Had the baby Yoda waffle with dark chocolate ice cream.. the attention to details was very adorable! However, it was too much waffle and very little ice cream.. the line was super long and the service was very slow.

I drove across town from Glendale to Tempe to try out this Boba shop. Im giving it a 4 out of 5 stars because one they messed my drink up, also the front counter space where you order is a little crammed. Other than that everything was wonderful! Nice atmosphere nice employees.

The cutest spot with great staff! Just be prepared to wait outside before being able to order. We spent about an hour total between waiting and getting our order, but all well worth it! The decor is so pretty!Don’t be a Karen to these people, if you’re coming in with a terrible attitude go somewhere else if you can’t be patient for quality drink.

I have been to Mango Rabbit in Tempe a few times now and each time has been a magical experience! 🤩 The atmosphere is super fun, and the baristas are always very kind and quick to recommend delicious additions to the drinks. The drinks and treats themselves are super cute and absolutely delicious. They are almost too cute to eat sometimes… almost. I cannot wait to try more delicious creations! 😋

My boyfriend and I went here for the demon slayer pop up event. They were super busy, (line going throughout the street) but still delivered a delicious demon slayer themed drink. I recommend going, they have something for everyone!

Mango rabbit is really an amazing little date spot to pick up a fancy drink and treat! The atmosphere is so cute and kawaii with lots of great photo ops! I brought my daughter to share a Thai tea with me and I got her a specialty hello kitty cookie. I felt the flavor of the tea was really nice and fresh tasting. Weve been dying to find a place with cute hello kitty treats close to us and they definitely did not disappoint! We will definitely be back to try some bubble waffle treats and more adventurous drinks! Highly recommend this place, pricing was worth it and has a totally fun novelty factor! And very kid friendly!!

Im sure Pre-Covid it was a great place to go and from how busy it was when I visited it still seems to be that way. When I arrived the wait was very long and they seemed to be understaffed. The drink I ordered didnt look like the pictures nor did it taste as refreshing as I was hoping for. The store itself needs a deep cleaning. It was very unsanitary. There was old food on the floor, hair on the tables, supplies stored on the floor, and behind the counter there was old residue, grease, and dust built up in the counter and waffle machines. I just didnt feel comfortable staying or finishing my drink which was very pricey compared to other boba places. I dont think Ill be returning in the future.

First time at this place they were out of the cookies that they put in drinks and ice cream. My 4 year old really wanted the unicorn ice cream but they didnt have the unicorn macaron and the was ice cream melted in the back I was told they were in the process of refreezing it. So instead we got the hello kitty ice cream which consist of a red heart waffle cone, strawberry ice cream, strawberries, fruity pebbles, whip cream. Strawberry sauce, sprinkled edible glitter and a hello kitty macaron. Well the strawberry ice was melted too so we ended up getting the oreo ice cream. The presentation was beautiful and it was delicious. The menu was limited they were almost out of everything 😞 I also got a sun devil boba drink it was ok 👍

The boba here is delicious and the staff are nice. I have ordered online twice and waited about 15 minutes before going to pick it up. Both times they had not seen my online order and I had to wait around 10 minutes. The good drinks and variety make up for the lack of speed.

Had the Matcha Matcha bubble waffle. So cute, glitter and the bubbles are even heart shaped! Delicious, though the matcha ice cream wasnt as strong in matcha flavor as I wanted, but was still good! Want to try the sesame next time. Got a delicious earl grey boba, too.

Overrated, overcharged and disappointed. Paid $48 for 3 drinks. One mock tail $9 one dragon fruit drink that was $9 and the Watermelon drink was $13 a worker said the difference was for taxes and my $3 tip?… one receipt said $32 and the other $48 🤔 Despite that my drink was super messy and spilling everywhere and was not anything like advertised and my watermelon mock tail did not have glitter and the pop lid didn’t work.I’m so sad I was super excited to try this place.

