The process for purchasing our hot tub could not have been any easier. We stopped in the showroom recommended by our landscaper met with Jarrett Dahlberg and purchased a model that was on the showroom floor. Electrician installed the necessary wiring and tub was delivered upon completion of our landscaping. Delivery and installation of the spa took less than two hours (much to our surprise). Couldnt be happier with the crew that delivered and installed the spa or Phoenix Hot Tubs. Highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a hot tub to visit their showroom.

We bought our spa here because of the great ratings. Bryan was a great help with our purchase and he was knowledgeable and patient. Unfortunately, I called back to ask about their promise to come to our house to assist us since we were new spa owners. Bryan was not there but the man I spoke to on the phone said I was welcome to come in with any questions but if he was to go to everyones house who had a question, he would need 15 employees and would be out of business. With that kind of customer service, maybe that will happen anyway. What a poor representative of this company.

Great service! Brian was awesome and made sure we were very educated on all the features of each brand. Many hot tubs and swim spas to choose from that fit most budgets. We did a wet trial and were able to sit in the working tubs to make sure it fit our needs.

Phoenix Hot Tubs and Swim Spas was a great experience for me. They have a HUGE selection in hot tubs, and are very affordable compared to some of the other places I’ve been to. I was able to test out a tub as well in their mood room before making a final decision on which tub I wanted. Everyone there was very nice and informative and they didn’t pressure me into anything. I highly recommend this place!!

They have the coolest ceiling fan Ive ever seen.

Very disappointed in the service we received here, buyer beware. If you do buy here, set up your own landscaping for your backyard spa pad and electrical. The company they farm this out to is terrible and unreliable. There was a teenage kid working with the landscaper that almost busted out my dining room window with equipment they were using, they came at all hours of the day, including sunday evening after 8pm. They ruined existing plants, shorted out my lighting system and when they dug for electrical they buried my rock under the dirt. Then when they replaced SOME of the rock in my backyard it was like small pebbles vs the larger rock we had so I had to pay my landscaper to bring the right rock back to my yard. When trying to deal with the spa company to get these issues fixed they literally acted like they had no clue who was even doing my yard and it wasnt their problem...even though I paid them at their store and they set everything up. Then when our spa installation wasnt going as planned for the promise date...you know so you say yes to the sale...the salesperson Tom literally just said lets just cancel the deal, then I will have more time for the other installations I am trying to get done. It was just a bad experience start to finish, I guess I should have followed my red flags when he kept asking me to write a check for the down payment to hold the tub over and over again, but if I had to do it all over again I would go elsewhere and hope for a better experience. We love our spa but would have loved to not have had such a stressful experience. We are STILL trying to get them to install the right rock in the area we didnt have our own landscaper fix and one month later Im getting nothing done...even though I was told we never leave a back yard in a condition less than what it was before we started. I have sent before and after pictures and still nothing because they are in the business of selling spas.

The level of quality and durability that my swim spa has is second to none. This company came highly recommend to me by my doctor and a good friend. This swim spa lived up to all my expectations and more. The company itself is excellent to work with. In the world we live in is hard to fine a good Doctor, a good friend and a great spa. Lucky me I have all three.

What a great experience at phoenix hot tubs. With the selection of products they had on the floor we were able to find the perfect spa to fit my family’s needs. We went to three other spa dealers before purchasing at phoenix hot tubs and didn’t find the same knowledgeable sales people and quality hot tub‘s,They seem to just want to push us into a lower-priced floor model spa. Before you buy a hot tub I would definitely check these guys out.

Wasnt really looking for a hot tub but when we drove by and saw his advertisement my husband and I decided to go and check out the hot tubs and compare. When we entered the showroom We started to browse the showroom and Brian came from the back and started to ask questions about our interests and wants for a hot tub. He then took us through the show room explaining what each one had and some pros and cons. Afterwards he asked if we were interested in purchasing one now or later. Brain was a great help and did not pressure us at all. All in all we werent looking to buy today but with the great pricing and packages coupled with Brians can do attitude we bought one and cannot wait to get it installed!

We just watched a meteor shower from our hot tub last night! We’ve had a few hot tub parties and spent many nights just relaxing in the tub in our backyard. Had very fast response, excellent service, and an amazing price. My spa was delivered free a day early, We were told exactly what we needed and set up went quickly. We have never shut the spa off since the day we turned it on.The spa is at 100°, and the free insulated cover had ice on it!. Really nice looking and a blessing to my artificial knees and fused ankle.

My husband and I went to the show room yesterday looking to buy a spa and walked around the store for 20 minutes and not one salesperson came out. We could hear them laughing and carrying on in the back but we were completely left alone to wonder around. I found it hard to believe that this place has a perfect 5 star rating. But then I found a sign advertising 20 percent off chemicals with a 5 star rating!!! What a terrible business practice! I will spend my money else where.
