Love this place. The Oreo ice cream milk tea is bomb. Had it once and can’t get enough of it so had to come again. They have a lot of other flavors as well.Parking can be an issue on peak time.Definitely worth a visit.

Super gorgeous-place!!! The people here are really nice and the decorations are so cute! The drinks is not bad which is the taste I like. You can take so many awesome pictures here which is another reason I liked it.

I absolutely loved the Oreo ice cream milk tea. Couldn’t help but order another one right away for to go. The ambience is fancy and lovely. The floral arrangement and the furry throws just make this place so inviting. Definitely returning! Parking can be an issue but there are some spots behind the building Incase you get lucky!

More milk than tea, pricey for the size and taste is quite mild. Nothing really special.

The smoothie is nothing more than sugar concentrate, was hoping they used real fruit but when my smothie melted I noticed it looked like pure concentrate. Very unhealthy this place is not different from a quick trip frozen slushy. Honestly if you want something healthy try looking for something all American preferably the annoying Becky or ghetto Keisha type places.

First time here with my friend. When walking in it was so cute and all instagramable!! We asked for a recommendation and the house tea was really good. I was surprised how they would give out a sample especially during covid, but the lady was so nice and allowed a sample. I enjoyed the fun and cute places to drink and sit.

We got two tea’s (taro with boba and coffee milk with boba), the prior was waaaay too sweet with what tasted like melted butter and sugar at the bottom. The later was too bland and bitter. Poorly balanced flavors.

The service attitude is very good, the staff also sent me a rabbit doll, which is very suitable for afternoon tea, the environment is very good, and the game machine can play. The milk tea is very good, the milk tea is exactly the same as the picture, I am very surprised by those bad reviews. Exist, I think those are malicious.

One thing for sure: DON’T get their house milk tea. It’s really sour. Brown sugar milk tea was ok.

Cant recommended it at all... The milk tea is really bland. There are not enough tea leaves used for their base, and the tea that can be tasted is low quality. The drink could use some sweetener, but the sugar they use doesnt compliment any part of the drink.The boba isnt fresh. Boba is supposed to be warm and soft. Thats how you know it was made within the last few hours. This boba was colder than the drink, and hard. Tea swirl does a more coherent drink than this place. I couldnt finish my drink here.

I really like the black sugar in this store. I feel that the milk is very strong. They use real milk instead of powder. This is very good. I also see that they use fresh fruits instead of canned fruits. I like them very healthy.

4/30 walked in got 2 teas they were terrible tasting. I cant believe they dont even serve hot teas. Next i asked no ice and she said OK, gave me my tea with ICE. I said no ice she smiled and said cant do it. Terrible terrible terrible.

Got the milk tea and my stomach was killing me shortly afterwards. The boba may have been the culprit, it tasted off and definitely wasnt fresh.

I lives in 922. very close to the tea shop The store is so nice. When I came to the store to drink milk tea there was a girl called Valeria. Her service was very cold. When I came in, she was still sitting on a stool and it made me feel bad. I don’t want to come to this store. Today I suddenly want to drink milk tea. I found that the girl is missing. The current clerk is very enthusiastic. The milk tea is also very good. I recommend everyone to try it.

I love it here! especially the super strawberry, however as of late i noticed that the strawberries they used have not been fresh (canned) and that kind of bums me out since i found it to be signature that this place used fresh fruits. however i did notice that their new green milk tea recipe tastes a lot better!

The workers here are so nice and sweet! I like their lemon passion fruit tea cuz it’s so refreshing. It’s a cute place to take pictures and study cuz they have free WiFi!

Over priced. Absolutely no way of knowing what you are ordering. No pictures. Barely understood the employee except when he told us this was his first time making anything and wasnt sure what he was doing. But of course that was after paying $14 for 2 drinks that we are pretty sure werent what we even ordered.

The fried chicken is crispy but cheese cream tastes like over-whipped cream and it should be lighter in texture and salter in flavor.It was very slow here and basically nobody came in for like 2 hours. I felt a bit uncomfortable while sitting here because it was too quiet and the staff kept looking at me. Also the girl who took my order wasnt able to clearly explain how their drinks are made in English.

Nice taste. But often there is no milk tea or no boba. I ’m not a frequent customer, but it happens almost every time.

Vera was super rude to me and as well to other coworkers. They also quit and made a complaint to the manager Sam but since this is his wife, he took her side and would not look at situations both ways. I have screenshots of this as well. Also, while I was working there, she would put her finger down customers drinks and taste it before given it out to them. Disgusting right??

Disappointed with Tea moment. Seriously, are those five-star reviews real customers or people who work there?? I wish I could give a 1.5 star.- Too expensive (compared to the quality of drink!)- Boba was NOT good.- Tea was quite bland and bitter.I wish they can pay more attention on drink taste and service. I dont wanna pay $5 for a cup of unimpressive tea with undercooked boba.

IDK if they really have labor issue, but I do agree that their drink is BLAND and very PRICY.I also noticed Tea Moment has two accounts and their reviews are very polarized, either one-star or five-star, even no middle reviews?!! The other account is filled with negative reviews (probably real customers reviews). All five-star reviews are left by Chinese customers, so I believe they are given some rewards which is unfair. Its not honest to reward people to give fake reviews.

I feel quite uncomfortable how they cover up the fact of their labor issue by making FAKE accounts and reviews. Those new reviews sound exactly same no matter grammar or content. New accounts, no history reviews as well. Whats even worse, I mean really? Right after an ex-employee said something maybe real about the business, a customer posted a review and complained about the girls service attitude and even knew the name. But its not to my liking.But something feels like its missing.Ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba.Boba - overcooked and lost it shape.The milk tea tasted more like diluted milk. Not really milk tea.Price is also on the expensive side. the brown sugar milk tea comes in a smaller size compared to the house milk tea.So overall. most expensive, smaller size, overcooked boba, and not so much milk tea per say.Not recommend.

Very overpriced, boba is chewier than Sour Patch Kids, jasmine tea tastes like celery. Something crunchy was in the bottom of my cup 🤢 If you want good boba go to Mango Rabbit, Tea Snow, or even Urban Boba. This place is disgusting.

I used to work here and they treated me super unfair that I probably left upset and almost crying in every shift. I was criticized A LOT for no reason to be honest. My friends would come visit me at work and they noticed it as well and they have not went back to this place because of the disrespect they showed.
