I had been considering a mister system for a year. Many of the companies offer specials then when they come their actual bid is double. AquaScience did not do that. I spoke to the owner and explained I wanted a fair price and thats what they gave me. They scheduled installation and performed it in one day. That was 4 months ago and I waited to review them to see if it worked as promised..... It does. We enjoy it and it cools the area by about 20 degrees. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and quality.

I recently had my water softener replaced. The technician was very nice, and I appreciated the hard work in this AZ heat. However, it should be pointed out that the placement of the water softener was not ideal and I was not notified there was an issue with the placement until after it was installed. He offered to redo it, but it was already 7pm! I will likely have to pay a plumber to change it, which could have been avoided by just consulting with me first.

The serviceman was excellent. He came in, replaced our reverse osmosis tank in a very timely way and explained how it works. He was very respectful and cleaned up after he finished the job. We love the new tank!! Thank you.

I had them come out Wednesday 6/9/2021. Gerald came to give the estimate. When he was leaving he said, Ill have an estimate to you in about an hour. I didnt care about getting in an hour as it wasnt that urgently needed. On 6/10 I sent a note to the company saying that I had not received the estimate (just to make sure it hadnt been sent to junk/spam and I missed it). Paul replied and apologized and said he sent the message to my estimator and he will be sending an estimate today. On 6/14 I sent another message saying I still have not received an estimate. On 6/15, I sent a text message stating it has now been a week and the estimate I was told I would have in about an hour still has not made it to me. Paul again replied that he will help Gerald and get me an estimate today. Friday 6/18....still no estimate. I finally told them on 6/21/2021 that if they cant get me an estimate TODAY, then dont bother....no response. If thats the level of service you want and expect, they might do ok. I know I want better service than that. Just plain horrible....and that was to make a sale. Just imagine how horrible it would be if it was a post sale service call and they already had your money.

They installed a Pelican Whole House Filtration System, kept me informed of the schedule, called prior to arriving and did the work efficiently, professionally, explained the necessary information regarding the system. Tomas came back to install pipe insulation because my system is outside. I really appreciated his effort to make everything right. I would recommend them highly. Thank you.

Found this company online after an exhaustive search of reviews/products/experiences, etc.. They came out to perform a detailed quote on the spot, after answering all of our questions, educating us and determining we didn’t need everything we first thought we wanted (saving us thousands).Their quote was one of the lowest. Their installation team was amazing and extremely detailed when it came to keeping the lines and equipment as discreet as possible against our beautiful home. Pure professionalism at its best. Our technician arrived on time and wearing a mask!!! It demonstrated to us that Aqua Science cared about our health and safety first and foremost. Our tech explained everything he was doing and the science behind the water filtration system. Completed his work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up as he worked and even gave us safety instructions on our main water shut off. Our water in Queen Creek is nothing to brag about. Very disappointed. They removed my waster softener and poured it out on my patio . I have not been able to get it cleaned off. Also, the water went into two of my plants. One Oleander tree and one Desert Bird of Paradise. Needless to say this has killed my two plants. Very careless work. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Except for one little hiccup (could not connect to my water softener), the installation went on schedule and within a week of contract signing. He wanted to be sure we were happy with the service and after the install he came by to make sure everything was done well.

We had a whole homeFiltration system installed and so far have been very happy. We could taste the difference in our water immediately. No more floating particles in our water from the fridge or our faucets! I also feel like our water in the toilet bowls looks cleaner. I’m excited to see if it helps reduce the amount of build up we see in the toilet bowl and around faucets. The came to our home to look at installing and gas pool heater and the price was awesome. My son wanted to go with the price because it was a steal as he put it lol. I needed a boost in water pressure on my R/O system, were talking at least 30 yards from garage to ice maker. I called half a dozen companies who had no clue how to do it.30 seconds on the phone with Aqua Science. We know exactly how to do it and youll need a regulator too. They installed it in less than 30 minutes. My ice maker is working great and the ice taste great.

I called Aqua Science because my RO system was not working. The tech that responded was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. While he was here the tech fixed the RO and also inspected the water softener system and gave me maintenance tips for both systems. I was very impressed and satisfied with the Aqua Science service.

