I love this splash bomb! Mine was the strawberry one. This place is an absolute favorite. My family and I have tried many of the drinks as well as tasting a few different flavors ( how cool is that! ) they will give a tiny cup to sample something that peaks your interest. By the way.. that strawberry splash, didn’t have a chance!

Im rating one star solely based on customer service because weve been there multiple times and the drinks have not disappointed. We went in with the family the cashier took our drink order he stated he was ready to leave and to hand over the receipt to the people making the drinks so we did and we were told we did not get charged for a spicy splash which is what we wanted and instead we got charged for a regular drink. We were sure we ordered a spicy splash but they asked for a receipt and told us if thats what we wanted we would have to get in line again to pay for the difference. We didnt mind pay but disappointed on how it was handled. I proceeded to tell the female making the drink order that we did not want to make line and it was not our messup she said sorry you feel that way you can get a refund and make sure you throw the drink away, thats exactly what we did, we will not be returning need better management on handling these situations.

The free samples definitely worked on us! We tried several flavors and decided on two flavors, 1 for grownups 1 for the kids. Moderately priced and well worth it. Delicious and super refreshing after a hot day at the mall.

Every time we go to Arizona Mills Mall the kids love to go to Paradise splash, they always have very fresh juices and drinks. Customer service is very good you see theres a crowd of people getting their favorite drinks. Almost always theres a little bit of weight but its well worth it

My sister and I go here all the time when we go to Arizona mills mall. The refreshing drinks really hit the spot. You can mix the flavors and we always get the pineapple with cucumber lemon drink and it’s astronomical! The horchata is very sweet. Other than that all the other drinks are phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ll give it a 3 and that is for the presentation it was not to my liking but maybe for someone else the customer service was good plus they gave out samples.

The products are great, but the customer service is awful. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless they work on their way to treat their customers.

The Mango and strawberries with cream taste amazing-five stars, but customer service needs improvement.. employees yesterday were not helpful. Asked for price and employee just pointed to screen above her, I asked other questions about the drinks to the girl serving and she gave very short dull answers.

I love how fresh and colorful the juices are, I recommend all of them!

Tried the Blueberry Lemon mint for the first time and it was 💣..... But my fave is the cucumber 🥒 Lemon 🍋

One Star: Me and my husband come here all the time, sometimes its the only reason to come to the mall. Today was the worse experience that we have had here. Thanks Miguel(supposed manager) for the worse customer experience 😐. We are still deciding if we will be back.Update: Thanks John for being receptive and for apologizing on behalf of your employees attitudes.This place, their drinks are amazing and one of a kind. We are not going to let one incident keep us from enjoying it.I just hope a little work/training goes into some better customer service skills.

I love this place. We are always hitting it with my friends on the weekends, everybody has their favorite but I really like the their orange juice, and mix with the pineapple is dabomb. I tried the paletas too, go for the spicy chamoy mango, the best.

I truly love this place, the servers are super friendly and they let you try any flavor, the juice are delicious and made with fresh fruit, but the one I prefer the most is the horchata drink, I did mix it with the cappuccino one and is the BOMB. Coming back every weekend!

Paradise flash is the best place to go if youre thirsty they got all kinds of flavors they let you have samples they have the splash jugs you can purchase and you get refills 20% off like just I love it

We love stopping by and getting a drink here every time we go to the mill mall. My kids absolutely love their strawberry cream splash drink. Just the right amount of sweetness. They also have some great frozen fruit bars. They are always very helpful, friendly and quick here!

My sister and I love this place! We come down to Tempe from Michigan once or twice each year to visit family and cant wait to stop here(several times) as a part of our trip. The juice is absolutely delicious and the service is top notch. My favorite is the Cucumber Lemon Mint. I only wish there was one in Michigan!

It’s a big no no, had the same drinks in California named Green Crush and were much better then here I recommend you give it a try once you go to California. Actually they have the same drinks and look the same and I thought maybe there the same owners but no How can Green Crush be so good and splash be so disgusting maybe because there aren’t the same owners, whatever it is Green Crush is the best way to go!