I found out about this place like 8-9 months ago when I was on the search for boba places up in Tempe and surprisingly this place have a really creative drinks and design for all of those drink. Another good one is they held event which I don’t see a lot of boba place do it so that’s a plus. Customer service was good, very welcoming and nice. The reason why I have this place at a 4 stars because of some of the drink price I feel that’s a little pricey but other then that everything is great here.

This place not only serves up beautiful treats, but they taste amazing!!! The Mermaid Pink drink was $9.99 and the Yoda Bubble Waffle ice cream was $16. Would recommend!!

This place is fairly popular and the drinks and waffle cones are done well, with the presentation and all. Always top notch. I havent partaken in any of the actual food but had the popcorn chicken and to be honest, it could be better, it was a little too hard to chew.Now, this place gets crowded for time to time, and it takes almost up to an hour to get your drink, which I understand. Sometimes they look understaffed, but it wouldnt hurt to see a little bit more customer service.Again, the drinks and waffle cones are to die for, they taste so good. What knocks this place down two stars for me is the wait, but it worth it :)

We got in and out with in 15 mins. The drinks were pretty good. The problem I had was with the cleanliness of the place. The table was filthy and I had to wipe it down with the all purpose bleach spray that was on the table, the floors were horrible dirty, the bear that is at the front for kids to play on had spill stains and crumbs.

Quick service, professional staff. You are asked if youd like to change the ice or sweetness level of your drink off the bat, which is great, plus they offer dairy free milk options, which is even better, for us lactose intolerant boba lovers!

Boba tea is good. Tea flavor is strong. But they forgot to give me the straw for my delivery order! The popcorn chicken also tasted bad, the chicken is hard to chew. The fries is good.

I’m not one to leave a bad review so this kills me:( I have been dying to try this place for awhile now, and now that I have, I will likely not go back. :/Pros- The creations are really good ideas and picture worthy.Cons- It was pretty dirty inside this place:( the seating was messy with food & drink spills, the floor was sticky and not clean, the places to get photos were destroyed and gross. We bought “the child” special which was cute but not with $18 at all. I also bought a milk tea boba & strawberry sparkly drink which again, was def not flavorful or with the money spent. Menu availability is not full. Food is ok... But I would rather go to somewhere else. Popcorn chicken is delicious but inside the meat color is kinda pink. The fruit tea tastes the same as black tea... Lots of fruit inside but the entire drink doesnt have any fruit taste. It tastes bitter... and... the fruit inside tastes bitter because of the tea even with 100% sweet... I will never try it again!!!The strawberry drink is sweet and have light strawberry taste. Its appearance is nice. The waffle is the best!The prices of food are so-so... These 4 items together cost $31.

I went to this shop on a date today on a Monday and waited approximately 20 minutes to order. When we did order we got two simple drinks - salted caramel milk tea with boba without ice - so we expected it in a reasonable amount of time. We had an upcharge for no ice which is reasonable because there would be more product. We got it approximately 30 minutes later but with ice even though the stickers on our cups said no ice so we were charged extra for no benefit. It also did not taste very good or caramelly. We do not blame the employees and were very courteous it just seemed they were working with a bad system and were understaffed for the amount of customers they deal with to get orders correct. Our two drinks were not worth the $15-16 dollars it came out to.If you want your tea to be worth its value, check out other bubble tea shops in town first.

So I absolutely love trying new tea and desert shops. Hence we went to this one super excited? The place was super busy and it took 30 mins to get our desert. So out hopes and expectations went up even higher thinking this place is popping. But it was extremely Disappointing!! $25 for two deserts? Now if it tasted good, I would have paid $50 for it. I believe taste has no price.But it was over priced and tasted terrible!We got the tiramisu drink which was very confusing to taste and tasted so bad I couldn’t even finish half of it.The taro float also was extremely sad. The ice cream that they put in it - not really sure what it was? Tasted like salted soft flour of some sort?May be we didn’t order the right thing of their menu but needless to say I don’t want to waste $25 more to find out. I don’t recommend and I don’t plan to go back.