The workman who installed the system was just fine, polite, knowledgeable and basically cleaned up after himself. I was disappointed that I had requested as specific person to do the installation and when they decided to send someone else, they didnt even ask me; they just informed me that was who was coming that day. Also a part was left out and so someone had to come back later in the day and arrived at a time I was cooking and could not interact with him or ask questions. The system itself seems to run fine and hopefully will reduce the calcium buildup problems Ive been having.The sales person left a lot to be desired. I admit, I was lacking sleep, not feeling well and genuinely cross. His attempts at jokes, etc. was not received well. When he asked the location of the whole house water source I showed him there was one right behind the washer and drying in the house. That would make the connection to the softener less than 5 ft through a wall and into the garage.I did show him a second water turn off which not only turns off the water in the home but also the landscaping water. Its much further away and would require either going through a number of cabinets on the patio and in the garage or up and over at ceiling height and would be visible. When showed me his quote, it was the difficult connection requiring far more copper tubing and supplies. I took him back to the first water cut off (which Id pointed out to him twice before) and ask, why arent you using this one? It was close to both the attic and electricity. At which point he recalculated his quote.

We did a major remodel this past Fall and decided to install an RO system to augment the many other changes we were making. We are getting older and the thought of continuing to visit the water store every few weeks to refill water bottles and purchase ice was becoming less attractive.We shopped some different RO systems at various retailers but werent finding what we were looking for at the cost point we had hoped for. Our daughter had a new home built 3 years ago and had an RO system installed at that time. She had good experiences with the vendor, Aqua Science, so we decided to contact them about installing a system in our home. Were glad we did. The sales consultant listened to what we were looking for and explained the various options that they could provide. He sent us pricing information with a number of options and gave us time to review the information. He answered follow-up questions we had. We decided to go ahead and scheduled an install date. Due to construction and appliance delivery delays we had to reschedule the installation several times and were accommodated by Aqua Science in a friendly, understanding, and positive manner. On the final scheduled date the individual doing the installation was on time and was sensitive to the COVID-19 pandemic situation we were all going through at that point. He explained what he would be doing before he started. He installed the under sink and countertop equipment and connected the system to our new refrigerator-that included water dispensing and ice making features. He answered any questions we had and provided helpful suggestions. He completed the installation within the expected timeframe and provided the information we needed to use the system. We did have a very minor drip issue after he left but were able to tighten hoses ourselves and didnt require a follow-up service call to address the issue.We have been using the system for 3 months now and are very happy with it. We have had no negative issues with the system itself or with its connection or operation with our new refrigerator. The water tastes great and we feel better about drinking water, and using ice, that has been filtered. The filtration system provides more than adequate yield and we follow the advice to use it as much as we can, including purging it once a week. We have not had an issue with not having filtered water come out of the tap or the refrigerator when we wanted/needed it.We received a follow-up call and message from Aqua Science to see how the system was working and whether we were pleased with it or not. We have only had to call the service number once and received a quick and helpful response when we did so. We plan to have Aqua Science come out to do a system inspection and regular maintenance when that time comes.I have no reservations about recommending Aqua Science to anyone I know who may be looking for a new RO system, or for a company that could help them with an existing system should they have any issues with it.

Aqua Science, referred to me by its new owner, charged me nearly $1000 to install my Pelican Water Softener. They sent an experienced installer who was proud that he had recently been promoted to manager status and a trainee with a few days of experience to install this complicated $3k+ system that included extras he had never seen.The “manager” had the “trainee” do all the work under his instructions.I told them three times that I was not comfortable with a trainee doing my expensive system’s install. The “manager”, Dan, assured me that they guaranteed their work. They were happy to accept their Starbucks drinks and candy during the day and their tips at the end of the install.Days later, the system was leaking water all over the garage floor.I called Aqua Science and asked them urgently to send Dan or someone else out immediately to inspect the problem and repair it.They sent someone who said that Dan was off that day and that he could not do anything but that he’d consult with management. He said that they were backed up with calls and short of people.I then got a call saying that Aqua Science had done its job and that if the system was leaking in my garage floor, I should call Pelican in Florida.I called Pelican service in Florida who gave me instructions as to how my handyman could stop the leak. He also said that Aqua Science has broken protocol by washing their hands of responsibilities that they had not secured the system.It is obvious that Aqua Science was undermanned right before Christmas and that some harried manager decided to tell the on-duty phone person to tell the customer to buzz off.Bad decision.I won’t forget how badly I was treated.I won’t forget how unprofessional Aqua Science was.

We totally love our new solar pool heating system. The price was very reasonable and the installation was professionally done in under a day. The end result was a clean and unobtrusive install and our pool temp has consistently reached the mid 80s though we are now in mid-November. I totally recommend this system and Aqua Science to do the install.

