So far so good. Site is easily accessible as so are the staff. The site gave a clear illustration of the instruments which are also well represented in their photos and videos. When I called to ask questions, their representative was most helpful. Negotiating terms were excellent and I felt confident to make a purchase of a fine signature guitar.Prior to shipping, I was called and asked if I had any set up preferences and string preferences. This has never happened anywhere else when I’ve made an online purchase so, I was very impressed. All that remains is for my signature guitar to arrive safely and I have 48 hours to audition it. Based on my communications, I have every conference that my new guitar will be as good as it should be.

This is hands DOWN the best instrument store I have ever been to. I was greeted by Dylan and Phil who brought me into the shop and showed me the selection of ukuleles they had. I had already browsed the website and knew what I wanted, and of course they had it in stock! I tried a few others and explored other parts of the shop too, because I also play guitar. They have such a beautiful selection, and you can tell they really care about your buying experience and quality of their instruments. I had visited several stores trying to find a nice higher end acoustic guitar with little to no success. Acoustic Vibes had a fantastic selection and a knowledgeable friendly staff. This shop was recommended to me by my guitar teacher a couple of years ago. My dad had a 1970s Alvarez that needed some repairs done, so I took it to them. Their prices for the amount of repair work they did was very reasonable, and the guitar played SO much better once we got it back. They also communicated frequently throughout the process to let me know what they were doing and what else needed to be done. Today, I returned to have some setups done, and to have my dads 1970s era Gibson Les Paul headstock repaired. While I was there I fell in love with a guitar, so I traded in one of my guitars I was originally going to get setup for the one I loved in the shop. The owner offered me a very reasonable trade-in amount towards the new guitar and I left very satisfied. I look forward to going again to pick up my guitars once they are fully set up, I know they will do a wonderful job and that my instruments will sound and play amazingly once they are done with them! I will never hesitate to recommend and utilize this shop for all of my guitar needs now and in the future!!

My experience with Acoustic Vibes was a very pleasant surprise. They are a full service operation. I was looking for a Cordoba Torres guitar. Most places dont t have it in stock and are happy to order one for you. Wait time is 6-7 months if you can get it. Acoustic had two in stock so I got to pick the one I liked best. The sales personnel are professional and knowledgeable . The two I spoke two were trained luthiers. This is not typical of most shops I have been to. If you are looking for sales and service after the sale Acoustic will not disappoint.

Im a new guitar player and was in the market for a midsize guitar. There were no shops in my small town to go and try some out to see what was a good fit. I messaged Acoustic Vibes Music with some questions about what they thought would be a good fit. I got an immediate response with some recommendations. I looked at photos and specs of their guitars shown on line. Then called with additional questions. Jeff took the time to answer all in a friendly and pleasant manner. The sale was completed in late morning and on the truck head my way by late afternoon. Guitar arrived in mint condition. The Martin 000 is a perfect for my hand, making it easy to move around on the fret board. Communication was great through the whole process. I just had a baritone ukulele that needed restrung, tried the chain store and they didnt have the strings in stock, called Acoustic Vibes Music and they had them in stock and would do it while I waited.The place has a cool vibe and they got to work on my ukulele immediately. During my short wait in the guitar room, I actually learned a lot about guitars as another customer was trying out a number of acioustic models.The work was done quickly, well, and for about half of the price that the chain store had quoted me (if they had had the strings.)Even though I was a very small dollar transaction they treated me like I was buying the most expensive guitar in the place. My highest recommendation.

Not only do they have phenomenal stock (even right now while stock is limited), but their staff is super helpful. Best service I’ve ever had from a music store.

I took my ‘89, humidity control neglected Taylor 615 in to repair two cracks in the top (one old, one new). It also had a neck joint rattle that was a bit concerning. Since the guitar had never gone into the shop for maintenance, I was worried about what other underlying issues from a lack of regular care may need to be addressed along with the severity of the known issues. Cut to the chase, the repairs were addressed nicely, communication was great, the guys are super friendly, they called to discuss what they had found, progress, suggested a fret dressing from normal wear and tear and got it all done exactly on time as planned. The guitar sounds and plays great, the crack repairs look as good as one could hope and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Five stars across the board.

Phil installed a strap button on the heel of my Gibson J45, along with a Music Nomad Acousti-Lok on the cable jack. I wanted a Finger Style Guitar and Google suggested the Taylor 214 ce was the best guitar for finger style playing. I research many sites and this site popped up on my phone. Acoustic Vibe Music in Tempe, Arizona. I looked up the site because other sites were much higher on there price tag for this model. I havent received the guitar yet but its on the way here. Will arrive next Wednesday. I called Acoustic Music and was impressed with their cooperation. I wanted to call them to make sure it was a right handed guitar. The fine folks of Acoustic Vibes Music must pride themselves in customer service, quality of product, and having an abundance of class, because they’ve hit the mark in all these categories. I would be a fool not to recommend this establishment to anyone who is in the market for a high quality guitar and a smooth buying experience to go along with it. Their inventory is vast and beautiful, and I reckon its close to impossible to not find something you will want to take home to enjoy for years to come. In times of online retailers, a place such as Acoustic Vibes is a true gem and not giving them a try I would regard as a mistake. For the record, I purchased a standard Martin d18 and I love everything about it.

They did the most amazing job fixing a cracked neck on my acoustic, installing a new pickup, and making a whole bunch of other upgrades. This store is amazing! I made an appointment to have them look at 20+ year old Gibson I had purchased and had shipped to me. We drove 2.5 hrs to get here to have them look at it and it was totally worth it! The inventory alone is worth booking an appointment to go into Acoustic Vibes Music. They were very prompt with the appointment time and didn’t try to upsale me on anything.Phil the Luthier, took his time to show me everything he was looking at for damage or potential issues. The main concern I had turned out to not even be an issue with the guitar (again, they didn’t try to upsale or take advantage of the situation). Phil did find one potential problem that could be fixed now (preventative maintenance) to save me a few hundred dollars later. I will definitely bring my business here again.

I know they specialize in repairs but they also setup your instrument so that it sounds exactly like you want. I have a 2017 Sullivan banjo and even though it sounded great, it wasnt exactly the sound I was looking for so I brought it in and Nikki tightened it up and added a new bridge. It now has the sharper sound I was going for. There is no other place in the valley that I would trust. Also, they have rooms full of different instruments, guitars, banjos, mandolins, etc.
