the taste is just not on par with other stores around. It’s not just the regular drink I get it’s all of the drinks I’ve had at multiple locations.

The matcha green tea with almond milk is all I get from there the rest of their food and coffee is horrible for your body creates to much mucus in the body

My wife and I got a free drink cause of how nice they are. I dont like those college people infested too much but this place is pretty ok.
