I was very pleased with my experience the Arizona Mills eye care center. The staff did a fantastic job working with me to test my eyes to get the best prescription for my glasses and I walked over to Lenscrafters right after to buy glasses. The process was easy, effecint and well planned all the though. Im very happy.

The process was great not a long wait time.

I went last week. I had called and asked if you took Sun Life Insurance. The person who answered said I dont recognize the name. Well, you screwed up my prescription. So when I went back and asked if you took VSP through Sun Life Insurance. You said, oh, its too late. I dont know why you cant submit something afterwards or even get a credit or is it because you want to keep the money that we paid? I wont ever be going back or any other family members or even recommending your eye center if thats the case. By the way, this is Sandy, Hanks wife responding. The glasses are so expensive and you cant honor the discount after the fact. I spent $487.01. So I will be telling everyone not to go there.

Dr. Zmyslinski himself was excellent, as were staff. Arizona Mills was POOR in not enforcing mask requirements, as was Lenscrafters, where you are based. I cannot come here again till COVID is taken seriously by ARIZONA MILLS.

Did not see technician clean the machine area before exam

I gave 3 stars because of following reasonsA1. I am fully satisfied with eye test procedure and Dr Knowledge in giving required information2. In this COVID situation, don’t have proper CDC provided guidelines was not there in the premises . I don’t see proper seating arrangement, no sanitizer at the entrance.3. Thought my Appointment at 5 PM, I had to wait long till 5:30 PM . In normal day it’s not an issues, during this pandemic time waiting and standing with other patients it’s not advisable .Kind advice, till this pandemic please take necessary steps not only just wearing masks and sanitizing all the instruments, door knobs etc after each patient . I planned to bring my 3 year old daughter and my wife for checkup next week but I hesitant now to expose outside in such closed environment.

I brought my mother in for her exam and was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the process was. We showed up earlier than her appointment time and were seen almost immediately - Dr. Richards was great, the bonus was that my mom did not have to dilated bc if their new Retinal photo instrument. I called the office because I was having pain in my right eye and it was swollen. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule on a Saturday. Dr. Z was very compassionate and knowledgeable. He gave me a prescription and instructions for if my eye got worse. Fortunately the eye drops worked! Dr. Z is a great Dr and I would highly recommend his office. His staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Sorry I did not meet with Dr. Zmyslinski but I did not get past 1 min and a half with the front desk staff before I left. Their display of extreme rudeness and not answering questions is something I will not tolerate. There are too many optometrists out there that would like to have a educated customer with insurance and disposable income. My thoughts thru the initial conversation gave me the notion do not to leave personal information with this staff and that they were happy to not do anything for their paycheck.. First impressions including body language are important in business and 20 somethings dont seem to understand this.

This review is for the doctors office in the back of the Lenscrafters,AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.Let me simply say this: this office billed me a large sum of money because the front staff did not run my insurance correctly. I called my insurance company who told me the front staff should have KNOWN and should have TOLD ME I was not covered. They said absolutely nothing, and let me make a large purchase under the guise that I was covered and everything was okay.Whats more, I would have been covered if these people would have told me to wait one month before putting in my order.When I found out the amount I owed, I literally cried. Completely took advantage of me. And they didnt even apologize! What a horrible experience.

Hours of operation make it easy to schedule an appointment convenient with my schedule. Large variety of frames to select from. Staff and Dr. are friendly.

Dr. Zmyslinski has been my optometrist for over ten years and he always does a great job. He takes the time to review options for glasses and contacts and is up to date on all the latest innovations. He can even take a complete picture of your inner eye, without dilation, which I thought was pretty cool! Dr. Zmyslinskis front office staff are kind and professional, and I was able to get in and out without any hassle or waiting time. I then went right into the Lenscrafters glasses section and ordered a new pair of glasses right then and there. Very convenient. I highly recommend this office.

My glasses broke beyond any reasonable repair today, and my prescription was too old to reuse. I looked this optometrist up at noon and was able to schedule an appointment at 1PM, same day. They have their new patient form online so you can avoid the hand cramps, and they got me in very quickly. The doctor and the techs were quick, courteous, and professional. Cant ask for a better experience.

I had the pleasure of being evaluated and treated by Dr. Elena Filatova. It was my first eye exam, therefore; I was nervous, but shes a beautiful person and very respectful right from the introduction, so you immediately know and can feel youll be well taken care of and safe under her supervision. I could sense she had so much she wanted to say when she discovered it was my first eye exam; because Im in my 30s and I know better, and when I decided against having my eyes dilated due to my fear of possibly not being able to drive home. With no sign of frustration, irritation or annoyance, she didnt miss a beat, and seemed unbothered while simultaneously demonstrating patience and reassurance. Even though it would have been nothing short of a professional courtesy if she reamed me for being a healthcare professional and never initiating preventative vision screening or routine follow-up for visual health promotion. I asked a few follow-up questions about the dilation, she explained everything in detail and mentioned the side effects, how long they typically last, as well as what I could expect. She didnt push that information to encourage my participation in anything I wasnt comfortable with. For that, I decided to move forward with the more in-depth exam via dilation. There was nothing to it, just as she said. And it was in my best interest to have her complete the more thorough evaluation, due to it being my first ophthalmic exam as this method would enable her to obtaining a more definitive diagnosis for my symptoms, assist in obtaining an accurate assessment, and allow her to initiate a treatment plan tailored to my visual needs.The other staff were also a pleasant bunch, all of them greeted you on entrance and they were honest about every expectation, even if it meant you would obtain your prescription elsewhere. And that kind of culture, honesty, kindness, and pleasantry is irreplaceable in any business. Thanks ladies, you all get an A for AWESOMNESS in my book.

BE WARNED your appointment time is fluid, dont come is your in a rush. The staff will push your opponent back for walk-ins even if your 15 minutes early! However the doctor was great and couldnt be more knowledgeable.

This was easily one of the best eye doctor visits Ive ever had. The doctor was informative, she took the time to answer my questions, and I feel very comfortable with the prescription I was provided.

Worst office I’ve been to. Wasted my time. They provide vision test but don’t provide the glasses, what sense does that make? They work with lens crafters but lens crafters don’t even take the same insurance as them so I had to go to a different place to get my glasses. I could have just went someone that does the vision test and provide the glasses.

The doctor had to do 4 times mi contacts and twice my glasses the owner never contacted me for a follow up or check up.. Dont give your email because they will send you reminders for your non existent appointments 100 times.