It was truly a magnificent place to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were out of the macarons that went with our drink, but the amazing staff gave us a Hello Kitty one as a replacement. I definitely recommend this place. My sister and I ordered the Rainbow Drink & Taro Jasmine milk Tea! The popcorn chicken with the waffles were heavenly!

I orderd oreo fantasy with boba. When I got it there wasnt boba in it. I asked for boba and they literally just took it from my hand without say something. Throw away my straw and just pour few boba and just put it on the counter. Not even say sorry. They overly filled up the whipped cream. Not worth the $10 drinks. Milk shake was all melted and watery. I waited for over 30 minutes. There was glitters floating in the air. Poor kitchen condition.

I wanted to get a Boba but decided to get a Baby Yoda waffle. It was so yummy. I would highly recommend trying out this cute little place. I went there the following days of my trip and tried their purple rain and waterfall Matcha Boba.

UPDATEdon’t leave critical reviews here or they will respond condescendingly apparently and still can’t justify the issues with this placeCute place but over rated and pricey. I was the only customer there waiting for an order and it took them 26 minutes to make this. It costs literally $13 before tax!!! Only got because I had a small discount but I wouldn’t pay more than $7 for it. It’s a soupy mess called Matcha Waterfall and 25% of it is red beans not even paste just straight up red beans. Besides the unnecessary long wait and terrible prices, they had the thermometer set at 81!!! It’s winter but cmon in Arizona??? I recommend coming here once maybe twice max, just know you’ll pay at least $6 for anything there even just a simple green tea.

Been there a few times and long waits and kinda rude employees, couldnt get a Boba waffle sundae which is what they are known for and why i take people there. Employee said they were too busy to make one. Ive gone so excited every time but not a super exciting visit. FYI they have the gel boba not the popping kind, thought id share! This place is okay but Ive been cheated out of all the glitter and cutesy drinks they post on social media. On my first visit I went for the glittery mocktail... no glitter. I went 2 days ago and got the strawberry rose milk tea that was shown to include a cookie and cone, I didnt get the cookie and had to make a little fuss to get the cone. I think these things should be included or at least discount your $10 drinks if everything isnt included. I wont be going back.

My gf and I enjoyed the drinks we bought but the staff member we put in our order with was not very friendly.

Took my visiting grandkids there for boba drinks, the designs were great. But every single drink had an awful taste, so bad they couldnt drink them. It took 90 minutes to receive four drinks out of five ordered. We got them literally one at a time over 90 minutes. It Cost $85.00 and we got the last drink, for the five year old who sat patiently waiting for it after 90 min., we had to tell the server they forgot the last drink, then they remade it three times because they didnt know which drink to make. They never got it right nor did they offer to refund for the last drink. Horrible place. Never going back!!!

Definitely a cute place but the drinks could be worked on. Me and my sisters ordered drinks, which were all different, and did not like the way the drink tasted. They were all watered down and discolored. For the drinks itself Id give a 2 star review but the cute place added 1 more star.

Worst bubble tea that I’ve heard. Everything taste cheap. Creative? Hardly. Mostly just a juxtaposition of parts slapped together to produce a disgusting chimera cocktail with a high price tag to justify that it’s Instagram worthy. Please clean up the place! There’s cardboard boxes everywhere with Lysol bottles lying around and customers are expected to clean your sticky tables. Instead the place looks like a bus stop met the public restroom and no one bothered to put some finesse in to this “cute” space. Your chairs are peeling apart! It’s a no for me.

Ive been coming here for the last couple of months and everytime Im come over theres always something new and delicious on the menu. I love the service and the drinks here from this Boba Tea to theyre Waffels. Today one of theyre staff made a small mistake with my order and own up to it and remade our drink. I hope to continue to make the journey and travel to this amazing Small Boba Tea shop in the near future, and I hope to anyone that loves Boba, Waffels, and many sweet things of the sort please stop by.