So glad Aqua Science is now part of the Pentair family of businesses. I’ve been a decades long shareholder of PNR. My wife and I purchased a PureMax 5 Stage ECO Reverse Osmosis Package and the water tastes velvet smooth. So refreshing and good. And, the ice is clear. Ice is aLmost crystal clear.... not hazy or frosty. We bought the Aqua Science system in early April and we are definitely pleased with our water quality and taste.

We have a new home in Sun City Festival and Aqua Science installed both the water softener and the reverse osmosis system for drinking water and ice. We could not be happier with the results to date. The drinking water is outstanding. A member of the technical team came out and gave us a tutorial on the system and we plan to have them do annual maintenance.

They were able to give us a quick appointment and came on time as promised. The technician diagnosed our water softener problem and also inspected our reverse osmosis system. He gave us several options on repair/replacement of the water softener. There were no problems on the osmosis system and he didn’t charge us for the call. Now we need to let them know how we want to proceed on the repairs. We will definitely use them in the future!

Had an issue with our water softener Aqua Science installed. They came out and tech said the complete system needed to be replaced under warranty and the office would call us to get it handled. Almost a month later no call from the office. We called 4 times and each time got the run around. Then Sandy, a manager called and said she will have it replaced Monday and she was sorry for the issue. Monday comes and her best plumber just replaces a part (not the complete system as we were told) and says we need $1,000 more worth of work. I called Sandy and left her a message and now over a week with no response. Such poor customer service and communication. Very disappointed after we have been using them for years. UPDATE: Spoke with Sandy and she stated the tech she first sent out was not a water softener technician but a plumber so he should not have condemned our water softener (but he had no problem doing so). So make sure what your requesting a technician they are qualified for the job at hand. Also, we had a plumber come out and look at our home as well as their $1,000 estimate and they found no issue with our water pressure as Aqua Science stated but I asked what this would cost if it needed to be done as Aqua Science said and they said $450. I advised Sandy of this and her response included that handyman (which this company is not) have less overhead and dont warranty their work (this company does) so they can charge cheaper rates. Unreal...Do your homework before choosing who you do business with.

Dean was easy to schedule with, arrived on time, was fairly priced, and did a great job. Id highly recommend. I usually dont leave reviews, but in this case its well warranted.

We liked the installation crew and the supervisor; but their systems and internal coordination leave a lot to be desired. Their estimator chose an installation point that did not have 220 power, nor enough space for the pump. We had to re-design on the fly. The installation crew brought the wrong pump. The company came out later to re-install different mist heads but only after we complained; it should really be part of what you pay for that they operate the system with you and get it right. I would not recommend against them but I would recommend that a customer be very involved in the process with them.

On Monday a technician came to our house to provide an estimate for pool solar. Three phone calls, two emails later, and four days later, I cannot get anyone at the company to call me back or more importantly, provide the promised estimate, which was said to be complete the same day as the site visit. I would rate this company a 0 if google allowed. They can’t even provide customer service and the required steps to earn my business; I cannot imagine what a disaster they would be at actually executing the installation and later needed service.

We bought a new build, Pulte home and got our water softening system from Aqua Science. I called them because I got ZERO information about how to maintain the system. Over the course of 2 or 3 phone calls I got people who said I think... in front of each of their answers, and one unkept promise to have a tech call me. . Months later I realized the level of my pellets was not going down and called again. This time I was told Id have to pay $75 to have someone look at MY BRAND NEW SYSTEM. I agreed and when the tech came out I finally got good service. I learned a couple of disturbing things. 1. THE SYSTEM HAD NEVER BEEN ACTIVATED. 2. I should have been given a free orientation visit by the company, which was never offered to me in any of my phone calls. The tech changed the visit to the free orientation and did not charge me. However, I am very hesitant to use this company for my annual service. Horrible customer service for the most part.

