This store was good. They had a good stock of games I havent seen before believe it or not. Games which peaked my very interest. So you should stop by and get them before I do. Unfortunately I didnt bring enough money this time.

Very friendly and honest - always feel welcomed here and they even looked out for me when they realized I was a veteran! Made sure I got the discount from it. I only needed to show my veteran ID. Looking forward to playing the games I bought!

I went in to buy a game. Stating that the game was in stock the guy look for it couldnt find it. He offer me 10 dollars off once it arrives It been a 2 months still no call.

Employees were very friendly and helpful, the store seemed a little more sparse than they used to be but I still found a few items that I ended up purchasing.

GARBAGE location. Dont know how to answer the phone. Tried to tell me that they wouldnt allow me to swap out a used controller I had purchased when the one they sold me had its face plate pop off the first time I used it... WOWAnother location went above and beyond. So much so that I payed $130 extra after returning it for the elite xbox controller. The other location got 5 ⭐

Im sorry but GameStop gotta go! Youre telling me a game thats two years old+ is selling USED for 59.49 when I can buy any new release game from Walmart for 49.98. Every time I go into a GameStop to look for a used game its within cents difference of the new copy. Craziness.

Been a gamer since I could hold a control! My son and I came in 5 min before closing to get mine craft. John and John not only told us of the sale but told us to take our time as to not miss out on the last day sale! BEST GAME STOP EVER! LOL and I remember shopping at EB!!!

The workers are great! This location rarely has Pokemon booster packs in. I would go here a lot more if they had a bigger stock of Pokemon cards. I feel like GameStop stores in general are small and have an awkward layout. I wonder how long theyll keep to their same old ways.

I like the items that they have for sale in here and its just I would have appreciated more somebody had greeted me and my daughter as soon as we walked in. Customer service is very important.

The gentleman was nice. I went in to see if they had used PS4 controllers for sale; in which they did. The only downfall is it was over $50. I was very disappointed because I can purchase a new one from Walmart for $47.

Good customer service, decent selection, a little disappointed i missed out on the buy two pre owned games get one pre owned for free but thats my fault my membership expired didnt realize you needed to have a membership for deals like these, glad i got my nephew what he wanted.

This store deserves a satisfactory onestarcustomer rating I spoke with the customer representative go by the name of John Redhaired guy I called and asked for a copy for need for speed payback on PS4 he said we do have copies I showed up 15 minutes later and they were all gone. He never mentioned them almost going out of sale.I also mentioned about trading two video games in which he never mentioned I need receipts for them to get store credit towards to getting another game .once I showed up I was told I need a receipt for both games just to trade them in he never told me that.

I had been looking for a good deal on an Xbox One. I saw that they had an Xbox One S 1TB Battlegrounds Bundle for $249. I hadnt seen a better price, even online. But I also got another slightly used controller, but in excellent condition, a Gamestop membership, Gears of War 4, and Assassins Creed Origins, all for $389! These guys REALLY hooked me up. If I had paid full price, all that I got would have cost me almost $500! The crew was great, they are really knowledgeable, and were able to answer all of my questions. Awesome store....I would definitely come back! :D

How many times do I have to call to get someone to pick up? I’ve tried calling 12 separate times and nothing. One time I called back and the line was busy so I know someone is answering the phone.

Called and had a gentleman put something on hold for me. He was very reasurring that my item would be set aside on hold till closing the next day. For added measure, even got confirmation my item was there on hold through their website. Low and behold, I drive 40 minute to gamestop and when I get there, Im told they dont have my item. The lady told me there was nothing for me on hold in the store, that they might have sold it or lost it. Totally unnaceptable!

Smells funny and the staff were rude and disrespectful to me for being a woman. Lucky I dont game any more

Check the sales add they always have something for a grate price . Games are easy to find, staff is helpful. You can find used games for as little as a dollar .

Worst place ever guy at the counter super dismissive wouldnt even check the pc to see if they had the product I needed. Update went to the game stop in Gilbert az what a difference the guy looked it up and had what I needed in stock