My friend and I were SUPER excited to come try out Mango Rabbit since we’ve been seeing all the Social media hype about these cool drinks. We ordered at 4:00pm on a SUPER slow Tuesday and didn’t get our drink until 4:30ish. We waited over 25 minutes to get our mermaid drink. The 2 people that ordered after us even got their drinks and finished it AND left before we even got ours.The absolute worst part was there was that we could see the owner/manager was too focused on helping out their Instagram “influencer” friend, making sure their drinks are continuously coming out so they can take pics. While our order was completely ignored and when we asked what’s taking so long after over 20 mins and they just tell us “oh sorry” left the drink at the table and left without saying anything. The flavor of the mermaid drink was decent because it’s dragon fruit & strawberries but it was so watery and the mermaid tail was basically sinking to the bottom and we had to pull it back out to snap a quick pic. It felt more like a strawberry milk than a shake. I don’t think it was worth $9 for a strawberry milk + sinking a mermaid tail. The presentation of the drink was not there. It was sloppy made and dripping on the other side that I didn’t take a picture of. My friend and I saw how the workers basically made our drink 3 times in a row. Maybe it kept coming out wrong or too watery. We could see that they kept pouring it in and out of that same cup and the staff even poured a little cup and tried some for themselves. We were getting some what grossed out at that point.Sadly, we wouldn’t come back again. The service was terrible and made the experience so disappointing. Influencers are definitely just hyping this place up. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I would consider myself an avid food photographer and can make most mediocre foods look good but not with these drinks. Just know your drink wouldn’t come out like the pics you see on IG unless they know you’re an “influencer”.Also most drinks range from $9 to $19.99 for one drink, depending on how “special” your drink is.

Tried to visit for the pop up event but the line only moved 10 feet in an hour. If you are incapable of caring for customers in a timely fashion perhaps you shouldnt host events. Since you wont be paying for the hospital bills of kids with heat stroke. No boba is worth an ER visit.

I ordered a taro milk tea with boba. It was overpriced ($8.50) and not good at all. The staff were also kinda awkward and will probably never go again. Might’ve just ordered the wrong thing, but still not great.

The location is very unclean, and despite the fact there were only 3 customers in the place it tool over 30 minutes for them to make the drinks. Neither one of my drinks had boba despite me asking (one of the has Boba in the title so Im not sure why I should have had to ask anyway). Guy at the counter was unhelpful, not exactly rude but clearly had other things on his mind which is fine. The quality of both of our drinks is pretty poor aside from not having any boba in it, I actually decided to throw mine away before finishing it because it had no flavor, just tasted like milk. Wont be coming again, really disappointed I wasted $17 on two drinks.

I was soo excited that I found a place that served dalgona coffee. Today I went in and asked a question about the difference between the only two dalgona drinks on the menu. The cashier did not know anything about them. After several minutes of me trying of explain what I have ordered several times from that store another employee came up to help. She answered the question immediately. The cashier rang up my order wrong and I had to repeatedly correct her. This place has SOOO many items and options, so this shouldn’t be new. When I got my order I took one sip and knew it wasn’t right. Whatever they gave me tasted terrible. It was basically an overpriced iced coffee with all the syrup on the sides. I had to take it home scrape it out of the cup and blend it right myself. I don’t plan on returning and I am so disappointed that the one place in Tempe that had dalgona obviously can’t make it right anymore.

