Everyone loves ice cream! Lately this store has been super busy and the ice cream is super soft and melting very fast inside the store before they even hand it to you. They also havent been very generous with scoops like they usually are. I think well wait till the fall/winter to go back. Just not worth it unless you plan to sit there and eat it.

Ice cream and smoothies tasted great but dont ask for one scoop sundae.. youll end up paying $5 for a tiny scoop that was slightly smaller than a golf ball😱

Ordered two hot fudge sundaes. One had two scoops of vanilla ice cream that were very small, no whip cream and no cherry. The other one had three very small scoops of vanilla ice cream, no whip cream and no cherry. This is a total rip off and we will find somewhere else going forward whenever we want any ice cream or other desserts.

I was NEVER a fan of Baskin Robbins until I lived by this one. For the last 3 years I’ve been buying cakes from them for my boys bdays and this is why! These are the cutest cakes for such a good price. This SAME cake design was quoted to me $75 and up at 3 different bakeries but only cost me $30-ish at BR. Not only is it PERFECT but since it’s ice cream and cake, it’s less I have to worry about. If you need a bday cake, I highly recommend this location! You also only need 24 hour notice where as most places need at least a week or 2.

Love their ice cream, but watch when the scoop it out and make sure they get you what you ordered. I asked for World Class Chocolate. Its the only thing I get. That and Gold Medal Ribbon. Well I got home and bit into a nasty marshmallow. Guess he gave me Rock Road. Blah!!!!

Bought an ice cream birthday cake which was delish. The staff welcomed me in and were professional and helpful throughout my visit. They added some last minute customization and all with a smile. Great customer service and tasty ice cream as always.

Love this place! I try to get every flavor of the month. I use to get my haircut next door, then go for some ice cream. Sadly Diegovcutit my barber moved. I still stop for the ice cream!

Very good ice cream

Went to get ice cream after I got off work it is supposed to be open until 10pm. WELL THEY JUST DECIDED TO CLOSE at 9:26PM so when I arrived I could not pick up what I went in for. If you choose to change your hours fine but let your customers know so we do not waste our time driving there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Awesome as usual! This trip was to check out the newly introduced flavor, USS Butterscotch, which got two thumbs up. The flavor you remember are there too, so you know you will be back. Quite a nice tradition to keep 31 flavors serving you with fabulous ice cream treats.

The page to enter your birth day into your account is faulty. Theres no way to save the info you add, and its not user error--I tried everything. My family and I went down to the shop to see if I could get a free scoop anyway. Wasted trip. The employees didnt care in the slightest. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Flavor 31 is my favorite (love potion) any flavor you get is a good flavor. Seems to not be busy a lot of the time. You can by the pint of ice cream if your in love with you favorite flavor ;)

The place to go for ice cream! Always at least 31 flavors to choose from, including a couple of no sugar added options, ice cream cakes, and prepacked pints and quarts to go. The staff here is always friendly and good at handling the crowds that can appear in the evenings. Same owners for the last 30 years and they are very pleasant and helpful.

The kids that work hustle to get everyone taken care of. Winter or summer....its always busy in there. February is my favorite time because the flavor of the month Love Potion 31. Yummy.

Stopped for some cream. The kids enjoyed themselves. They had a great selection of ice cream cakes.

Took my kids to get some awesome icecream. Im lactose intolerant so the photo I took is of the Daiquiri ice... it was amazing. If I didnt know better I could be fooled into thinking theres some milk or cream in there.

Ive always enjoyed the ice cream here, and the service is efficient and quick. But dont think youre going to get an ounce of personality or smile from any of the employees here. They are very angsty teenagers who seemingly hate their jobs and all humankind :)

My 12 year old daughter was lost and went to this store and asked to use the phone and the manager Stacy would not allow it due to it being a company phone. Thank God Petsmart people are a whole lot nicer! Unbelievable behavior. They even described to me what she was wearing so I know they saw her. You should be ashamed of yourself Stacy!

It sucks that the manager Stacy wont work with you when a person doesnt have time to go in and customize a cake. She said I had to come in and then pay for the cake I said is it possible to pay for it over the phone because the person Im surprising is going to be with me so theres no way around that person. I asked her if she can manually input my credit card number and she said no because the system is not working I think it is working however she just didnt want to put in the work what an amazing day of ruining a surprise. I think that person needs to learn what is going above and beyond.