These guys have quite the racket going on. They buy their equipment locally and then charge a premium on the resale. For example, I received a quote for a misting system. The pump they quoted me was $1900. After a quick google search I see it’s sold by a local company for $1200...and guess what?? This is the company Aqua Science buys their misting systems from! I also received 2 other quotes from great companies and they were $1000 less or more. When you speak to Aqua Science they’ll use sexy words like “surgical grade steel” which means absolutely nothing. I suggest anyone that considers doing business with Aqua Science does their homework before handing them your money

Site walk-thru & Project proposal phase went well. Estimator was thorough, asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine.Installers were on time and installation went well.We are very happy with the mist system. It consistently produces a 15 degree temperature drop in about 10 minutes

My husband and I had been thinking about getting a professionally installed mister system for a couple of years now. We had done the DIY version, which failed miserably. We got quotes from a couple of companies. Aqua Science had great online reviews (most important factor), the most comprehensive & professional website. Gerald, the salesperson, was very precise, on mapping everything out on his iPad to show us where things would be / look & we were able to customize things. He gave us a quote right then. We were so impressed and felt so comfortable with Gerald & Aqua Science, we decided right then! 2 weeks later Chris came out & installed everything in about 2 hours. We even saved $$, they came back saying the pump could be smaller for our needs & less plumbing needed.What company ever comes & says, “Hey! I had a great experience with Aqua Science. I called them out to do what I thought was some routine maintenance. The technician informed me that all of the tubing in my misting system that I was asking to be replaced was fine. He replaced a compression T-joint for me without having to replace any of the piping and even let me pick his brain for a bit on how to take care of the system myself. I will most definitely be calling them for any of my misting system needs moving forward.

Technician came to my house for my yearly reverse osmosis inspection on a Saturday and to change my filters at 8am. When I tried to get filtered water from my system later in the day my system didn’t dispense any water at all!! I called the company at 3pm to try to get this resolved and all I got was an answering machine. No return call from the company all weekend. Is this good, responsible customer service from a service company who performs service calls on a Saturday???

They are installing our misting system soon. We were very happy with the service and how quickly both Sam and Gerald came out to our home. I will only use Aqua Science for my home water need.

The home builder recommended Aqua Science to perform regular maintenance of my reverse osmosis system. I called them and signed up for their semi annual service program. The service tech arrived on time for the initial service. He checked everything, changed the filters and corrected one of the filters that had been installed correctly. Customer Service and quality of products is exceptional. I have purchased a pool solar heating system and a water softener and could not be happier! The technician for both installs was James Hillman who had extensive knowledge of both products, doing a clean install on both and answered all my questions in addition to giving me tips on the care of both.. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Happy with the install as requested after initial issue glitch at install was repaired. Concerned with the frequent replacement of nozzles being replaced when winterization and then summer startup when completed. Also had service call to tighten fitting that was loose and leaking. I originally prepaid $300.00 for shut down and start up services. The system was installed in early November, 2019 so was never used until August of 2020. In 2020 they offered a $20.00 credit to schedule summer startup which I did. It was prepaid for. When contacted by their customer service gal for a report, I suggested that they owed me the $20.00 credit as I had prepaid for the service. I received a response:Since we have been there 4 times since your installation at no charge, including your start-up, I don’t believe a refund is in order.Go figure? Two of the times were for the winterization and summer startup I paid $300 for and a call to tighten a leaky fitting. . I guess we have a disconnect here.

From initial home visit to the install everyone was top notch. My wife and I are very happy with the installation

This is the 3rd time (different homes) weve used Aqua Science for misting systems. They have always done a great job. Wouldnt use anyone else and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had an old leaky water softener on a Saturday. Our home warranty company sent a plumber who informed us the water softener was not covered but recommended aqua science. Aqua Science first tried to help me diagnose the issue of the leak over the phone and even worked with me to text pictures so they could instruct me how to bypass the system. The system was so old that it did not have a bypass. I was then given the option to have the old system removed and to bypass with new plumbing (much less expensive fix but would no longer have a water softener) or I could get their entry level water softener system for a little over $1600 out the door. We decided to get a new water softener system which they had installed the same day within about 3 hours!Having a leak can be scary and as a new home owner I worry that I could be taken advantage of when in a bind. I felt like I could trust Aqua Science every step of the way. They first tried to help diagnose the leak for no charge over the phone and when that didn’t work they gave me realistic options at different price points. This was a little over a month ago now and I wish I could remember the specific names but everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and attentive. They wanted to make sure we had our water back on in this hot summer. Aqua Science will have our business for life because of this experience.

There work is outstanding and have been very satisfying. I have this company for many ears and never been disappointed with any of there work which is why I continue dealing with them.

Our first use of Aqua Science to service our water treatment system was a very positive experience. A detailed explanation of all aspects of our system was given while the technician performed the required filter replacements. We will definitely contact Aqua Science for our next annual service.