It was ok the demon slayer drinks were cute but very sweet and too many flavors I also ordered a sparkling water and the bottle they gave me was already half drunk. They’re really just for pictures but the bubble waffle was pretty good🙁

I really love this place. But last time was a huge bummer. I place an order for pick up as I didn’t want to wait too long because they get busy. Drove from Mesa to Tempe. I get there at the time my order should be ready (granted that I actually took my time to get there) and my order isn’t ready. Not a big deal for me. I am a very patient person. But it took them 45 minutes AFTER I got there to give me my order. I only ordered 2 drinks and 2 of their basil chicken. Like why? They were so disorganized that night. I was so upset that it had to take them that long to give me my order when I placed a pick up order for the very reason to not have to wait. I understand waiting maybe TOPS 10 extra minutes but 45 minutes AFTER I’m already there when they already had about 30 minutes to make my 2 drinks is honestly ridiculous. And not even a simple “sorry” at the end. I understand it can get hectic working in the food industry ( I’ve worked food for many years) but to not even give you decent customer service after this kind of experience really made me rethink ever going back. If you don’t like waiting long times or poor customer service, DO NOT go here. There are plenty of other places in Tempe and surrounding areas to give your money to.

First visit to this place today, visiting from DC. The pictures and menu items looked really good. We ordered around 3:10pm, and even after 45 minutes, we only received 3 of 4 drinks ordered. The 2 taro slushies we had didnt even have any taste at all. Will not be coming back here, needless to say. There were only 5 other customers here at the same time we were here, but yet it still took too long to get our orders. The owner/manager eventually approached us, and apologized for the slow service, due to new employees. He so corrected the taro slushies. I originally rated at 1 star, but updated it.

We purchase the Nezuko and Zenitsu Boba drink. They had no cookie. Or figure. Still paid 12.99 plus 1.00 to change the Boba from black to fruit. It was definitely not demon slayer theme.

Being asian we are lactose and we drink boba still, because its good. This was not. 1. When someone says less ice generally means 75% ice not 25% ice. No big deal, but even more ice couldnt of saved this drink. I got a House green tea milk tea with grass jelly. 2. Just tasted like lightly flavored milk. 3. The grass jelly didnt even taste like anything. I ended up drinking like 10% of it and considered it not worth my lactose intolerant stomach ache later anymore and threw the rest away. Cool themed place though, thats about it.

Whether it’s date night or a night out with friends, we always stop by Mango Rabbit for dessert. I’ve been to many milk tea shops in Arizona and by far they are my favorite! Prices are reasonable especially for how much detail they put into the drinks and treats. If you’re the type of person who likes to post aesthetic photos with your drinks, then I highly recommend Mango Rabbit!

Not worth the social media hype. I placed a bubble waffle order and had to wait an hour. Called the store to see if it was ready and they said it was. Once I got there, I had to wait an extra hour for my dessert. And then when they gave it to me, they got my order wrong and had to remake it. Ive always had to wait at least 30 minutes for my food and drink whether theres 2 people in the store or a line out the door. They have fun drinks and promos but its not worth the hassle and the wait.

Drinks are great only thing is they were out of so much stuff which made getting any drink and issue also i stood at the counter for 10 mins before i was even acknowledged and then the girl at the register took a call while still handling my order didnt ask me to wait didnt put the call on hold so i ended up to continue to wait. Ordered the waffle ice cream cone. Saw that it was $5 for cone alone and an additional $4 for the ice cream. I said okay fine ill pay $9, so decided to ask for caramel drizzle and wanted to charge me extra for that when it clearly says it on the menu included. I love Rabbits! and Mango Rabbit is a sweet spot to grab tea or cold ice cream in a waffle. Instagram corner with a giant teddy bear is waiting for a photo op. Lots of menus to choose from makes thing a little confusing. The tv changes so much so your beat bet is to grab one of the menus to choose from.

I visited with my friend Vladimir and our ladies, and we had fun talking and playing jenga while sipping our delicious drinks and sharing appetizers and dessert. Mango Rabbit is a cool spot to hang out at with friends and the drinks and food are high quality and refreshing. I had a strawberry kiwi slush, some squid balls, and the mango sago dessert. I wasnt sure if I was going to like the strawberry kiwi slush, but it was awesome. Everything was great!