The absolute best thing you will ever drink in your life. I mix the banana splash with the strawberry splash. I’ve tried the others, and they are ALL delicious. I love them!

The drinks are amazing! however the cashier stopped cutting the mango for my order twice to take new orders. Please know that you cant touch food after touching money without changing your gloves. Then made it worse by trying to argue that shes the only one cashiering. Also, the drink carriers only accommodate the smaller drinks, not the large size. Sorry for splashing juice on your counter trying to get the drinks in the carrier. Ill be back, though. The drinks flavors are delicious.

I literally just left there. I waited for about 5 minutes. No one spoke to me. Its not like they were packed. The girl serving the drinks and samples looked at me a few times and said nothing. I saw she was helping some ppl, who came before me, and I was totally fine with that. It was the ppl who came after me, that she spoke to, that irritated me. Not only did she tell them she was going to help the other ppl, that were before me, she did it with a smile. Granted they may hv said something to her first. Not my issue. Plus, Im not sure who spoke to whom first. However, she couldve explained to them there was a line etc. She made it seem like they were next, after she helped the ppl in front of me, by still not saying she would help me next or telling them they were after me. Another guy then came out and started to help them. She didnt even telI him I was next nor did he ask. Not one person acknowledged me. Like I was invisible even though I was right in front of their faces. Whats bad is that I would have spent actual money, plus tip, and not just asked for the samples. I honestly dont know if it was a racial issue since I was the only African American person there. It sure felt like it though. Or they were just rude and its a shame I was made to feel that way. They need better customer service training. Ijs

I am only giving two stars because the service was horrible. The lady at the register was rude when I was asking questions and seemed super annoyed. I told her thank you have a good day and she ignored me I told her she needed to learn customer service and I was going to speak to her manager. All she said was yes okay yes yes and was rude. I spoke to a manager and he said he would speak to the owner about her but gave an excuse of how busy they were that she might be frustrated but customer service is key. I worked at one of the busiest ice cream shops before no matter how busy we were a smile and good customer service always kept people coming back.if I go back here it’s cause the drinks are amazing I cannot deny but bad customer service will keep people from coming back here. Also try having the cashiers or people suggest popular things I asked her which was best and or popular with the spicy splash and she said it’s my choice. I’ve never written a bad review but this girl left me so upset because of how rude she was. Sorry for asking questions but if I didn’t know I truly wanted her opinion not sass!

It’s as if everyone working there had a bad day. I asked for a sample and the employee said yes and he ended up just walking away and leaving. I don’t want to go to a shop where I feels like I’m walking on egg shells just asking for a sample or getting my order.

OMG I went there March 17th because I was visiting Phoenix the day and the next to the Grand Canyon.. But me, my dad, aunt and two cousins stopped at Arizona Mills and we came upon this shop and this was my first time seeing a shop like this and it was delicious!!! I got bananas and Cream.. Loved it!! I miss Phoenix and its been ten years (Im 15) since I actually lived there and at the time I was 5 years old.. but my revisit last month was awesome and hope to go back some time.. And I highly appreciate the service at Paradise Splash!! Thank yall 🙌👌💖💖💯

My family and I went today the line was really long it took us about 15 minutes for someone to finally help us during those 15 minutes a lady was just standing there I do not think she was the manager but even if she was she should have done something there were people before us that had not been helped either. My family and I were not mad because they took their time but by the way they treated us, seconds before we were helped my mother asked a lady if she could help us she very rudely raised her voice at my mother and stomped her way to the back she even hit the door!!! We felt that the service was really bad so we left. In conclusion the service was HORRIBLE that we never got a chance to try anything.By the way I am a 14 year old so if Paradise Splash is reading this just keep in mind that I got my mouth full with words. Another thing. .... This has no Paradise in it !