I saw their instagram was posting about the new drinkable mochi trend so I had to go! I dont know what their problem was but they would not let me get the drinkable mochi as a topping to any drink besides the sun devil madness. They featured three drinks on their instagram that showcased the new topping but when I asked them about it, they had no idea of any of them besides the sun devil madness. Im not sure why they wanted to keep that topping exclusive to that one specific drink, maybe because it was one of the most expensive drinks their and they were trying to push it. They could have easily just added it to any other drink as a topping but they refused.I ended up getting the sundevil madness for the drinkable mochi. The boba ice cream bar they added was icy, and not pleasant. Rest of drink was pretty good but really sweet even at 50% sugar. definitely could have done without the ice cream bar, thats more for look. The drinkable mochi, was very subtle, very soft, almost the texture of silken tofu, no chewing needed.EDIT: You should probably update your employees as they didnt even know it came on 3 drinks, I brought up the matcha red bean one and they had no idea. Also, I asked if the could add it to the sun devil boba which is essentially the same thing as the sundevil madness but with out the icy boba ice cream bar that looks like you guys cut half off of.

1. The place is extremely dirty and disorganized. The furniture is quite literally falling apart. The huge teddy bear is so visibly dirty it made me uncomfortable.2. The prices are a bit much, considering how the drinks tasted! They did not taste good. Super bland flavors, and the tea was super strong. Not a nice blend. The drinks were also warm???3. The popcorn chicken tasted rotten and very sour! I paid about $6+ only to receive about 5 pieces of chicken. I ended up throwing it in the trash.4. I couldn’t even eat at the restaurant because of how unsanitary it looked. It was very uncomfortable just being in there. Didn’t finish the drinks because I did not trust the sanitation.5. The customer service was pretty unpleasant. The server dropped my fork on the counter and then picked it up and put it back in my food???We ordered:- Sea salt caramel milk tea- 3 Sister strawberry milk tea- London fog tea latteOverall, the hype doesn’t match the taste. If you’re looking to post aesthetic IG pics, go for it. But if you’re wanting to have a quality drink, this is not the best pick. Pretty sure their reviews are fake because there is NO WAY anyone found this enjoyable. The IG pictures look SO good but the actual drinks look sloppy. It’s like a catfish episode. 😂 I’m upset about this experience. Truly disappointing.

Wonderful staff and equally amazing drinks! You can tell each one is made to order using fresh ingredients. The Thai tea with ube cheese foam and honey boba was amazing.

This was my review UNTIL today: Favorite boba tea place!Absolutely disgusted and horribly disappointed with their customer service. It literally took them 45 minutes to make two Jasmine milk tea which is a pre-made mix in this store. They just had to put sugar and ice to it. So so disappointed with them today with the ridiculous wait time. I m generally a patient customer and dont mind waiting but they didnt even inform me the wait time was so long. Also they have absolutely no regard and didnt even respond to me when I asked how much long it would take them. Most restaurants would have thrown in an offer after this but they didnt seem bothered at all. You have lost one of your most loyal customers!

The wait was a little long but it was worth it. Their menu is unique and the drinks were really good. Well worth the wait

They don’t deserve one star!!! I had to complain to the manager to make just 2 orders since we’ve been waiting for almost 40 minutes for our order to be done! We also ordered 2 taro slush and it taste sooooo bland!!! Terrible experience!!! The workers are sooooo slow!!!

Aesthetic is heckin cute 💕 very sweet drinks lol but I love it ~ my fave is the taro slush with lychee jelly. Also love the dragonfruit mango one. Their themed drinks are adorable. Bussin. ✨🔥

9 times out of 10 they get it perfect, but on that 10th time theyll forget the toppings you asked for or give you the boba in an extra cup instead of in the drink. But the taste and quality of the drinks themselves are perfect.
